■ Automatic Filter: Cleaning of the automatic filter systems
used in dryer machine is not under the initiative and control
of the operator. The fact that some competitive machines
use manual filter system rather than automatic filter and
cleaning operation is not performed regularly, leads to
serious energy losses. Automatic filter systems contribute
to production capacity and economy, thereby eliminating
these types of problems.

■ Top Edge Glue Unit: The disc of edge glue
unit can be adjusted as close as requested
to the pin chain and it provides minimum
wastage rates. By virtue of the fact that
edge glue does not contact to the bottom
of the fabric, during the delivery of the
fabric, it is not transmitted to the contact
surfaces and it dries easily.
■ “IR” Kenar Kurutma Sistemi: Kurutma
makinesi egalize zincirinde yapılan üstten
kenar kola uygulamaları sonrası, kenar kolanın
kurutulması için kullanılır. Isıtıcı rezistanslar ve
(I.R.) enfrarüj filamentler tarafından üretilen
sıcak hava, sirkülasyon fanları sayesinde
kumaşın kenarlarında ünite boyunca sirkülasyon
ettirilerek kenar kurutma sağlanır.

■ “IR” Edge Drying Unit: It is used to dry fabric’s
edges, right after the top glue application which
is done on dryer’s pin chain tender frame.
Thanks to the circulation fans, hot air, which
is provided by heating resistances and “IR”
Infrared, is circulated on the edge of fabric that
provides drying on the fabric selvedge.
■ Application of edge cutting in the drying rail unit
of the cabin is available as well.

■ Homogenous Drying: Each two-meter chamber has counter-type heating and air circulation section arrangement with the
following chambers which provide more space and more air circulation value as well as homogenous drying performance.
■ High Performance: Higher performance and low production costs are achieved through developments and improvements
on various units in comparison with traditional machines.
■ Minimum Maintenance Requirements: The structure of vertical chain rails guarantees long-term minimum maintenance
service, even in the case of heavy-duty working conditions. Periodically maintenance of chain rails ensures the performances
of our machine will remain excellent over time.
■ Diagonal Fan Blowers: Multiple air distribution and diagonal nozzle-fan blower principle ensure an incredible and
homogenous drying in all processes applied in dryer machine. Problem of the difference in the edge to edge encountered on
similar machines is eradicated as a result of the application supported with diagonal nozzle-fan blower.

olarak toplam on adet düze bulunmaktadır. Tüm

■ Üfleme gücünü arttırmak için en üst bölmenin (1.

■ Air delivery can be set according to the type of the
fabric thanks to the distance-adjustable structure of
nozzle on the first pass of the fabric.
