TCDD is currently vertically organized and responsible from both
infrastructure and operations. Therefore its loss seems to be more
than the real.
Infrastructure and operations are under the same Directorate
General.
Separation of accounts between Infrastructure and Operations will
show the real income and cost.
For restructuring of TCDD, the EU funded (4,2 Million €) Project
(Twinning & Service Project and FMIS) was launched.
Draft Laws concerning General Railway Sector and TCDD have been
prepared
