Önsöz
Değerli Kullanıcılar,
Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu (TÜİK), ülke ve topluma ilişkin olarak ürettiği resmi istatistikleri, diğer çeşitli kanalların
yanısıra yayın ve haber bülteni yoluyla da kullanıcıların hizmetine sunmaktadır.
TÜİK Yayın Kataloğu’nda, Tarihi İstatistikler Serisi dışında, özellikle 2000 yılından günümüze kadar yayımlanan ve
yakın zamanda yayımlanacak yayınlara yer verilmiştir.
Kullanım kolaylığı açısından her bölüm farklı renklerde düzenlenerek, her bir yayının dönemi, formatı ve fiyatı,
kapsanan dönem ve yayın içeriğine yönelik bilgilere yer verilmiştir. Yayınlarımızın birçoğu CD ortamında ve PDF
formatında mevcut olup, ayrıca EXCEL dosyaları formatında da kullanıcılarımıza sunulmaktadır.
Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu tarafından yapılan araştırma sonuçlarının kamuoyuna sunulduğu Yıllık Haber Bülteni
Yayımlama Takvimi ise Bölüm VI’da verilmektedir. Söz konusu takvime www.tuik.gov.tr web adresinden de erişim
mümkündür.

Foreword
Dear Users,
Turkish Statistical Institute (TURKSTAT), collects official statistics regarding the structure of the society,
and provides the users with demanded information beside various channels both in publications and in news
bulletins.
This Publication Catalogue includes publications published since 2000 (excluding the Historical Statistical Series),
and the ones planned to be published soon.
For ease of use, each section is designed in different colors, and information on periodicity, available formats,
prices and contents of the publications are given in the related section. Many publications are available on CDRom in PDF format, and also they are supplied to the users in EXCEL format on demand.
Annual Release Calendar of the News Bulletins which includes information on researches held by TURKSTAT can
be found on Section VI. Information about release calendar is also available on www.turkstat.gov.tr web page.
Those who want to order our publications shall fill in the attached form and send via e-mail, post or fax.
For effective data production and usage, TURKSTAT serves all over the Country by its 26 Regional Offices, and
offers easy access to produced data and publications. Information on addresses and telephones of our Regional

Simge ve Kısaltmalar
Uluslararası Standart Süreli Yayın Numarası (International
Standart Serial Number), Uluslararası Standartlar Organizasyonu
(ISO) tarafından hazırlanan ve üye ülkelerin onayı ile yürürlüğe
giren bir süreli yayın numaralama sistemidir.
Diğer bir deyişle, aynı ad ile belirli sıklıklarla yayınlanan kronolojik
nitelik taşıyan süreli yayınlardır.
ISSN
International Standard Serial Number is a periodical publication
system which is prepared by the International Standards of
Organizations (ISO) and acceptance to the member states.
In the other words these are chronological and periodical
publications which are published at the same name and
determined frequency.
Uluslararası Standart Kitap Numarası (International Standart
Book Number), hızla değişen ve gelişen dünyamızda artan
bilgi üretimini izleyebilmek ve geniş çapta kullanımına sunmak
için 1972 yılında Uluslararası Standartlar Organizasyonu (ISO)
tarafından hazırlanan ve üye ülkelerin onayı ile yürürlüğe giren
bir kitap numaralama sistemidir.
Amaç, kitap numaralarının uluslararası bir yöntemle düzenlenerek
standardize edilip, ISBN verilerek belirli bir yayımcının yayınladığı
bir materyalin kimliğini tanımlamaktır.
ISBN sistemi, yayınlanan her materyale bir tanımlama numarası
verir. Bu numara dört grup ve on haneden oluşur. Ancak; 2007
yılından itibaren, onüç haneli ISBN uygulamasına geçilmiştir.
ISBN
International Standard Book Number is a book numbering
system which is prepared by the International Standards of
Organization (ISO) in 1972 and acceptence to the member states
because of monitoring to the rapid a changes and devolopments
in information products.
The goal is to standardise the book numbering system which is
defined as specific editor (Publisher).
The system of ISBN gives a definition number to (Each) every
published material. This number is composed of four groups and
ten digits. However; ıt has been changed to thirteen digit ISBN
applications since 2007.

