Havsa Logistics Center Project is structured to be the largest logistics project of Turkey. It is being
developed by Seda İnşaat A.Ş.
Havsa Logistics Center aims to provide the fast growing Turkish logistics sector with the much
required modern warehousing and handling services, sizeable and diverse intermodal transportation
capabilities, and to satisfy other needs of the transportation and logistics companies. At the same
time center will have social facilities.
The land is ideal for logistics center .The infrastructure is ready in terms of road, water, electricity,
drainage and communication.
It is estimated that the center at full capacity will provide job creation for 5000 people. The center
