Hydrobas®, BAHÇIVAN Pompa Motor San. Tic. Ltd. Şti’nin tescilli markası olarak
2011 yılında dikey masaj sistemleri üretim faaliyetlerine başlamıştır.
BVN üretim gücünü de arkasına alan markamız banyo ortamında aranılan estetik ve
görsel unsurları bir arada barındıran bütünleyici ürünlerimizi 5000 m2’lik üretim
alanımızda en yeni teknolojiler kullanılarak üretmektedir.
Hydrobas® founded in 2011 as a registered brand of BAHÇIVAN Pompa San. Tic. Ltd for
the purpose of production Shower Panel Systems. Our BVN production powered
complementary products which are provided aesthetic and visual elements in the
bathroom environment are manufactured using the latest technologies in 5000 m2
production area.
TASARIM
Yaratıcı düşüncülerin desteklendiği HYDROBAS® araştırma geliştirme ve ürün
geliştirmeye devamlı olarak yatarım yapmaktadır. Müşterilerimize daha iyi hizmet
verebilmemiz için tasarımdan üretim yöntemlerine, satış destekten satış sonrası
desteğe kadar birçok alanda inovasyon devamlı olarak gerçekleştirilmektedir.
Bulunduğu market koşullarını geliştiren, müşterilerimizin ihtiyaçlarını karşılayan ve
farklılık yaratan kirler üretilir ve rutin inovasyon toplantıları ile bu yeni kirler
desteklenir. Fayda sağlayacak kirler literatür taramaları ile desteklenip hayata geçirilir.
Ürünler tasarlarken üniversite sanayi iş birliğimizden, deneyimli ve tecrübeli
kadromuzdan, bilgi birikimimizden ve yaratıcı kirlerimizden güç alırız ve doğa için
enerji verimliliğini müşteri memnuniyeti için kaliteyi hedeeriz. Ürün tasarım

DESIGN
HYDROBAS® company, in which creative thoughts are supported, makes continually
investments in research and development and product development. In order to be able to
provide our customers with better services the innovation is continuously carried out in
many areas from design to production methods, from sales support to after sales support.
New ideas improving its market conditions, meeting the needs of our customers and
making difference are generated and these new ideas are supported through routine
innovation meetings. The ideas that will benet are supported with literature reviews
and brought into action.
We get strength from our university-industry cooperation, our experienced and qualied
staff, our knowledge and our creative ideas while designing the products and we aim at
elegant designs and quality for customer satisfaction. Our product design technologies

PROTOTİP
HYDROBAS en özgün Dikey Masajları üretirken tasarım sonrasında yapılan analiz ve
simülasyonları doğrulamak için prototipler hazırlar. Uluslararası kabul görmüş
standartların belirttiği sınırlar çerçevesinde testler yapılarak analitik ve nümerik
hesaplara göre hazırlanmış olan prototipler doğrulanarak her şeyin kusursuz
olduğundan emin olunur. Tasarlanan ürünün üretim sürecini hızlandırmak için üretim
yöntemleri ve teknolojileri sürekli olarak iyileştirilir.

Kalıplama
Tüm testleri başarı ile geçmiş prototip modeller kalıplama aşamasına geçerler. Uzman
Kadromuz son kalıp üretim teknolojilerini kullanarak estetik ve yüksek performanslı
HYDROBAS® ürünlerinin ilk temellerini atarlar. Kalıplama işlemleri HYDROBAS®
bünyesinde bulunan ve son teknolojiye sahip Kalıp İşleme Merkezlerinde yapılır.
Kalıplama proseslerinin rmamız içerisinde gerçekleştirilebilme gücü, yüksek kaliteyi
kontrol edebilmemize, maliyet üstünlüğü ve zaman tasarrufuna olanak sağlamaktadır.
Böylelikle uygun maliyetler ile hızlı bir şekilde yeni ürün çeşitleri ürün portföyüne katılır.
Dökümantasyon ve Belgeleme
Kalitede sürekliliğin sağlanabilmesi ve kontrolü için Ar-Ge’nin tasarladığı her ürünün ve
bu ürünü oluşturan tüm komponentlerin uluslarası ilgili standartları karşılayacak
malzeme seçimleri yapılır. Komponentler için teknik şartnameler ve üretim prosesleri
detaylı bir şekilde dokümante edilerek arşivlenir.
Üretim
25 yıllık BVN üretim tecrübesi’nin HYDROBAS®’a aktarılması ile çeşitli üretim teknikleri,
farklı teknolojiler ve pek çok yeni üretim prosesini oluşturma fırsatı sağlanır.
PROTOTYPE
HYDROBAS® prepares prototypes in order to conrm simulations and analysis made after
design, while producing the most unique Shower Panels. The tests are performed within
the limits stated by internationally accepted standards, the prototypes prepared according
to analytical and numerical calculations are conrmed and it is made sure that everything is
perfect. The production methods and technologies are continuously improved in order to
accelerate the production process of the designed product.
Molding
The prototype models passing all tests successfully come to the molding stage. Our expert
staff sets the foundation of innovative and high-performance HYDROBAS® products by using
the latest mold production technologies. The molding processes are performed in Mold
Machining Centers being within the scope of HYDROBAS® and having the latest technology.
The ability to perform the molding processes within our company enables us to control the
high quality, and enables cost advantage and saving of time. Thus new range of products
gets quickly involved in product portfolio through relevant costs.
Documentation and Certication
The selection of material, which will meet the relevant international standards, of each
products designed by R & D and all components forming these products are performed
in order to ensure the continuity of quality and control. The technical specications and
production processes for the components are documented and archived in detail.
Production
With 25-year BVN production experience powered HYDROBAS® brand has opportunity to
establish various production techniques, different technologies and many new production
processes was provided. Thanks to production line developing and growing by making
investment continuously the demands of customer from different regions of the world
are produced in a very short time.

