Lojistik, işletmeler açısından kritik ve stratejik bir rekabet aracıdır. Lojistik başarı, günümüzde işletmelerin ve ülkelerin lokal
ve global ekonomideki yerini ve geleceğini belirliyor. Buradan hareketle, lojistik sektörünün gösterdiği üstün başarı ve elde
ettiği tecrübeyle Türkiye, Dünya Bankası’nca hazırlanan “The Logistics Performance Index (LPI)” raporunda 2010 yılında 56.
Sırada iken 2014 yılında 30. sıraya yükselmiştir. Türkiye coğrafi konumu gereği lojistik bir geçiş güzergahı üzerinde bulunmakta
ve pazar büyüklüğünün 70-75 milyar dolar civarında olduğu ifade edilmektedir. Lojistik sektörünün 2023’te 500 milyar dolar
ihracat hedefine ulaşabilmesi için önemli altyapı eksikliklerini tamamlaması ve ülkemizin üretim, ihracat ve ithalat ihtiyaçlarını
karşılayacak büyüklüğe ve hizmet yeterliliğine ulaşması gerekmektedir. Etis Lojistik bu çerçevede, Türk lojistik sektörünün
hedeflerine ulaşması yolunda rekabetçi gücü ve bilgi birikimiyle yol açıcı rolünü kararlılıkla sürdürmektedir.

Logistics is critical and strategic competitive means in terms of business. Logistics success is significant factor to determine the position in
the local and global economy and future of countries and companies at the present time. Thus, Turkey has risen up to rank 30th in 2014 from
rank 56th in 2010 in the report titled “The Logistics Performance Index (LPI)” of the World Bank thanks to the logistics sector’s the outstanding
achievements and experience gained in our country. Turkey is located on the logistics crossing route due to its geographical position and has
approximately market size around USD 70-75 billion. The logistics industry needs to overcome major infrastructure deficiencies and to reach
the size and service adequacy to meet the production, export and import needs of our country for making real the export target of USD 500
billion in 2023. In this context, Etis Logistics as a pioneer player resolutely keeps to act its role with competitive strength and accumulation of
knowledge in order to achieve the goals of the Turkish logistics sector.
Etis Logistics closely following the developments in Turkey and the world with the experience and vision of the international partnership,
permanently raises the level of success by always offering logical and result-oriented solutions for its customers. The formulate our success
is to have the team producing synergy and productivity- oriented infrastructure and strong ties with customers arising from providing
customer satisfaction in all circumstances. In our opinion, a good logistics service provider should be a power generating specific solutions

Etis, “Entegre Lojistik” ve “Dağıtım Lojistiği” olmak üzere 2 ana alanda faaliyet
göstermektedir. Etis bu 2 temel faaliyet alanında müşterilerine; taşımacılık,
depolama ve terminal çözümleri başlıklarında lojistik hizmet sunmaktadır.
Etis; Gübretaş A.Ş., Suudi Arabistan merkezli Nesma Holding ve Türkiye’den
Etis Denizcilik Yatırım A.Ş’nin oluşturduğu sinerjiyle Negmar Grubu’nun kara
lojistiği ihtiyaçları için 2007 yılında kuruldu. Son yıllarda yakaladığı sektör
ortalamalarının üstündeki büyüme eğrisi ile endüstrinin önemli oyuncularından
biri haline geldi. Etis istikrarlı büyümesini, Türkiye genelinde etkin ve yaygın
lojistik hizmet ağı ile destekleyerek, güçlü lojistik erişim yeteneği ve üretken
yapısı ile bölgesinin en iyi global lojistik organizatörü olmak stratejik hedefiyle
gücünü büyütmektedir.
Etis operates in two main areas namely “Integrated Logistics” and “Distribution
Logistics”. Etis offers to its customers logistics services such as transport,
warehousing and terminal solutions in these two main areas of activity.
Etis was founded in 2007 with the purpose of to meet land logistics needs of Negmar
Group which was founded by synergies of Nesma Holding based Saudi Arabia and
Etis Shipping Investment Inc. based Turkey. Etis has become one of the significant
players of the sector with growth momentum caught in the last years above the
sector’s average. Etis supports its stable growth with efficient and widespread
logistics service network across Turkey. Etis increases its power with aim of
becoming the best global logistics organizer in the region by the virtue of its
productive structure and common and efficient ability of the logistics access.