çoğunlukla 1980 - 2003 dönemine ait bilgiler yer almaktadır.
In order to demonstrate the diversities in the development of provinces,
selected indicators have been calculated under the topics of population,
education, health, national accounts, labour, manufacturing industry,
energy, agriculture, mining, building construction, banking, finance, foreign
trade, transportation, communication and infrastructure. By using the last
year’s data, development levels of provinces have been demonstrated on
maps by grouping the data into five groups and by giving colour to certain
colours to each group. Generally, the presentation of data is for years 1980
to 2003 through the publication.

In this publication includes information about kindergartens, orphanages,
homes for elderly persons related institutional information, institute facilities
which was related to Social Services and Child Protection Society’s in
İzmir. And also covers data on persons who lives in this kind of institutions
demographic properties, cause of coming, status of psycho-social, status of
demands to be met, satisfaction from services and the level of expectations
from the future. The survey was carried out by the Turkish Statistical

nüfusun sosyal, demografik ve ekonomik niteliklerine ilişkin
2000 Genel Nüfus Sayımı sonuçları ayrıntılı olarak verilmekte
ve yorumlanmaktadır. Geçmiş yıllara ait nüfus sayımı bilgileri

Turkish Statistical Institute conducted 14th Population Census on October
22nd, 2000. In this publication, the results of 2000 Population Census
regarding the social, demographic and economic characteristics of population
of Turkey are given and interpreted in detail. Publication that includes tables
in comparison with the information obtained from previous censuses and
also tables by provinces was enriched with graphical presentations and
maps.

With the aim of eliminating information and data deficiency on disabled
people, “2002 Turkey Disability Survey” was carried out in December, 2002
by The Turkish Statistical Institute in cooperation with The Presidency of
Administration on disabled people. This publication includes the number of
disabled people, disability proportion, their soc io-economic characteristics,
their problems in social life, expectations, type of disability, causes of
disability and also population having chronic illnesses according to the 7
geographical regions and urban-rural base.

Türkiye’de vatandaşların sağlık kurumlarından almış olduğu
sağlık hizmeti memnuniyetinin ölçülmesi ve elde edilen sonuçlar
doğrultusunda hizmet kalitesinin artırılmasına yönelik olarak 2006
yılı içerisinde Sağlık Bakanlığı ve Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu işbirliği
ile “Sağlık Hizmetleri Memnuniyet Araştırması” yapılmıştır. Yayında
hanehalkı ve bireylere yönelik sorulara ait bilgiler ile son bir yıl
içinde ayakta, yataklı ve diğer (laboratuar, röntgen vb.) sağlık
hizmetlerini alan bireylerin eğitim durumu, gelir grubu, yaş grubu,
cinsiyet ve hizmet aldığı kurum bazında bilgiler yer almaktadır.
Sağlık kurumları ile ilgili memnuniyete ve şikayete yönelik bilgilere
de yer verilmiştir.
“Health Satisfaction Survey” was carried out in 2006 by The Turkish
Statistical Institute in cooperation with The Ministry of Health to measure of
health satisfaction receiving from health institutions of the citizens in Turkey
and to increase the health service quality according to the results getting
from the survey. In this publication, questions related with households and
individuals and questions of the individuals who receive health service as
outpatient treatment, inpatient treatment and other (laboratory, X-ray etc.)
in the last one year period by educational level, income level, age group, sex
and health institution based were covered. Information related with person’s
satisfaction and complaint from health institutions is also included.

length of service at the enterprise, type of the employment, Structure of
Earnings Statistics 2006 also gives it by characteristics of the unit such as

itibaren CD ortamında dağıtımı yapılmaktadır. 2006 yılı hanehalkı
işgücü anketi yıllık mikro verilerinin yer aldığı bu CD, veri setinin
yanısıra tablolaştırılmış temel verileri, metodolojik bilgi ve CD’nin
kullanım esaslarına ilişkin açıklamaları da içermektedir. CD’de yer
alan mikro veriler kullanılarak, veri setinde yer alan değişkenlere
ilişkin çapraz tablolar üretilebileceği gibi, çeşitli istatistiksel
analizlerin ve modelleme çalışmalarının yapılması da mümkündür.
Micro data of the household labour force survey have been disseminated
through the CD’s since 2004. This CD including 2006 household labour
force survey yearly results in micro data format contains main tabulated
data, methodological information and principles of using the CD. By means
of using the micro data, cross tables can be produced for each of the
variables besides the various statistical analyses and models.