Kalite Kontrol
Quality Control
HYDROBAS®’da Kalite Kontrol Malzeme girişi ile başlar. Ürünlerde kullanılan
hammadde ve komponentler en üst kalite seviyesindedir. Tedarikçilerimizden gelen
tüm malzemeler HYDROBAS®’ın belirtmiş olduğu teknik şartname koşullarını
sağlamalıdır. Üretimin her aşamasında yapılan başlangıç ve parti kontrolleri ile
hatasız olarak üretim hedeenmektedir. Her bir ürün paketlenmeden önce mutlak
suretle %100 kontrole tabi tutularak ambalajlanan her ürünün sorunsuz bir şekilde
sevk edileceğinden emin olunur. HYDROBAS® üretimindeki mevcut ret oranı 500
PPM’in altındadır ve AQL 0.15 muayene seviyesi ‘2 UNI ISO 2859-1’ standartlarını
uygular.Üretilen tüm ürünler gerekli standartları karşılayabilmesi için kaliteli
malzeme seçimi yanında, üretimin her aşamasında nitelikli personellerimizin
sıkı kontrolleri eşliğinde üretilir.
The quality control in HYDROBAS® starts with material input. The raw materials and
components used in the products are at maximum quality level. All materials coming
from our suppliers should fulll the technical specications requirements specied by
HYDROBAS®. With initial and lot controls made at each stages of the production the
faultless production is targeted. Before each products are packed, they are denitely
subjected to 100% control and thus it is made sure that each packed product will be sent
without any problem. The existing reject rate in the HYDROBAS® production is under 500
PPM and AQL 0.15 inspection level applies ‘2 UNI ISO 2859-1’ standards.
Paketleme
Tasarımcılarımız, Planlama- Kalite- Depo/Lojstik birimlerimiz ile yaptıkları ortak
çalışmalarla HYDROBAS® ürünleri için Deniz, Hava, Kara ve Demiryolu taşımacılığına
elverişli, çevreci, geri dönüşüme uygun ambalajlar geliştirirler. Tasarlanan
ambalajların yatay ve dikey baskı mukavemet testleri, yağmurlama testleri vs.
dayanım testleri uygulanarak ürünü korumaya yeterli oldukları onaylanır. Bu şekilde
HYDROBAS® ürünleri Dünya’nın herhangi bir yerindeki müşterisine mümkün olan en
sağlam şekilde ulaştırılır.
Packing
Through collaborative works made with package suppliers our designers develop packages
for the HYDROBAS® products that are favorable for Sea, Air, Land and Railway Transport,
ecological and suitable for recycling. Horizontal and vertical compressive resistance tests
of the designed packages are made and it is approved that they are sufcient for protecting
the product. In this way the HYDROBAS® products are delivered to its customers around
the world in the most robust way possible.
Depolama-Lojistik
Istanbul Türkiye ve Dünya’nın en önemli Ticaret Merkezlerinden biridir. Ticaret
hacminin büyüklüğü ve benzersiz konum avantajı ile lojistik açıdan tüm Dünya’ya
en uygun ve hızlı koşullarda servis verebilecek önemli bir lojistik merkezidir.
Istanbul Fabrikamızda bulunan Depo-Sevkiyat Merkezimiz de konumu itibarı ile
lojistik olarak büyük avantaj sağlamaktadır.
HYDROBAS® ürünleri barkodlanarak depolanmaktadır. ERP sistemimize entegre
şekilde yürütülen sistemimiz sayesinde 10000’lerce ürün hatasız bir şekilde stoklanır
ve siparişler doğrultusunda sevk edilir. Donanımlı teçhizat, yükleme rampaları
sayesinde günlük 10 Tır ürün sevkiyatı yapılabilmektedir.
Storage-Logistics:
Istanbul is one of the most important Trade Centers in the World and Turkey. With size of
its trading volume and its unique location advantage it is an important logistics center that
can provide service to all over the World in most appropriate and fastest ways in terms
of logistics. Our Storehouse-Shipment Center in our Factory in Istanbul provides also
advantage as logistics by its location.
The HYDROBAS® products are stored by barcoding. Thanks to our system conducted in
a way of integrated our ERP system 10000’s of the products are stocked faultlessly and
shipped in accordance with the orders. Through equipped equipment and loading ramps
the product shipments of daily 10-Semi-Trailer-Truck can be made.
