saymzda, 2013 ylnn son yarsnda gerçekleştirdiğimiz
yeni iş ortaklklar, ses getiren etkinlikler ve dünyann
bir çok yerinde düzenlediğimiz takdir toplayan projelerimizin bir ksmn sizlerin beğenisine sunuyoruz ve
keyifle okuyacağnz umuyoruz.
Türk mice sektörünün gelişimine katkda bulunacağn
düşündüğümüz 1. Ace of Mice fuarnda, Scala Mice olarak
yerimizi alarak, stratejik desteğimizi sürdürmekteyiz.

months of 2014, I happily welcome you to the 39th.
issue of our magazine, with hopes that the days ahead
bring us all health, success and peace.
Our issue is filled with colorful and successfully
executed events we organized during the last half of
2013. We present you a selection of our acclaimed
meetings, new business partnerships and impeccaple
projects completed in many locations around the
World, hoping that you will enjoy reading.
Moreover, we are continuing our strategic support of
the turkish mice industry, by taking place in the 1st.
Ace of Mice exhibition, which we believe will help it
develop.

MERCEDES TEKNİSYEN OLİMPİYATLARI
IBM ETKİNLİKLERİ
Scala mice ile IBM Türkiye 2013 yl içerisinde gerçekleştirmiş olduklar anlaşma ile uzun soluklu bir birlikteliğin temellerini
attlar.
Yaplan bu anlaşma sonras IBM Türkiye binasnda ve Ulus 29’da gerçekleşen etkinlikler ile bu birlikteliğin ilk organizasyonlar
gerçekleştirildi.
Başar ile sonuçlanan organizasyonlar sonras 2014 yl için çalşmalara hz verildi.
IBM EVENTS
Scala mice and IBM Turkey laid the foundations for a long running cooperation by an agreement signed in 2013.
After the agreement, the first events of this partnership were organized at IBM Turkey headquarters and Ulus 29.
In the aftermath of these successfull events, 2014 plans and operations were accelerated.
Mercedes Benz Türk bu yl 10.sunu düzenlediği Teknisyen
Olimpiyatlar etkinliğini coşkulu bir şekilde kutlad.
Her yl düzenli olarak yaplan etkinlik, teknisyenleri, müşteri
danşmanlarn ve satş uzmanlarn bir araya getirdi.
3 gün boyunca katlmclar hem eğlenceli vakit geçirip hem
de eğitim süreçlerini tamamladlar.
Mercedes’in Hadmköy fabrikasnda yaplan teknik eğitimler
sonrasnda, Kumkap’da eğlenceli saatler geçiren katlmclar
günün yorgunluğunu attlar.
Wow Otel Convention Center’da gerçekleşen, üst düzey yöneticilerin de katldğ gala gecesinde teknisyenlere 10. Yl ödülleri
verilirken, Mercedes Benz Türk’ün yöneticilerinden oluşan Daymlar orkestras ile eğlenceli saatler geçirdiler.
MERCEDES TECHNICIAN OLYMPICS
Mercedes Benz Turkey was excited to celebrate the 10th of
it’s annual Technician Olympics this year.
The event that is held every year, brought together Mercedes
technicians, customer consultants and sales representatives.
The participants completed their educational program during the 3 days of the event, while attending fun filled activities.After the workshops organized at Mercedes Hadmköy
factory, they unwinded and enjoyed a night out in Kumkap.
During the gala dinner at Wow Hotel Convention Center,
also attended by the senior management team, the 10th year technician awards were presented and Daymlar orchestra
composed by Mercedes managers took stage to entertain everyone.

Birim yöneticisi Gökhan Öğüt’ün, bu
sfatyla katldğ son toplant sonrasnda, katlmclar Vodafone Turkiye’nin sponsoru olduğu Marina Yatch Club’de Fatih Erkoç’la canl müziğin keyfini çkardlar.
Hem 6 aylk dönemin yorğunluğunu attlar, hem de birim yöneticileri Gökhan Öğüt’ün Vodafone Türkiye CEO’su oluşunu
birlikte kutladlar.
Vodafone Türkiye’nin en büyük departmanlarndan biri olan Ticari Operasyonlar Departman ise Antalya’da yeni açlan Kaya
Palazzo Golf Spa Resort’da dolu dolu dört gün geçirdi. Otele giriş yaplan ilk anda başlayan aktivitelerle, üç farkl salonda

SOYAK SIESTA OXYGEN PROJESİ
Gayrimenkul sektöründe öncü projelere imza atan Soyak,
Siesta Oxygen’i projesini İzmir Swissotel’de düzenlediği bir
basn toplantsyla tantt. 2300 Konutluk Soyak Siesta
projesinin son etab olan Oxygen’in detaylar Soyak Holding
CEO’su Dr. M. Emre Çamlbel tarafndan paylaşld.
Ayn gün gerçekleşen Soyak Siesta Oxygen’in tantm gecesi
ise Swissotel Grand Efes’de Ceren Aksan’n keman şovuyla
başlad. Gecenin ilerleyen saatlerinde Soyak Siesta Oxygen’in
tantm gecesine Erol Evgin konseri damgasn vurdu. Ece Vahapoğlu’nun sunuculuğunu üstlendiği gecede, unutulmayan
şarklarndan oluşan bir konser veren Evgin’e İzmirlilerin ilgisi çok büyük oldu.