In this publication, besides the main tables referring children within 6-17
years of age, information on the size and characteristics of children engaged
in economic activities and household chores are included. This publication
contains historical tables making it possible to compare the latest findings
with those of 1994 and 1999 surveys besides the explanations, evaluations
and detailed tables concerning the 2006 Child Labour Survey. In these tables,
the results of 1994 and 1999 Child Labour Surveys were revised by the
population projections based on the 2000 General Census of Population.

vergi ödeyen, 10 kişiden az kişinin çalıştığı tarım-dışı işletmeler
“informal sektör” kapsamında değerlendirilmiştir. Yayında, bu
sektörde istihdam edilenlerin sosyo-ekonomik karakteristiklerinin
ve çalışma koşullarının yanısıra, işyerinin nitelikleri, işyeri
bağlantıları, kredi ve borçlanma koşulları, sektörün sorunları,
kullanılan teknolojiler gibi informal sektörün özelliklerine ilişkin

In this publication Urban Areas Small and Unincorporated Enterprise
(Informal Sector) Survey results that was firstly applied in the year 2000
in order to estimate informal sector employment and characteristics of
the sector, are included. In this survey, non-agricultural enterprises in
urban areas, established in the form of individual ownership and ordinary
partnership, paying lump-sum tax or not paying any tax at all and less than
10 persons engaged in, are evaluated on the coverage of informal sector.
In this publication, 48 tables are included on the main socio-economic
characteristics and working conditions of persons employed in informal
sector and about characteristics of informal sector such as; qualifications
of business, business linkages, credit and loans, problems and technology
used.

2004 Hanehalkı Bütçe Araştırması’ndan Türkiye geneli, kentsel
ve kırsal yerler ayrımında elde edilen gelir dağılımına ilişkin temel
göstergeleri kullanıcılara sunmak amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Bu yayında,
hanehalkı ve fertler arasındaki gelir dağılımının belirlenmesine yönelik
temel tablolar yer almaktadır. Tablolarda, hanehalkı ve referans
fertlerin karakteristiklerine göre gelirlerin dağılımı ile hane gelirine
göre hazırlanan yüzdelik dağılımlar içerilmektedir.
Household budget surveys are one of the major sources which provide
information on the socio-economic structures, living standards and consumption
patterns of the households and are used to determine the needs of the society,
to understand the distribution of the income among the households or individuals
and to test the validity of the applied socio-economic policies. This publication
has been prepared to provide users the main indicators, related to income
distribution for whole Turkey as well as urban and rural settlements, gathered
from the 2004 Household Budget Survey conducted on 8 600 sample households
for the period 1 January 2004 – 31 December 2004. In this publication, the basic
tables including the information on household and individual income distribution
are included. In these tables, besides income distribution in the form distribution
percentages arranged according to the household income, income distribution
are included by characteristics of household and household reference person.

In this publication, data on crop and animal production of Turkey are given
in series of 20 years. It includes data on agricultural land; area sown,
production and yield of field crops; production of vegetables; number of fruit
trees and production; indoor area and production; agricultural equipment
and machinery; main agricultural indicators (employment, foreign trade,
gross domestic product, fertilizer and pesticide usage) together with
livestock numbers by type and race; milk, meat and hide, wool, hair,
mohair production, poultry and egg production, apiculture and sericulture
products.

kapsanmıştır. 2000 Bina Sayımı’nda binaların, bitiş yılı, binanın
kullanım amacı, kimin tarafından yaptırıldığı, sahibi, taşıyıcı sistemi,
alanı, kat sayısı, daire sayısı, pissu tesisatının bağlı olduğu ünite,
binanın özellikleri, ısıtma sistemi, fiziki durumu gibi değişkenlere
ait bilgiler derlenmiştir. Bu yayında “Belediye Sınırları” içindeki
Bina Sayımı Sonuçları “il düzeyinde” yer almaktadır.
2000 Building Census had been applied to buildings located inside
“boundaries of 3212 municipalities” and in other areas outside of frontiers
of those municipalities but under their responsibility. From this survey
variables such as “completed year of building”, “use of buildings”, “financer
of buildings”, “owner of buildings”, “structural system of buildings”, “area
of buildings number of stories of buildings”, “number of dwelling units
in buildings”, “waste water drainage system of buildings”, “facilities of
buildings”, “heating system of buildings”, “physical case of building” are
collected. In this publication, Results of Building Census by provinces are
given in detail.

