General Manager
SARTEL KABLO which roots goes back to 1974 and gathers experiences on electric, winding and submersible pump under its name
since 1998, is now celebrating the 15th anniversary. In a short time
we have managed to make a good reputation with our differences in
the cable industry. With our investment which settled in Nazilli, our
company have made its first export to Finland and even today exits
in the European market with 85% exportation volume. In our facilities
we have one of the biggest low voltage power cable production capacities of Turkey. We are a dynamic cable company which settled on
a 115.000 m² area. By the end of 2012, we have 25.000 m² closed area
which consists of 18.000 m² cable production facility, 5.000 m² copper
wire production facility and 2.000 m² winding wire production facilities for submersible pump motors. In all our facilities the latest system
control technologies are used and we have the most productive machines and equipments of the sector.
Acoording to 2012 data, our company which has 60% export ratio,
has placed the 380th rank in Turkish Exporters Assembly “First 1000
list“. Also, with more than 500 franchisers SARTEL KABLO is one of
the unique companies which successfully established its authorized
dealer system for domestic market in Turkey.
On the other hand, our company is one of the rare companies has
quality and production approvals of every country which has cooperation and trade.
From the begining, our company has managed to produce spare
parts, equipments and moulds of most of the machines on its own
structure and with this advantage it has kept on its swift development. Today, in our facilities there are 22 pieces last system insulation line, 2 pieces full automatic PVC granulating facility with 2.5 tons
capacity and copper drawing facility with 1500 ton/month capacity.
With 8 new lines which had already put into use in 2013, SARTEL KABLO aims to increase its production capacity and will lend wings to
consumers.
SARTEL KABLO which make productions according to Turkish and International standards, produces all low voltage energy groups such as
PVC INSULATED CONDUCTORS, PVC INSULATED Y-CABLES, Y-CABLES,
XLPE AND PVC INSULATED CONTROL CABLES, RUBBER INSULATED
CABLES, SUBMERSIBLE PUMP CABLES, FIRE AND HEATH RESISTANT
CABLES. On the other hand, we also produce SUBMERSIBLE MOTOR
WINDING WIRES intended to submersible motor producers. All quality tests of our productions are made according to the standards in
laboratory which settled in our facility with qualified equipments and
by our expert engineers.
With the conscious of connection between customer satisfaction and
staff motivation, we will keep on and raise our production capacity
with respect to humankind and environment.
SARTEL KABLO which will go on its investments with decisive and
right steps, has grown up by means of interest and supports of its
customers and will continue to be an important actor of Turkish cable
sector.
