Wide range of applications for drying and
granulating sprayable ceramic and chemical
suspensions, such as:
- Wall and floor tile bodies
- Electrical Porcelain and tableware bodies
- Clays and Caolins
- Colours and glazes
- Oxides and special ceramic bodies
Presleme islemi oncesinde ogutulmus hammadde
igersinde yer alan nemin istenilen seviyeye
dusurulmesi ve uygun geometriye sahip granullerin
elde edilmesi amacina sahip hammadde
hazirlamanin son isjemidir.
It is the last cycle for the body preperation in
which it eliminates the excess water used in the
previous action of grinding meanwhile to produce
the apropriate geometry for the granules before
the pressing.

ve kurutucu kule gatismda bulunan difuzorden
gegerek yayilan sicak hava ile karsilastiginda
kuruyarak a§agiya dogru hareket eden ve kule alt
konisi ucunda bulunan agirhkh klape aracihgi ile
disan alinir. Kule iginden ana fan aracihgi ile emilen
hava , siklon grubundan gegerken bunyesinde
bulunan az miktardaki partikulleri birakarak bacadan
atmosfere atilir. istege bagli olarak wet scrubber
veya filtre uygulanabilir. Pompa basinci , nozul
tipi , sicak hava debisi gibi temel degiskenler
yardimi ile nem orani ve granul yapisi
ayarlanabilmektedir.
The slip has fed to nozzles, placed inside of the
drying chamber, by means of an adjustable high
pressure piston pump. At the end of the nozzles,
the slip is nebbulized by the sprayers into tiny
particles in an upward direction in a dawn flowing
current of hot air, which comes from generator.
In this procedure, drying is almost immediate and
the powder that is formed goes to the bottom
where it is discharged by a swing valve.The
humid air is sucked by the fan through the cyclone
groups where the small quantity of fine powders it
still contains are collected and finally it goes back
into the atmosphere. Optionally a wet scrubber or a
filter can be applied. By adjusting the pressure of
the pump , nozzle type and the flow rate of the hot
air; the apropriate geometry and the humidty can
be obtained for different types of production.

Uretim :
Sicak hava , granul , slip ile temas eden
butun pargalar paslanmaz gelikten imal
edilmektedir. Sicak hava borulan ve
kurutma kamarasi isi kaybinin azaltilmasi
ve sistem verimini arttirmak igin yuksek
yogunluklu tas yunu ile izole edilmistir.
Construction :
For all the parts that interferes with the hotair , slip and the granules are made of
stainless steel. The hot-air pipe and drying
chambers are isolated with high density
rock wool to minimize the loss of heat for
better efficiency.
Granul elde etme isjemi baslamadan once
slip servis tankinda yavas kanstincilar
sayesinde dinlendirilir.
The slip is kept suspended inside the
service tank by the slow stirrers before the
granulization process.
Slip spray dryer igine yuksek kaliteli
piston pompalar sayesinde lens tipi
nozullarden basilir. Uzun galisma
surelerindeki verimi arttirmak amaci ile
lens degistirme islemi spray dryeri
durdurmadan yapilabilir.
The slip is sent inside the spray dryer by
high quality piston pumps through the lance
type nozzles and for flexibility the lances
can be changed or removed without
stopping the drier which ensures the
efficiency during long working hours.
Yuksek kalitedeki yanma unitesi
musterinin talebi dogrultusunda dogal gaz,
fuel-oil gibi veya daha ozel ticari yakitlar
ile calistinlabilir.
The high quality burners can run by
commercial fuels such as fuel-oil or natural
gas , or with special types of fuels
according to customer request.
Spray dryer iginde uygun sicak hava akisi,
yuksek verimli fan yardimi ile saglanir.
The high efficient fans ensures the efficient
flow of the hot air inside the dryer.
Paslanmaz gelikten ozel olarak uretilen
siklonlar sayesinde hava basmci kaybi en
aza indirilerek yuksek verim saglanir.
Special construction of the high quality
stainless steel cyclones ensures the high
efficiency and the low air pressure drop.
Ana emis fani ve otomatik debi ayarh valf
spray dryer icersindeki sicak havanin , slip
granul hale geldikten sonra emilerek
bacadan atilmasini saglar.
Main suction fan and the automated flow
adjustment valve ensures the efficient
absorbtion of the air inside the dryer after
the granulization of the slip through the
exhaust chimney.
Toz toplama sistemi igin musteri talebi
dogrultusunda uygulanabilecek gesitli
altematifler mevcuttur. Bunlar
- Wet scrubber ( Opsiyon )
- Kuru Filtreleme ( Opsiyon )
Otomasyon islemi , kontrol panelinin
uzerindeki bir bilgisayar yardimi ile
sistemden alman bilgiler ile en guvenlikli
ve en yuksek verimde galismasim
saglamaktadir.
Elde edilen granullerin silolara
tasjnmasim saglayan konveyor hatlari ve
dinlenme i§lemi sonrasinda silolarm ozel
agirlikli klape yardimi ile bosaltilmasi
saglanir.
For the dedusting system there are optional
equipments that can be applied according
to the customer requirements, such as;
- Wet scrubber ( optional)
- Dry Filter ( optional)
Automation process is done via the latest
technology to ensure the customer to
control and run the system by a PC
connected electronic control board with the
maximum possible feedback from the spray
drying system with the maximum safety.
The granules are carried with the conveyor
lines to the silos and the discharging of the
silos by a special swing valve is obtained.

Ornek olarak :
For example :
30% nemli slip icin RSP 8000 kullamlmakta
ve 6% nemli granul elde edilmek
istenilmektedir.
RSP 8000 is being used for the slip at 30%
humidity and the desired humidity of the
output powder is 6%.

P= 23.333 kg/h uretim miktari ile 6% nemli
granul elde etmek miimkundur.

drypowder at 6% humidity.
Uretimi arttirmak icin kurutulmak ve granul
elde edilmek istenilen slipin yogunlugunu
arttirmak yolu ile viskozitesinin arttirilmasi
gereklidir.
To increase the production it is neccassary to
increase the viscosity of the slip by the means
of increasing the density of the slip that is
being dried and powdered.
