The MULTI-PLUS fabric dyeing machine is
suitable for dyeing woven and knitted
fabrics. New advantages in processing
technology, reduced flotte, narrow chamber
size and lower energy consumption.
A characteristic of the MULTI-PLUS is
reduced width of vessel permitting the use
low liquor ratios.Starting at approx. 1:3 for
synthetics and 1:5 for cotton fabrics.
The machine is avaible in congfigurations of
1 to 10chambers without plaiter.
The MULTI-PLUS is avaible in three
chamber sizes, with nominal capacities of
150, 200 and 250 kg.
Equipped with a reserved tank, chemical
tank, dye tank and dosing system. New
Dosing System devolep by İDES shortening
of dosing time with minimum 40 minutes in
one charging in one machine.

MULTI-PLUS kumaş boya makinası örgü ve
dokuma kumaşların boyanması için
uygundur. Düşük flotte değeri, dar hazne
boyutu ve düşük enerji ihtiyacı ile proses
teknolojisinde yeni avantajlar sağlar.
Karakteristik bir MULTI-PLUS ın düşürülmüş
tank eni, düşük sıvı kullanım oranı ile
çalışmaya izin verir. Başlangıç sentetik
kumaşlar için 1:3 ve pamuk kumaşlar için ise
1:5 dir.
Makinanın plaitersız olarak 1 den 10 göze
kadar kongfiguransları mevcuttur.
MULTI-PLUS nominal kapasite olarak
150 - 200 ve 250kg kapasitede 3 hazne
boyutuna ayrılmıştır. Rezerve tankı, kimyasal
tankı, boya tankı ve dozajlama sistemi ile
ekipmanlandırılmıştır.
İDES in geliştirmiş olduğu yeni dozajlama
sistemi ile dozaj süresinin bir makine için tek
şarjda min. 40 dakika kısaltılması sağlanır.

Maquinaria para teñido de tela
MULTI-PLUS es compatible con para el
teñido de tejidos de punto y tejidos. Con su
valor disminuido de flotador, tamaño de
contenedor apretado y bajo consumo de
energía proporciona nuevas ventajas en la
tecnología de procesos. Con una anchura
disminuida de tanque de un MULTI-PLUS
característico, permite trabajar con un nivel
de líquido bajo. Para las telas sintéticas
este nivel es 1:3 y para las de algodón 1:5.
Existen configuraciones del 1 al 10 de la
máquina sin plegador.
MULTI-PLUS está dividida en 3 tamaños
de contenedor con 150, 200 y 250 kg de
capacidad. Está equipado con un tanque
de reserva para sales sólidas, un tanque
químico y un sistema de dosificación.
Con el nuevo sistema de dosificación
desarrollada por el IDES, se consigue
disminuir 40 minutos el tiempo de
dosificación para cada máquina y con una
única carga.