250 members Vodafone Consumer Business Unit team traveled to Bodrum’s newly opened Vogue Hotel for their half term
meeting. After the meeting, attended by the unit manager Gökhan Öğüt who will no longer be holding this title, the participants enjoyed live performance by Fatih Erkoç at the Vodafone sponsored Marina Yacht Club to unwind after 6 months of
hard work, while celebrating the promotion of their unit manager Gökhan Öğüt’s to being the new CEO of Vodafone Turkey.
The trade marketing department, which is one of the largest departments of Vodafone Turkey, spent four full days in
Antalya’s recently built Kaya Palazzo Golf Spa Resort.
At our event that consisted of various activities starting
right after the arrivals, meetings held in three different
rooms and entertining evening programs, the whole
team repeated “Vodafone creates miracles, it’s that
easy’’

DİSTRİBÜTÖRLERİNİ BULUŞTURDU
VODAFONE BASIN TOPLANTILARI
Polonya orijinli Maspex firmasna ait Kubuş markasn
“Tedi” ismi ile Türkiye pazarna getiren TAT, çocuklara
yönelik bu ürünü distribütörlerine tantmak amac ile The
Green Park Pendik Otel’de bir iç lansman düzenledi. Maspex
CEO’su Krzysztof Pawi�ski, TAT Genel Müdürü Arzu Arslan,
Koç Holding Turizm, Gda ve Perakende Gurubu Başkan Tamer Haşimoğlu’nun da katlmlar ile gerçekleşen iç lansmanda,
TEDİ İçecek hakknda detaylar Düzey Gurubu’unun distribütörleri ile paylaşld. Açlş konuşmas ile başlayp Tedi İçecek
sunumu ile devam eden etkinlikde bir de “tadm aktivitesi” yaptrlarak distribütörlere teorik bilginin yan sra Tedi İçecek’in
tadn deneyimleme frsat da sunuldu. Toplantnn sonunda tüm misafirlere Tedi jingle ile bir ritim aktivitesi gerçekleştirildi.
TAT INTRODUCED TEDI DRINK TO IT’S
DISTRIBUTORS
TAT brought the Kubuş brand, owned by a polish Maspex
company, to turkish market with a new name ‘’Tedi’’. To
introduce this product that is mainly for children, to their
distributors, they organized an internal launch in The Green
Park Pendik Hotel. At the launch attended by Maspex CEO
Krzystof Pawinski, TAT General Manager Arzu Arslan,
Koç Holding Turism, Food and Retail Manager Tamer
Haşimoğlu, the details of Tedi Drink was shared with the
distributors of Düzey Group. The event started with an
opening speech, followed by a Tedi Drink presentation and
a tasting activity which gave the participants the chance to experience the product, as well as getting information. At the
end of the evening, everybody joined in a rhythm activity featuring Tedi jingle.

The press conferences where Vodafone shared the news of
the Vodafone Arena Project and the changes to Vodafone’s
global face, were some of the most talked about events of
the past months.
At the press launch held in Vodafone Turkey Headquarters
in Maslak, the new CEO of Vodafone Turkey Gökhan Öğüt
and the President of Beşiktaş Gymnastics Club Fikret
Orman met 70 press members together and informed them
of their cooperation for the construction of BJK’s new
stadium.
At another press conference held in Esma Sultan Yals,
Vodafone Turkey presented the press the recently changed face of Vodafone Global and explained that they will be starting
to use this face in Turkey as well.

ile ilgili konulara değinildi. Hilton İstanbul otelinde düzenlenen “Diş Çürüğüne Karş Güç
Birliği” toplantsna dünyaca ünlü profesör
Nigel Pitts konuşmac olarak katlrken, Türkiye’den de ünlü dekan ve profesörler konuşmac olarak yer aldlar. Colgate tarihinde ilk kez, yeni bir diş macununun lansmann, tüm ülkelerden önce Türkiye’de gerçekleştirdi ve ürün dünya tüketicilerinden
önce Türk tüketicileri ile buluşturuldu . Lütfü Krdar Kongre merkezinde düzenlenen lansmanda ürün önce basna, ardndan

