ARAŞTIRMA KONULARI
Fotonik endüstrisinde kullanılma potansiyeli olan inorganik katı ve toz formundaki (katı-hal
lazer malzemeleri, fiber optik lazer malzemeleri, fiber optik yükseltici malzemeleri,
aydınlanma endustrisinde kullanilan toz malzemeler, yüksek sıcaklık sensörleri, biyplojik
etiketleme ve benzeri) fosfor malzemelerin:
• Sentezi
• termal özelliklerinin arastırılması (DTA tekniği kullanılmakta)
• mikroyapısının arastırılması (XRD, SEM, FTIR ve FT-Raman teknikleri
kullanılmakta)
• Soğurma özelliklerinin arastırılması (UV-VIS-NIR-Soğurma Spektrometresi
kullanılmakta)
• Luminesans özelliklerinin araştırılması (Lazer Spektroskopi teknikleri kullanılmakta)
• Termal, Yapı, soğurma ve luminesans özellikleri arasında genel bir fiziksel ilişkinin
varlığını araştırmak ve elde edilen bulguların kullanılarak fotonik cihaz tasarımını
gerçekleştirmek.
• Kristal örgü içerisine katılmış optiksel olarak aktif iyonlar (Er3+, Nd3+ gibi) arasındaki
etkileşmeler ve enerji aktarımı prosesleri.
