(3.5 * 4.5 cm) boyutlarında arka fonu beyaz. renkli ve yeni çekilmiş fotoğraf. Fotoğrafta başvuru sahibinin yüzü, çenesi, alnı, burnu, gözleri,kaşları ve ağzı
net bir şekilde görülmelidir. (Çene – baş mesafesi 3/3,5 cm olmalıdır)
2 passport sized (3.5 cms x 4.5 cms) coloured photographs with white background taken recently. On the photograph, the applicant’s face- chin, forehead, nose, eyes,
eyebrows and the mouth- should be clearly visible. (Size is top of hair to chin must be 3/3,5 cm)

Eğitim Ziyaretleri ya da AB Eğitimine Katılım, Eğitim ya da araştırma merkezi ya da üniversiteden orijinal davetiye mektubu ve Ulusal Ajans’tan
mektup (AB Eğitim ve Gençlik Programları Merkezi) ya da TÜBİTAK’tan bireyin AB programı destekli visa başvuru yaptığını gösterir belge.

Turkish National Agency ( Centre for EU Education and Youth Programmes) or TÜBITAK identifying that the individual applying for visa is supported by an European
Union Programme.

Valid Travel Health Insurance which covers the travel dates.(Travel Health Insurance also available in Visa Centers)

Geçim araçlarının kanıtı: örneğin;
a) Hesabın son 3 aylık banka hesap hareketleri
b) Düzenli gelir kanıtı örneğin son 3 aylık maaş bordrosu (ya da benzeri)
Proof of means of subsistence: e.g.
a) Bank account statement on the account turnover during the last three months,
b) Proof of regular income, e.g. salary slips of the last three months (or similar)

Başvuru sahibi öğretmen ya da akademisyen olarak çalışıyorsa, işvereninden izin mektubu ya da izin onayı ve SGK evrakları
If the applicant is employed as a teacher or professor: permission letter from the employer and/or approval for leave and SGK documents

Başvuru sahibi öğrenci ise, İngilizce ve original öğrenci belgesi
If the applicant is a student: original student certificate in English.

Başvuru sahibi 18 yaşından ufaksa ve tek başına seyahat ediyorsa: Noterden onaylı muvaffakatname. Sadece bir ebeveyn çocuğa eşlik ediyorsa, diğer
ebeveynin noterden onaylı muvaffakatnamesi gereklidir. (Bu durum eğer ebeveyn tek ebeveynse veya çocuğun velayeti varsa geçerli değildir ) Eğer her
iki ebeveyn de yolculuk ediyorsa muvaffakatnameye gerek yoktur.
If the applicant is a minor/ under the age of 18 and travelling alone: both parents’ Letter of Consent approved by the Public Notary. If one parent is
accompanying the child: the other parent’s consent is needed. (This condition shall not apply if the travelling parent is a single parent or holds the parental
authority alone). If both parents travel together with the child: there is no need for the consent.

Pasaport Fotokopisi : Son 10 yıl içerisinde alınmış geçerli bir pasaport ve işlem görmüş sayfaların renkli fotokopisi (en az iki sayfası boş olmalı). Varsa eski
pasaportlar ve A4 boyutlu renkli fotokopileri (işlem görmüş tüm sayfalar).
A valid passport issued within the last 10 years and a A4-sized coloured photocopy. If available old passports and coloured copies (copies of all non-blank pages).

The Danish authorities have the right to request for further documents.
