Kurumsal
Sektörde 36. Yılını kutlayan firmamız, kurulduğu günden bugüne kadar
kendini hem teknolojik, hem personel, hem de kalite anlamında sürekli
geliştirmiştir. İş hayatına 100 m2 bir dükkanda 3 kişi ile başlayan firmamız,
şu an 10.000 m2 kapalı, 4.000 m2 açık alandaki tesisi, modern CNC ve
Lazer teknolojisi ile çalışan makine parkuru, elektrostatik toz boya ünitesi
ve 75 personeli ile Türk tarım sektörüne AGRİTÜRK balya makineleri, balya
makineleri yedek parçaları ve biçerdöver yedek parçaları imal ederek hizmet
vermektedir. Firmamız 2003 yılından beri katıldığı yurtdışı fuarlarında
teknolojiyi iç ve dış dünyada sizler için takip ederek daha düşük maliyetle,
daha seri ve daha kaliteli üretim yapmak hedefindedir. Hizmetlerimiz sizler
için devam edecek ve takipçimiz siz değerli müşterilerimiz olacaksınız.

Misyon
1979 yılından bugüne kadar geçen sürede ÜRMAKSAN kendini teknolojik
makine ekipmanı olarak sürekli yenilemiştir. Bugün gerek makine ekipmanı
ile gerekse uzman personeli ile, Türk Tarımı’na katkıda bulunmaktadır.
Bugünden sonrası için ise, sektör ve pazardaki değişimleri anlamak
ve yeniliklere adapte olmaktır. Tarım makinesi denince lider ve akla
ilk gelen kurum haline gelmek; bunu yaparken de müşterilerimizden
tedarikçilerimize, çalışanlarımızdan topluma kadar tüm paydaşlarımız için

Vizyon
Toplam Kalite Yönetimi felsefesi ile Türk Tarımının konumunu güçlendirerek
bayilerinin, Türk çiftçisinin ve yurtdışındaki müşterilerinin beklentilerini

Corporate
Our company, which is celebrating its 36th year in the sector, has always
developed itself in terms of technology, quality and staff, from the date of
establishment up to the present. Our company had started its business
life in a shop of 100 square meters and with three people. Now it serves
the Turkish agricultural sector by production of balers, spare parts of
balers and spare parts of harvesters under the name of Agriturk with a
facility in the closed area of 10,000 square meters and open area of 4000
square meters and with the machine park which is operated with CNC
machining and laser technology, electrostatic powder paint unit and 75
staff members. Our company aims to produce at the lower costs, faster
and with a higher quality by following the technology in international fairs
since 2003. Our services for you will continue and our followers will be you
our valued customers. Satisfaction of our customers is the foundation of
our success.
Mission
In the period from 1979 until today, Urmaksan renewed itself constantly
in terms of both machinery and technological equipment. Today, it
contributes to the Turkish agriculture with its Professional staff as well as
machinery and equipment. For from now on, its goal is to understand the
changes in the sector and the market and to adapt to innovations. It also
aims to become the leading and the first company that comes to mind
when it comes to agricultural machinery and at the same time producing
values for its customers, suppliers, staff and members of our community.
Vision
It is to strenghten the position of Turkish agriculture with the point of view
of Total Quality Management and meeting the expectations of its dealers,
Turkish farmers and its customers abroad at the highest level. It is also
to become the first manufacturer of balers in Turkey and one of the first
twenty manufacturers of the world in the agro-industrial sector in which
we work with production equipment and professional staff without

