ile kaplanmas× ile oluċur. Oluċturulan paneller Kuċak Birleċtirme Elemanlar× ile birbirlerine kama ile baĊlan×r. Panellerin birleċtirilmesi kama
ile yap×ld×Ċ×ndan kurulum ve söküm aċamas×nda büyük kolayl×k saĊlar.
Perde kal×b×n×n her iki yüzeyine gelen bas×nçlar, kal×p içine b×rak×lm×ċ
pvc borulardan geçen saplamalar (Tie-rod) ile karċ×l×kl× aktar×l×r ve taċ×t×l×r. Bu ankarajlama sistemi emniyetle 90 kN çekme yükü taċ×yabilir.
Kullan×lan elemanlar ile geniċ yüzeyli panolar yap×larak tek seferde çok
büyük alanlar kaplanabilir. Sistemdeki panolar aĊ×r olduĊundan sadece

vinç ile taċ×nabilmetedirler. Panolar×n montaj× bir kere yap×ld×ktan sonra,
iċ bitimine kadar bozulmadan uygulanabilmektedirler. Böylelikle hem
iċçilikten, hem de zamandan tasarruf edilebildiĊi gibi malzeme zaiyat×
da minimuma iner. Sistemin taċ×ma kapasitesi yüksek olduĊundan çok
yüksek perde ve kolonlar×n dökülmesi mümkündür.
Kullan×lan ara parçalar (Àller plate) yani adaptörler sayesinde her türlü
projeye ve projenin farkl× k×s×mlar×ndaki geometrilere rahatl×kla adapte
edilebilir. Kal×plar yek bir yüzlerine konulan 2 kollu; birincisi aks payandas× ve ikincisi ayar payandas× olmak üzere düÁeyde Áaküle getirilir.
Kal×p statik hesaplar× Alman DIN 18218 normuna göre yap×lmaktad×r.
Projedeki farkl× beton yükseklikleri için perde kal×b× H20-H20 birleÁtirme
eleman× kullan×larak h×zl×, güvenli ve doĊru bir Áekilde yükseltilebilir.

Column-Curtain formwork system takes place by solid webbed H20
timber beams tied to tensile resistant steel walers by the beam clamps
that can transmit force to the steel walers, and covering the framed
form by plywood.Formed panels are connected to eachother by Waler
Connectors with using wedges. Using wedges provides ease of erection and dismantling. Fresh concrete pressures that apply over both
sides of curtain formwork system are reciprocally transferred and supported through means of tierods placed within the molding. This anchorage system has tensile load-bearing capacity up to 90 KN.
Large areas can be covered by establisting large surfaced panels.
Heavy panels can be carried only by crane. After the assembling of the
panels, they can be used till the end of the job without any dismantling.
This speciÀcation of the system provides reduced labor, time and minimizes wasted material. Since the load bearing capacity of the system is
very high, it is possible to cast high walls and columns.
By the means of the Àller plates, system can be adapted to all kinds
of projects,shapes and sizes. Formworks are brought to plumb line in
vertical by two armed(axial and adjustable) push-pull props, placed on
one side. Static calculations are being made in compliance with the
German DIN 18218 norms. The height of the curtain formwork system
can be increased by the use of H20-H20 connecting component for
varying heights in a speedy and safe manner.