Etis; büyümesini sürekli ve sürdürülebilir kılmak için güçlü bir IT altyapı yatırımının varlığına inanmaktadır.
Servis verdiği müşterilerine doğru, zamanında ve analiz edilebilir operasyon raporları sunabilmek için
bütün lojistik iş süreçlerini sayısallaştıracak donanım ve yazılım yatırımlarını hayata geçirmiştir.
Etis bağlı olduğu Negmar Grup Şirketleri ile entegre olarak Oracle ERP paketini muhasebe ve finans
için, Taleo yazılımını insan kaynakları için, Logimaxx yazılımını ise tüm lojistik operasyonlarını ve özmal
kaynaklarını verimli ve etkin bir biçimde yönetmek için halen aktif olarak kullanmaktadır. Etis bu altyapısı
sayesinde entegre bir sayısal veri havuzu oluşturmakta ve etkin planlama yapabilmekte, müşterilerine
doğru operasyon bilgisini analiz edilebilir raporlar halinde sunabilmektedir. Bu da tüm lojistik süreçlerini
daha verimli ve yönetilebilir kılmaktadır.
Etis believes in the necessity of the investment for a strong IT infrastructure in order to make its growth
permanently and sustainable. Thus, it has realized hardware and software investments to digitize all
logistics operations processes with aim of providing the accurate, timely and analyzable operation reports
to customers.
Etis presently utilizes Oracle ERP package for accounting and finance, Oracle Taleo software for HR
processes and Logimaxx software package for all logistics operations and processes and for efficiently
and effectively management of self-owned resources in the manner of integrated with group companies
of Negmar. By this means, it is able to make effectively planning, to constitute an integrated numeric data
repository and to provide accurate operation informations in the manner of analyzable reports. Therefore,
that makes all logistics processes more efficient and manageable.

Etis taşımacılık alanında başta karayolu olmak üzere tüm taşıma
modlarında ve modların birlikte kullanımıyla oluşan kombine ve
intermodal taşıma çözümleri sunmaktadır. Bu lojistik hareketlilikle Etis
yıllık ortalama 5 milyon ton yük taşımaktadır. Yıllık 10 milyon ton yük
taşıma hedefi olan Etis bu alandaki ilerleme stratejisi doğrultusunda
Negmar grubun denizcilik tarafındaki tecrübesiyle sinerjik bir işbirliği
içindedir. Etis böylece Türkiye ve sektör gerçeklerine uygun olarak
taşımacılığın tüm modlarında farklı müşterilerinin farklı ihtiyaçları için
konsolide edilmiş “Aklın Yolu” operasyonlarla çözüm üretmekte ve
dolu-dolu esasına dayalı bir taşımacılık operasyon ağını yönetmektedir.
Etis offers solutions for particularly road and all modes of transportation,
combined and intermodal transportation services that occur in parallel
with the use together of these modes in transport. Etis Logistics serves
annual average of 5 million tons of freight within the frame of the mobility.
The development strategy of Etis Logistics targeting annual 10 million tons
of cargo transportation has a synergistic collaboration with experience in
the maritime side of Negmar Group in line with the progress strategy in
this area. Thus, according to the facts of sector and Turkey, Etis produces
solutions in the all modes of transportation for different needs of different
customers via consolated and logical operations and manages a network
of transport operations based on the principle of in full.

