effect that on 06.07.13 at night his elder brother(Mejo) namely
Dashurathi Halder was called by one Ashim Das of Fultala to give him
due money .After that as per plan Ashim Das assaulted Dashurathi by
fist and blows followed by brick hit on his head which caused death of
Dashurathi . Over the issue of previous grudge. Hence the case.

The fact of the case in brief is that on 30.07.13 received a written
complainant from one Abu Kalam Laskar S/o Jubbar Ali Laskar of Vill.
Sundhipukuria, PS Canning, South 24 Pgs. against one Saifuddin Sk. @
Kochan (19) S/o Amin Sk. of Birendrapur, PS Magrahat , South 24 Pgs.
A/P house of Del Bahar Molla S/o Jiad Molla of Purbo Sundhipukuria,
PS Canning, South 24 Pgs. and his two relatives to the effect that on
30.07.13 at about 06.30 hrs while compliant was returning to his house
at Sundhipukuria village, said alleged person asked him but
complainant did not give any respond to him then said alleged started
throw bombs towards him but he managed to save himself. But said
alleged person used a fire Arms aiming to him but with the help of
local people he again managed to save himself and said alleged
Saifuddin Sk. was manhandle by local people and got serious injuries to
his body. Hence the case. Over this complainant has been started this
case at this PS.

4 of protection of children from sexual offences act, 2012 was
started upon the written complaint of one Rina Halder W/O.
Gonesh Halder of vill.- Bishalaxmipur, P.S. Kakdwip to the effect
that on 10.07.2013 at about 10:30 hrs. FIR named accused
Sandip Halder S/O. Sambhu Halder of vill.- Bishalaxmipur, P.S.
Kakdwip entered into her house and committed rape her daughter
namely Pali Halder (16 years) D/O. Gonesh Halder. Hence the

Brief Gist of Case
The fact of the case in brief is that one Nirapada Ghosh S/o- Lt.
Upendranath Ghosh of Vill + PO – Laxmikantapur, Ghoshpara,
PS- Usthi, South 24 Pgs. lodged a written complaint to the effect
that on 19.07.2013 at about 15.00 hrs. while the complainant
Nirapada Ghosh and his son Sanat Ghosh were returning home
after casting their vote and reached in front of party election
Camp office of CPI(M) at that time some miscreants under the
leadership of one Saifuddin Sardar and Tuktuki Kazi obstructed
their path way and stated assaulting over the issue of political
rivalry. During that time suddenly one Pankaj Bar, S/O. Bidhan
Bar with the instigation of his associates fired aiming the Sanat
Ghosh from his fire arms resulting said Sanat Ghosh received
serious bullet injury on his person and fell on the road. Immediate
after the incident the injured was shifted to Diamond Harbour
Hospital while on duty Medical Officer of E.R. declared him
brought dead. Hence the case. .

sometime the said Ratna Mondal came back to her house and
returned the said pond and also found that the VG Anupama
Mondal was not there. Then she searched and found that one
Kalo @ Raghuram Mondal forcefully dragged her into a garden,
at once the said Ratna informed to the complainant's wife Dipali
Mondal and others. After receiving the information the said
Dipali Mondal rushed into the said garden, searched her
daughter. Thereafter she heard hue and cry of her daughter
from the house of the accused. Then she pushed the door,
entered into the room and found that the said accused
committed rape upon her daughter lying on a bed, the said
Dipali Mondal saved her daughter from the clutch of the
accused person and the accused fled away from the spot. On the basis of the written complaint the instant case was started.