NOVO NORDISK IRAK DÖNEM TOPLANTISI DUBAI
Novo Nordisk Irak ekibi bu sene dönem toplantlarn Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri’nin önemli bir turizm merkezi olan Dubai’de
gerçekleştirdi. Mövenpick JBR otelinde 2 gün süren toplantlar sonras katlmclar 4x4ler ile çöl safarisi yaparak heyecanl
zamanlar geçirdiler. Safari sonras çölde kurulan bedevi çadrlarnda düzenlenen akşam yemeğinde ise hem eğlendiler hem
dinlendiler.
COLGATE FDI CONGRESS
Colgate Turkey organized various events during the annual FDI Congress attended by
8000 dentists, where it was the main sponsor. Dental health was discussed in detail in
the meetings at Hilton Istanbul Hotel, that
gathered deans from all around the World. At
a conference titled ‘’Union of Forces against
tooth decay’’ well known proffessors and
deans from Turkey and World famous Nigel Pitts took stage as a speaker. First time in its history, Colgate realized the launch
of a new toothpaste in Turkey, before the rest of the World. At the launch that took place in Lütfü Krdar Congress Center,
the product was initially presented to the press and then to the sales team and the deans. The latest technology was used
during the meeting and the product was shown through a 3D movie prepared specially for the event. The event ended on
a high note with a dinner reception organized at the Çrağan Palace with the backdrop of the magnificent bosphorous view.

NOVO NORDISK IRAQ CYCLE MEETING DUBAI
Novo Nordisk Iraq sales team organized their first meeting of the year in Dubai, which is the second biggest state of the
United Arab Emirates. Following the two day long meetings held in Mövenpick JBR Hotel, the participants experienced an
exciting desert safari with 4x4s. After the safari, they rested and enjoyed an unforgettable dinner served in a bedouin tents.

Vodafone ekipleri hareketli bir seyahat sezonu geçirdi. Bayiiler için hazrlanan
Los Angeles-Las Vegas gezisi, Hollywood Walk of Fame yürüyüşü, temal parklar turlar, Las Vegas’n ünlü Showlarndan Le Reve ve Grand Canyon ziyareti
gibi bir çok renkli aktivite içerdi.
EBU ekibi ise yüksek kuleleri, ihtişaml alşveriş merkezleri ve lüks yaşam biçimiyle ünlü Dubai’de, soğuk kş günlerinde çöl scağnn keyfini çkardlar.
Bunun yan sra, Birleşmiş Milletler’in 68. Dönem açlş haftas etkinlikleri
için New York’da bulunan Aile ve Sosyal Politikalar Bakanlğnn, Vodafone
Türkiye’nin davetlisi olarak, yönetim ekibi ve basn mensuplaryla buluştuğu bir
akşam yemeği organize edildi. Bu seyahat sürecinde, New York Türk Evi’nde,
Vodafone Türkiye Vakf Başkan Yardmcs Gizem Keçeci’nin konuşmac
olarak katldğ bir
panel düzenlendi.

Vodafone teams had a busy travel season. A West coast trip to
Los Angeles and Las Vegas prepared for distributors, consisted
of many fun filled activities including a stroll through Hollywood’s
Walk of Fame, tours to different theme parks, visits to famous
Vegas show Le Reve and a stop at the Grand Canyon.
EBU team flew east to Dubai, famous for it’s highrises, impressive
shopping centers and luxurious lifestyle and enjoyed the desert
heat in the midst of the winter.
On another note, a dinner was organized to invite the Ministry of
Family and Social Policies, ,who were in New York city for the United Nations 68. season opening week activities, to meet
the Vodafone management team and the members of the press. During this trip, a panel was organized in New York Turkish
Center, where Vodafone Turkey Foundation Vice President Gizem Keçeci attended as a speaker.

Angeles ve Las Vegas’a gitti. Turun ilk durağ olan,
Amerika’nn melekler şehri Los Angeles’ta, güzel
Kaliforniya havasnn ve şehrin tadn çkarp, sinema tarihinin en büyük filmlerinin çekildiği Universal
Stüdyolar’n gezerek, Hollywood’un çarpc sahnelerini yeniden yaşama frsatn buldular.
Sonrasnda, Nevada eyaletinin en önemli turistik
merkezi olan ve dünyann en büyük otellerine ev
sahipliği yapan, şklarn şehri Las Vegas gezildi. Ekip
eve dönmeden önce, National Geographic dergisinin
dünyann mutlaka görülmesi gereken yerleri listesinde üst sralarda yer alan Grand Canyon’ görmeyi ihmal etmedi.

Coca Cola’s distinguished brand Burn travelled to
Los Angeles and Las Vegas with it’s sales team.
At the city of angels Los Angeles, the first stop of
the tour, they enjoyed the great California weather,
explored the city and visited the Universal Studios,
where the biggest movies of the cinema industry
are produced. They had an unforgettable experience
reliving some of Hollywood’s most breathtaking
scenes.
Afterwards, they arrived in the city of lights, Las
Vegas, which is the number one tourist destination
in the state of Nevada and home to some of the biggest hotels in the World. The team returned home after a visit to Grand
Canyon, a natural wonder located on top of National Geographic’s must see places on the globe list.
