Sanayicileri Derneði (ASD) tarafýndan
düzenlenmektedir. Bu yayýnda bu yýl ikincisi
düzenlenen Ambalaj Ay Yýldýzlarý 2011 Yarýþmasý nýn
sonuçlarý derlenmiþtir. Türkiyede üretilmiþ olan
ambalajlarý konu alan bu yarýþmada Türk firmalarýnýn
yurtdýþýnda ürettiði ve piyasaya sürdüðü ürünlerde
yarýþmaya katýldýlar. Ambalaj Ay Yýldýzlarý Yarýþmasý
WPO-World Packaging Organization (Dünya Ambalaj
Örgütü) tarafýndan akredite edilerek yetkinliði
tanýnmýþ bir yarýþmadýr.
Ambalaj Ay yýldýzlarý Yarýþmasýnýn temel amaçlarý
Türkiyede üretilen ambalajlý ürünlerin uluslar arasý
piyasalarda kurumsal kimliðini oluþturmak ve
kuvvetlendirmek, Marka sahiplerine, ambalaj
üreticilerine ve ambalajlý ürünlere yurtiçi ve yurtdýþý
piyasalarda rekabet gücü kazandýracak özgün
tasarým ve uygulamalarý özendirmek, katýlýmcýlarýn
özgün tasarýmlý ambalajlý ürünlerine uluslar arasý
piyasalarda farklý ve güçlü konumlar kazandýrmak:
küresel piyasalarda edilgen konumdan yönlendirici
konumlara geçmelerine özendirici olmaktýr.
Nihai hedef olarak da ülkemizde üretilen ticari
mallarýn, yurt içi ve yurt dýþý piyasalarda yer
edinmesine, özgün ve doðru ambalaj uygulamalarý
ile saðlanacak katma deðer ile de rekabet gücü
kazanmasýna katkýda bulunacak bir ambalaj
endüstrisinin geliþmesi öngörülmektedir.
Yarýþma katýlýmcýlarýndan ele alýnmalarý beklenen
konular ambalajý tasarlanacak ürünün fiziksel
nitelikleri, tüketim þekil ve miktarlarý (adet veya
alternatif satýþ miktarlarý) ve koþullarý, kalite ve
hijyeniklik, albeni, ürün hakkýnda bilgilendiricilik,
içinde barýndýrdýðý ürün ile iliþkili olarak grafik
tasarýmý, tüketim sonrasý ambalajýn geri dönüþümü,
deðiþen yaþam tarzlarý ve buna baðlý olarak ortaya
çýkan yeni tüketici beklentilerinin göz önüne
alýnmasýdýr.
Þubat ayýnda ilk duyurusu yapýlan yarýþmaya, son
teslim tarihi olan 20 Mayýs 2011 Cuma gününe kadar
10 kategoride toplam 109 ambalaj baþvurdu. Baþvuru
miktarý kadar baþvurusu yapýlan ambalaj
ürünlerindeki dikkat çekici nitelikler, Ambalaj Ay
Yýldýzlarý Yarýþmamýzýn doðru koþullarla ve amaca
yönelik bir yarýþma olduðunu kanýtladý.
Ürünler; Ýçecekler, Gýda, Saðlýk ve Güzellik Ürünleri,
Ev- Otomotiv- Ofis Araç ve Gereçleri ile Ýhtiyaç
Malzemeleri, Diðer Gýda Dýþý Ürün Ambalajlarý,
Endüstriyel ve Taþýma Ambalajlarý, Ambalaj
Malzemeleri, Satýþ Noktasý Sergileme, Sunum ve
Muhafaza Ürünleri, Fleksibýl Ambalajlar ve Grafik
Tasarýmý olarak 10 farklý kategoride yarýþmaya

yapýldý.
Deðerlendirme aþamasýnda her ambalaj, ürün orjinali,
yazýlý raporu, ürün resim ve tanýtýmlarýný içeren jüri
katalogu, sunum ve tüm bunlarý dijital ortamda içeren
CDleri ile birlikte titizlikle incelenerek deðerlendirildi.

tek tek notlandýrdýlar. Bu deðerlendirme
tamamlandýktan sonra ambalajlar puan sýrasýna
dizildiler.
Yarýþmanýn ilk aþamasýnda genel sýralamada Jüri
üyelerinin verdiði notlara göre en az iyi olarak not
verdiði 500 puan üzerinde not alan projeler Yetkinlik
2011 ödülüne layýk görüldüler. Yarýþma kuralý
uyarýnca Yetkinlik 2011 ödülüne layýk görülen
ambalajlar WPOnun düzenlediði WorldStar Yarýþmasý
da dahil uluslararasý yarýþmalara katýlma hakký
kazandýlar.
Ýkinci aþamada Yetkinlik 2011 ödülüne layýk görülen
ambalajlar arasýnda yapýlan deðerlendirmede her
bir kategorinin Altýn, Gümüþ ve Bronz ödülleri
belirlendi.