Etis Lojistik sunduğu taşımacılık hizmetlerinin ve operasyonlarının
temel unsuru olarak dökme yük depolarını da varolan lojistik erişim
ağı ve operasyon yaygınlığına paralel olarak konumlandırmaktadır.
Endüstriyel yerli maden ve hammadde ile ithalata bağlı dökme yük
hareketliliklerinde gerek maden sahaları ve gerekse uluslararası
liman arkaları dökme yük depoları olarak tercih edilmektedir. Etis
yıllık 5 milyon ton’luk dökme yük’ü depolarından; barındırma,
yükleme, boşaltma, elleçleme, torbalama, paketleme, ürün
birleştirme gibi katma değerli hizmetleri de sunarak geçirmekte
ve hedef lokasyonlarına ulaştırmaktadır.
Etis considers the bulk warehouses as main factor of logistics
operations and services and positions them in parallel with
the existing logistics access network and extensity of logistics
operations. The mine sites and back fields of international ports
are preferred as bulk warehouses in bulk mobility dependent on
domestic industrial raw materials and mines and import. Annual
5 million tons of bulk cargo are passed from its warehouses by
offering value-added services such as hosting, loading, unloading,
handling, bagging, packing and product consolidating and then are
delivered to the target locations by Etis.

Etis entegre lojistiğin terminal hizmetleri kısmında operasyonun gereklerine uygun
yükleme, tahliye, ara nakliye, boşaltma gibi fiziki hizmetler ile liman, gümrükleme
gibi bürokratik hizmetler sunmaktadır. Etis, organize ettiği lojistik operasyonların
A’dan Z’ye sorunsuz yürütülmesinde profesyonel terminal çözüm hizmetleri ile de
yüksek teknoloji, inovatif ekipman kullanımı, efektif süreç planlama yetenekleri

Etis offers physical services such as loading, landing, interim transportation, unloading
and bureaucratic services such as transactions of customs and clearance in the field
of terminal services of integrated logistics in accordance with the requirements of the
operation. Etis carries out the operations in the back sites of ports with a motivation
to prioritize customer’s commitments in order to provide a smooth execution of the
logistics operations from a to z through using high-technology, innovative equipment
and ability of effective process planning in the part of terminal services.

Etis; dağıtım lojistiğinde Nakliye ve Cross-Dock olmak üzere 2 temel alanda
faaliyet yürütmektedir. Dağıtım lojistiği nakliye tarafında FTL, LTL ve Mikro
Dağıtım gibi alt kümelerinde lojistik servis sunmaktadır. Cross-Dock tarafında
ise raflı ve rafsız depolama servisleri sunmaktadır. Depolama hizmetlerinin
öncesi ve sonrasındaki katma değerli servislerle de müşterilerinin taleplerine
ve dağıtımın niteliğine göre operasyon yürütülmektedir.
Etis carries out an activity in the two main fields including transportation and
Cross-Docking about distribution logistics. It offers logistics services in subsets
such as FTL,LTL and Micro Distribution about transportation side of distribution
logistics. As for Cross-Docking side, it also offers warehousing services with
shelves and without shelves. All operations are executed with value added
services before and after warehousing services according to nature of customer
and distribution.

LESS THAN TRUCK LOAD
Etis var olan güçlü araç tedarik yapısı ile İstanbul çıkışlı tam kamyon olmayan paletli
yükleri maksimum optimizasyonla birleştirerek ülke içi dağıtımını gerçekleştirmektedir.
Bu operasyonla Parsiyel / Paletli Taşımacılık fiyat skalası hedeflenerek hem müşteri hem
taşıyıcılar için kazan-kazan modeli sağlanır. Etis sipariş akışını önceden gören sistemsel
entegrasyonların kurulumlarında şeffaflık ilkesiyle hareket eder. Böylece tüm müşteriler
için raporlanabilir, zamanında yerine ulaşan bir lojistik zinciri sorunsuz olarak kurgulanmış olur.
Etis performs the distributon of palletised cargos less-than-truckload outgoing from
Istanbul across the country with existing powerful supply structure and maximum
optimization. Thus, it provides win-win model to each side by aiming optimal price scala of
partial/palletized transportaion. By this means Etis can offer solutions facilitating logistics
business of served customers. Etis acts in principle of transparency about the installation of
systemic integrations foreseeing order flow. In this way, it can be smoothly built a logistics
chain that has feature of timely delivery and reportable for all customers.
MİKRO DAĞITIM
MICRO DISTRIBUTION
Etis yurt çapında 25.000 kişiye ulaşan alt tedarikçi havuzuyla her lojistik proje için
gereken bölgesel yapılanma ağını hızlıca kurarak, son kullanıcıya ulaşan mikro dağıtım
ağını oluşturabilmektedir. Toplam lojistik sorumluluk ilkesi ile lojistik operasyon
döngüsünün gerektirdiği SSH (Satış Sonrası Hizmet) çözümleri geliştirilmektedir. Mikro
dağıtım operasyonlarının zorunlu kıldığı farklı türdeki özel dağıtım aracı projeye kolayca
entegre edilmektedir. Etis tüm mikro dağıtım süreçlerinde müşteri servis takibinde SLA
süreçlerini performans yüzdeleri ile birlikte müşterisine raporlamaktadır.
With the logistics sub-supplier pool reaching 25,000 people, Etis is able to build the micro
distribution network reaching to the end user by quickly establishing regional structuring
and network required for each project. The solutions of SAS (Service After Sale) required
by the logistics operation cycle are improved by Etis in accordance with principles of total
logistics responsibility. Special distribution vehicle in different types required by micro
distribution operations is easily integrated to the project. Etis reports to its customers the
processes of SLA about follow of customer service in all micro distribution processes with
performance percentages.