GRİTÜRK S 190 Biçerdöverin yere bıraktığı sapı
alıp haşbaydan geçirip parçalayarak saman yapar. Samanı istenilen kilo ve ebatta 3 ipli bağlama
grubu ile (Alman RASSPE) bağlayarak paketler. Toplayıcı boyu 155 cm’dir. Aynı zamanda haşbay sökülüp
yonca ve ot balyası da yapılabilmektedir. Buğday,
arpa, yulaf, çavdar gibi tahıl bitkileriyle fiğ, korunga ve
yonca gibi baklagil bitkilerinin hasadı sonrasında tarlada kalan sapları, saman ve sap olarak balya haline
getirir. Makinenin çalışması için gerekli olan güç, traktör kuyruk milinden şaft yardımıyla alınır. Sessiz ve
hızlı çalışır ayrıca toplayıcı kısmında bulunan hidrolik
sistemiyle kolayca aşağı ve yukarı hareket ettirerek
ayarlanabilir. Böylece kullanıcı traktör üzerinden toplayıcıyı tarla yüzeyine göre rahatça hareket ettirerek
en azami şekilde sapları toplayabilir.
Firmamızın imal etmiş olduğu bütün ürünlerde, deney
raporu, sanayi sicil belgesi, CE sertifikası, yerli malı ve
TSE belgesi vardır. Ürünlerimiz Tarım Kredi Kooperatifi ve Ziraat Bankası aracılığı ile de satılmaktadır.

GRITURK S 190 takes the stalk which was left by
the harvester from the ground, passes it through
the chopper, shatters it and turns it into hay. It ties the
hay with the Three-Roped tying group at the required
weight and size (German RASSPE) and wraps it. Collector height is 155 cm. It is possible to remove the
chopper and make clover and pasture bales. It turns
the leftover stalk from the harvest of cereal crops
such as wheat, barley, oat, rye and legumes such as
vetch, sainfoin and clover into bales as hay and stalk.
Required power for the operation of the machine is
taken from the PTO with the help of the shaft. Works
quiet and fast. It can be adjusted by moving up and
down with the hydraulic system located in the collector part. Thus, user can collect the stalk at a maximum amount by easily moving the collector according to the field surface from the top of the tractor.
All the products of our company has the test report,
industry registration, CE and domestic goods certificates. Our products are also sold through Agricultural Credit Cooperative and The Agricultural Bank.

LASER CUTTING
3 laser cutting machine has more than
0.5 mm up to 25 mm mild steel, stainless
steel and aluminum sheet metal cutting is
performed. 7/24 Our department is working
in shifts to make the cut into the market to
outsource.
BÜKÜM
2 adet büküm tezgâhımızda 0,5 mm’den, 15 mm’ye
kadar siyah sac, paslanmaz sac ve alüminyum sac
bükümü yapılabilmektedir. Büküm bölümümüz
fason olarak da hizmet vermektedir.
BENDING
2 bending machine has more than 0,5 mm up to 15
mm mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum sheet
metal bending can be done. Bending department
also bends into the market to outsource.

Hammaddeden ürüne dönüşen süreçte; CNC tornalar, CNC
işleme merkezleri, CNC taşlamalar, CNC dik tornalar, Azdırma
Tezgâhları, Matkaplar, Kaynak Makineleri ve Eksantrik Presler
kullanılır.
MACHINING
In the process of turning raw materials into products; CNC
lathes, CNC machining centers, CNC grinding, CNC vertical
lathes, Hobbing Looms, Drills, Welding Machines and
Eccentric Presses used.

BOYA
Kesilen, bükülen, veya montajla bir araya getirilen
parçalarımız, boya öncesi temizlik sıvılarıyla
temizlenerek boyaya hazır hale getirilir. Temizlenen
parçalar statik toz boya ile boyanarak pişme fırınına
alınır ve pişmenin ardından parçalar paketlenerek
depoya sevk edilir.
PAINTING
Cut, bent, or mounted to the combined parts,
paint before the paint is ready to be cleaned with
cleaning liquid. Clean the painted parts are powder
paint baking oven with cooking and subsequent
parts are packed and shipped to the warehouse.

DEPO -YEDEK PARÇA
Paketlenen parçalar son kontrolünden sonra
rafta yerini alır. AGRİTÜRK ve diğer marka balya
makinelerine ait (Gallignani, Claas, Welger, John
Deere, Cicoria) 3500 çeşit, değişik marka ve model
biçerdöverlere ait (Laverda, New Holland, Claas) 500
çeşit yedek parça hizmeti vermekteyiz.
WAREHOUSE
The packaged components takes place on the shelf
after the last control. AGRITURK and belonging to other
brands balers (Gallignani, Claas, Welger, John Deere,
Cicoria) 3500 varieties belong to different brands and