Kategorilerin Altýn, Gümüþ ve Bronz ödülleri þartname
gereði açýklanmayarak, kazanan ambalajlara iliþkin
sertifika, özel tasarýmlý ödül heykelciði, yarýþma logosu
ile ödülün küçük ambleminin sayýsal görselleri 9 Eylül
2011de Çýraðan Palace Kempinski Ýstanbulda
gerçekleþtirilen eðlentili, yemekli bir programla
açýklanarak sahiplerine verildi. WorldStar yarýþmasýna
katýlmak isteyen kuruluþlar en az Yetkinlik 2011
ödülünü almýþ olmak kaydý ile 14 Ekim 2011 tarihine
kadar WorldStar yarýþmasýna katýlým baþvurusunu
ASD üzerinden yapabilecekler.
Crescent and Stars for Packaging 2011 Has
Been Finalized
Crescent and Stars for Packaging 2011 is organized by
the Packaging Manufacturers Association (ASD). This
booklet summarizes the results of the Crescent and Stars
for Packaging 2011 Competition held for the second time
this year. Based on the concept of packaging
manufactured in Turkey, this competition also included
the products that Turkish companies produced and
launched abroad. Crescent and Stars for Packaging has
been accredited and recognized by WPO-World Packaging
Organization.
The main objectives of the Crescent and Stars for
Packaging Competition are to establish and reinforce the
corporate identity of the packaged products made in
Turkey in the international markets, to encourage original
design and applications that will give brand owners,

packaging producers and packaged products competitive
power in national and international markets, to provide
higher positions in international markets for the packaged
products with original designs and to encourage them
to shift from passive to directive positions in global
markets. And the final objective is to develop a packaging
industry that will contribute to the national and
international positioning of the commercial goods made
in our country as well as to the competitive power by
means of added value obtained from correct packaging
applications.
The issues to be addressed in the Competition by products
are physical characteristics of the product for which
packaging shall be designed, the type, amount (pieces
or alternative sales quantity) and conditions of
consumption, quality and hygiene, attraction,
information about the product, graphic design related
to the product content, recycling of packaging after
consumption, changing lifestyles and the associated
consumer expectations.

The competition which was first announced in February
was participated by 109 projects until the deadline on
May 20th 2011. Besides the high number of participation,
remarkable qualification of packaging products that
participated in our Competition proves that Crescent
and Stars for Packaging Competition is in right
conditions and well-adapted to the purpose.

Entries for the competition were grouped into 10
categories including food, beverages, health and beauty
products, home-automotive-office tools and equipment,
other non-food products packaging, industrial and
transportation packaging, packaging materials and
sales point display, presentation and protection products,
flexible packaging and graphic design.

The jury gathered on May 27th 2011 Friday in the
Packaging Building of ASD.
Competition reporter was ASD Administrative and
Financial Affairs Group Representative Hülya Ataman.
During the evaluation phase, each project, including
the original product, written report, jury catalogue with
product pictures and descriptions, presentations and
CDs with digital content, was scrutinized. Following

the evaluation of all projects, Jury Members scored each
one individually according to the criteria included in the
competition specifications:

Capability of protecting and preserving the content
Packaging shape being new, original, different and
interesting
Adequacy and ease of using, filling, pouring, opening
and reclosing
Appropriate and sufficient marking and information
on the package,
Attractive look on shelf
Graphic design
Production quality
The material used and the cost economy
Reuse, recycling in terms of environmental sensitivity,
sustainability
Success in terms of recovery opportunities
Original structural characteristic
Capability of being successfully exhibited in final sales
points
9th 2011 in Çýraðan Palace Kempinski Ýstanbul with an
entertaining programme.
Companies wishing to participate in the WPO-Worldstar
Competition may present their application for the WPOWorldstar Competition until Octobert 14th 2011 via the
ASD, provided that they have been awarded the
Competency 2011 award.
Jury evaluated every project one by one and projects were
ranked in order of scores after this evaluation.
In the first phase of the competition, the projects that
were rated good by the Jury members and scored above
500 in the general ranking were awarded Competency
2011 award. Projects that were awarded Competency
2011 award were entitled to participate in the
international competitions including the WPO WorldStar
Competition.
In the second phase where projects that were awarded
Competency 2011 award were evaluated, Golden, Silver
and Bronze awards were identified for each category.
Certificates for the winning projects, specially designed
prize figurines, competition logos and little emblem
visuals of the prize shall be presented in the award
ceremony. Award ceremony shall take place on September