istatistiksel tablolardır. Dış alem hesapları oluşturulurken, Türkiye
Cumhuriyeti Merkez Bankası (TCMB) tarafından Uluslararası Para
Fonu’nun (IMF) beşinci el kitabına göre hazırlanan ödemeler
dengesi istatistikleri esas alınmaktadır. Ödemeler dengesi
istatistiklerinden, dış alem hesaplarının “mal ve hizmetlerin dış
işlemler hesabı”, “birincil gelirlerin ve cari transferlerin dış işlemler
hesabı”, “sermaye hesabı” ve “mali hesap” elde edilmektedir.
Rest of the world account is a statistical statement that systematically
summarizes for a specific time period, the economic transaction of an
economy with the rest of the world. Rest of the world accounts has been
based on prepared balance of payments according to International Monetary
Found (IMF) fifth manual by Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT).
“The external accounts of goods and services”, “the external account of
primary incomes and current transfers”, “the capital accounts” and “the
financial accounts” which are the some tables of the rest of the world
accounts are obtained from the balance of payments items.

yurtiçinde üretilen ve ithal edilen mal ve hizmetlerin arzını,
kullanım tablosu ise ürünlere ve kullanım yerlerine göre sanayilerin
ara tüketimlerini ve nihai talep unsurlarının kullanımlarını gösterir.
Girdi-çıktı tabloları, arz ve kullanım tablolarından ürün veya sanayi
teknoloji varsayımlarına göre elde edilir. Bu yayında, ticaret ve
taşımacılık marjları, net vergi ve ithalat matrisi de yer almaktadır.
The supply and use tables shows the flows of goods and services by
interindustries. Tables are prepared by using the concepts, definitions and
classifications of the Europen System of Account (ESA’95). Supply table
shows the supply of domestic product by industry and imported goods and
services, use table shows the intermediate consumption by products and
industries and final demand categories. Input-output tables are derived from
supply and use tables based on product or industry technology assumptions.
The trade and transport margins, net taxes on products and import matrix
are also included in this publication.

1839 is year of the proclamation of the Tazimat Edict, which can be seen
as the turning point of the Ottoman modernization. We can also say that
modern mass education began in 1839. The first public (non-military)
schools were opened at this date. At the begining of the volume a brief
history of the modern education from Tanzimat to the declaration of the
Republic is given in order to explain the data related to education.

This publication aims at answering the questions related to the data
compilation methods of current agricultural statistics and general agricultural
censuses. The first part of publication deals with the general explanations
on agricultural statistics and the second part includes studies about the crop
production statistics. The third part includes livestock statistics. The fourth
part covers the information about fisheries statistics. In the fifth part, the
questions about agricultural prices and the calculation method of the index
of prices received by farmers are answered. The last part is reserved for the
application methods of the general agricultural censuses.

This classification derived from International Standard Industrial Classification
of All Economic Activities (ISIC Rev. 3.1) that is used by United Nations, has
been used to classify activities by all member countries according to the EU

other labour statistics are the main application areas for this classification.

2002 yılından itibaren, tüm Avrupa Birliği üye ülkelerinde
kullanılan PRODCOM temel alınarak oluşturulan “Türkiye Sanayi
Ürünleri Listesi - PRODTR”, “Madencilik ve taşocakçılığı”,
“İmalat” ve “Elektrik, gaz, buhar ve sıcak su üretimi ve dağıtımı”
sektörleri için kullanılmaktadır. PRODCOM listesi, faaliyet ve
ürünlerdeki gelişmelere bağlı olarak EUROSTAT tarafından her yıl
yeniden düzenlenmekte ve bunun sonucu olarak PRODCOM’daki
değişiklikler PRODTR’ye yansıtılmaktadır. Hazırlanan PRODTR
listesi ise TÜİK Sınıflama Sunucusu’nda sunulmaktadır.
PRODCOM based “List of Turkey’s Industry Products – PRODTR” has
been prepared and used since 2002 for the “mining and quarrying”,
“manufacturing” and “electricity, gas and water supply” sectors. EUROSTAT
rearranging PRODCOM list yearly by taking into consideration the
improvements and modifications on activities and products, whereupon
changes made in PRODCOM has been reflected into PRODTR list. Prepared

Business Demography Manual has been constituted on according to the
EU definitions of Business Registers and Business Statistics. This manual
gives recommendations on methods that should be followed up to
identify demographic changes happened in time on registers according
to enterprises. This recommendation Manual has been constituted by the
EUROSTAT demography working group after discussions.

the basis of the provisional Central Product Classification (CPC) published in
1991 by the United Nations. In CC, construction works divide into two subcategories as building and civil engineering works.