müşterileri için kullanabilmektedir. Komple kamyon taşımacılığında sahip olduğu
yaygın lojistik erişim gücü ile Etis, dolu-dolu prensibi ile alt tedarikçilerini kullanmakta

Etis has an efficient network in several truck garages across the country with its
logistics centers above 10 and operation points over 30 countrywide. With its data of
registered truck drivers over 25.000 Etis is able to use a vehicle pool which is flexible,
competitive and highly access strength in support of customers. With its widespread
access strength in full truck transportation Etis utilizes the sub-suppliers in accordance
of in full principle and also it correspondingly ensures benefit for both customers and
suppliers in the line with win-win principle.

Etis, dağıtım lojistiği yapısı içinde müşterilerine fayda sağlayacak lojistik servisleri tam ve anahtar teslimi sunabilmek için
sevkiyat öncesi ve sonrasında dağıtım depo hizmeti sunmaktadır. Mevcut dağıtım kabiliyeti ile birlikte depoda en az stok
maliyeti hedeflenmekte ve tüm tip depo hizmetlerinde 6 sigma
kuralı ile sürdürülebilir verimlilik artırılmakta ve korunmaktadır. Müşterilerin ihtiyaç ve taleplerine uygun lojistik modelin kurulabilmesi için gerekli veri analizleri yapılmakta, genel
algoritmalar ile en verimli depo yeri seçimi ve depo tasarımı
yapılmaktadır.
Within the frame of its distribution logistics structure Etis offers
service of distribution store before and after shipment in order
to provide logistics services ensuring benefit to customers in
the manner of completely and turn-key. The minimum cost of
inventory is aimed with the current distribution capability and
sustainable productivity in the all types of storage services is
increased and kept its sustainability in accordance with 6 sigma

packaging, sewing, weighing, subassembly and secondary packaging to
grouping and pre-sales activities in all industry sectors. Etis supplies to
reduce the cost and inventories, to obtain better supply-demand balance
with these services as well as it supplies to short the time of delivery by
reducing the steps in the supply chain through execution of services in the

Etis bu adımda Donatım (Kitting), aksesuarlar ve piller gibi tamamlayıcı
malzemelerin ürünlere eklenmesini icra eder. Kısmi montaj, bileşen
parçalarından mamul malların tamamlanması veya ürünlerin önceden
programlanmasıdır. Bu işleme Materyal ve sipariş yönetimi, bileşen
kiti oluşturma, montaj hattı işlemleri, paketleme, daraltarak (shrink)
ambalajlama ve blister paketleri de dahil olarak servis verir.

such as batteries and accessories in this step of kitting. Subassembly
is completing of manufactured goods with parts of components or
scheduling of the products in advance. This service is offered as included
also material and order management, building of component kit, assembly
line operations, packing, packaging narrowed (shrink) and blister packs.
