SAB Otomotive’s development is a story of entrepreneurship and success which started at the
end of the ‘90s. The company’s ȴrst industrial step was the trade and export of satellite dishes
to Europe which initiated the establishment of a company in the Netherlands. Later on this
entrepreneurship -besides the company in the Netherlands and with the production of satellite
dishes and accessories in Konya- was raised to volume of exporting 4 continents and made it
Europe’s largest manufacturer in its ȴeld.
As a Turkish initiative SAB, has followed the development of the Turkish Automotive Industry
closely and eagerly, waited for the best time to invest in this sector and ȴnally taking the
investment decision for the production of steering and suspension parts.
SAB Automotive started its production in 2015 in the new production facilities at Konya
Industrial Zone with Light and Heavy commercial vehicle suspension parts (Tie Rods, Tie Rod
Ends, V-Stay Bars, Torque Rods, Ball Joints, etc.).
Company’s brand BAGEN was successfully approved due to the achieved product speciȴcations,
quality requirements, required functionality, as well as a competitive position in terms of cost in
the market.
Its products and adaptable organisational set-up for both OEM and Aftermarket makes BAGEN
a sought-after provider in both sectors.

süspansiyon sistemleri parçalaró üretimi için yatóróm kararó alónmóġtór.
SAB Otomotiv, Konya Organize Sanayi Bölgesi içerisindeki yeni üretim tesislerinde Haȴf
ve Aáór Ticari araç süspansiyon parçalaró (Rot Kolu, Rotbaġó, V-Kolu, Tork Kolu, Rotil, vb.)
üretimine 2015 yóló itibariyle baġlamóġtór.
Firmanón; ulaġólan ürün özellikleriyle, gerek kalite, gerek fonksiyonellik, gerekse maliyet
açósóndan rekabetçi bir konumda olduáu BAGEN markasónón pazardaki baġarósóyla
tescillenmiġtir.
BAGEN ürünleri ile hem OEM hem de Yenileme Pazaróna adapte olabilen organizasyonel

Replacement Parts Market strongly with its BAGEN brand.
The Company is taking strong and ȴrm steps with 120
employees and its products to achieve its targeted motto of

SAB Automotive has its own engineering resources
and machinery capable of developing and improving
the products by oneself. From style to moldable
models to product design process and reverse
engineering capabilities, prototyping process to
verify designs, design of castings, forgings, rubber,
machining parts and tube component molding and
to produce the required ȴxture in their production
and control is possible with CAD, making them CNC
vertical machining centers with part machining
capacity for very large and small sized parts, wire
erosion and conventional molder workplaces.
BAGEN is able to meet both the needs and schedules
of production as well as maintenance in its own
internal molding facility.

In the design process operational steps or
equipments used are conducted in accordance
with the principal of Poka-yoke (mistake-prooȴng)
which contributes indisputably to products’ quality
sustainability. Product validation testing in the
design process, requested customer speciȴcations
and SAB Automotive’s tests in the scope of their own
procedures are performed in the internal laboratory.

In our tube processing facility we can perform
multiple tube processes at once providing both quality
and cost advantages. In our machining and heat
treatment facility line, the ball pins and housings are
produced by cold forging method and hardened with
induction and heat treatment. All machined parts
are manufactured with the use of CAM at very low
tolerances which results in long life-test performances.
Our Surface Coating way of wet painting facility is
equipped with the latest technology enabling us
to provide the paint and corrosion performances
requested in OEM speciȴcations.
Boru iġleme hattómózda boru üzerindeki birçok prosesi