Ulusal Meslek Listesi (UML-2002), Uluslararası Çalışma Örgütü
(ILO) tarafından hazırlanan ve yayınlanan USMS-88’den (Uluslar
arası Standart Meslek Sınıflaması, ISCO-88) türetilmiştir. Bu
listedeki meslekleri ISCO-88’de açıklanan beceri seviyeleri, ana
görev ve sorumluluklar dikkate alınarak birim gruplar içerisine
yerleştirilmiştir. Bu liste, meslek verilerinin hem ulusal hem
de uluslararası karşılaştırmasının ve iletişiminin kullanışlılığını
arttırmaktadır. Bu liste, ulusal meslek verilerini toplama ve
derleme işlemlerini kolaylaştıracak ve aynı zamanda ulusal meslek
sınıflaması oluşturmak için de bir temel oluşturacaktır.
National List of Occupations (UML – 2002), has been derived from
International Standard Classification of Occupations (ISCO-88) prepared
and published by International Labour Office (ILO). Occupations in this list
have been put into unit groups by regarding their skill levels, main tasks
and duties as described in ISCO-88. This list will improve the usefulness
of occupational data both nationally and international comparisons and
communication. This list will facilitate national occupational data collection
and compiling process, and at the same time will serve base for preparing a
national occupational classification.

Classifications of Expenditure According to Purpose
Bu yayın, harcamaların amaca göre dört farklı sınıflamasını
kapsamaktadır. Bu sınıflamalar, Devlet Fonksiyonları Sınıflaması
(COFOG), Amaca Göre Bireysel Tüketim Sınıflaması (COICOP),
Hanehalkına Hizmet Veren Kar Amacı Gütmeyen Kuruluşların Amaca
Göre Sınıflaması (COPNI) ve Amaca Göre Üretici Harcanmaların
Sınıflaması (COPP). Bu dört sınflama devlet, hanehalkı, kar amacı
gütmeyen kuruluşlar ile üreticiler tarafından yapılan harcamalara
ilişkin geniş çapta istatistik sağlamak için kullanılmaktadırlar.
This publication covers the four different expenditure classifications
by purpose. These classifications are Classification of the Functions of
Government (COFOG), Classification of Individual Consumption by Purpose
(COICOP), Classification of the Purposes of Non-Profit Institutions Serving
Households (COPNI) and Classification of the Outlays of Producers by
Purpose (COPP). The four classifications are primarily designed to provide a
wide range statistics pertaining to expenditures by government, household,
non profit institutions serving households and producers.

Manual
Eğitim ve Öğretim Alanları Sınıflaması (FOET 99), EUROSTAT’ın
UNESCO ve OECD ile işbirliği halinde yapmış olduğu bir projenin
sonucunda ortaya çıkmıştır. Amacı, temel ve sürekli eğitim, genel
eğitim ve mesleki eğitim ile ilgili tüm eğitim programlarının her birini
yalnızca bir eğitim alanı içerisinde sınıflandırmak ve uluslararası
veri karşılaştırmasını sağlamaktır. Eğitim programları, konu
içeriğindeki yakınlıklarına göre gruplandırılır. Hiyerarşik sistem, 9
geniş, 25 dar ve yaklaşık 80 ayrıntılı alandan oluşmaktadır.
Classification of Fields of Education and Training (FOET 99) is the outcome
of an EUROSTAT project carried out in close co-operation with UNESCO and
OECD. Its aims are to classify all education programmes, both initial and
continuing education, both general education and vocational training, into
one and only one field of education and training and to ensure international
data comparison. The educational programmes are put together by
closeness in subject matter content. Hierarchical system consists of 9 broad
fields, 25 narrow fields and about 80 detailed fields.