Binboanýn genç, sýradýþý ve þaþýrtýcý imajýna uygun, raflarda yüksek
etki yaratacak yeni bir þiþe tasarlamak amaçlandý. Arzulanan cool ve
esprili ifade, amblem ile bütünleþen þiþe tasarýmý ve kabartma amblemin
ortasýnýn oyulmasýyla elde edilen ergonomik el oyuðuyla saðlandý.
Þiþe tasarýmýnda istenilen modern, karizmatik ve güçlü ifade kapak
ile bütünleþen boyun, yaka detayý, elips el oyuklarý ve bu çizgilere
bütünsellik saðlayan serigrafi baský grafik tasarýmý ile oluþturuldu.
Gençleþen tasarýmýyla, her üç tipin uyumlu bir aile olmasý saðlandý.
The objective was to design a new bottle, which will express the
young, extraordinary, surprising image of the Binboa brand. Cool
and humorous expressions, which are asked for the design are made
by integrating the Binboa brand symbol, to the simple glass body and
by carving the center of that relief emblem in an ergonomic way.
For the bottle design; the modern, charismatic, and powerful image
has been made by the concave neck, elliptical grove forms and harmonic
silk screen printed graphic design. With its younger looking design, all
three types become in harmony and unity, in a family resemblance.

algýlanmasýný kolaylaþtýrmaktadýr. Ambalajýn üst kýsmýnda bulunan
taþýma delikleri tüketicilere taþýma kolaylýðý saðlamaktadýr.
Uludaðýn saygýn duruþu þiþenin endamlý omuz formunu oluþturur.
Feminen hatlar ile modern bir çizgi yakalanmýþ ve kaynaðýnýn güzelliðine
ve temizliðine gönderme yapýlmýþtýr. Markanýn tarihten gelen güven ve
saygýnlýðýný barýndýran ve modern tüketicisine hitap eden bir ambalajdýr.
The design is developed with the idea of cold beer and refrigerator.
The windows that are on each side of the package facilitate the
recognition of the product and the holes on the top of the package
make it easier to carry the contents.
Supreme shoulder of the bottle is formed by Uludags respectable
standing. Feminine lines gives a modern look and symbolies the sources
beauty and cleanness. This bottle contains companys trust and respect
and calls for todays consumers.

inspired. The nodal part is for holding function and recalls reliability
of brands identity, and impacts on the meaning of it.

yüzeyler tasarlandý.
Çarþýdan aldým bir tane, eve geldim bin tane deyiþi ile eþleþen çeþnili
zeytinyaðlarýmýzýn kutu tasarýmý, hem içerisindeki ürünleri koruyucu
özellikte, hem de bir bütünün parçalarýný kapsayacak þekilde
tasarlanmýþtýr.
For Komili we designed the glass bottle by protecting and developing
our previous pet packaging design; evoking the Anatolian Fertility
Goddess Kybele. By the help of matching moulds, the bottles designed
with long necks and with the engravings on sides; creating an ease of
grasping, pouring and sense of possession. Instead of labeling, designing
graphic surfaces for transfer print is preferred.

Kullaným sýrasýnda çöp poþeti, 7 cmlik körüklü özelliði sayesinde katlý

kept large in order to hold the heavy part at the lower half and in order to
have a large label area. The graphic design aimed at achieving a strong
common language among the variants so that the visibility of the brand is

disappears within a few weeks when mixed in the soil because it doesnt
contain fossil fuel. 100 % natural, has good twisting spesifications and
as strong as plastic films about tearing up as well.
Our product is tubed from PP woven fabric which is coated by printed
and laminated opp film .The easy open suck mouth sewen is produced
by special conversion line.The customer fills the bags from the bottom
side for easy open sewn is different from the others. Our desing occurs
only one sewen yern and strip. The last users can easily open the bags
