ECR-3: (Cosj-metre) Mikroiþlemci tabanl› ECR-3, sistemin cosj sinin
(yerdeðiþtirme güç katsayýsý) ölçümü için geliþtirilmiþtir. Ayrýca iþletme
yükünün indüktif veya kapasitif durumunu gösterir. cosj’nin negatif iþaretli
olmasý sistemin kapasitif olduðunu, iþaretin olmamasý ise sistemin indüktif
olduðunu gösterir.
ECR-3 ayrýca RG-A ve RG-E serisi reaktif güç kontrol röleleri ile birlikte
cosj ölçümünde kullanýlýr.
EFC-3: (Frekansmetre) Mikroiþlemci tabanl› EFC-3 endüstri tesislerinde
iþletme gerilim frekans›n›n hassasiyetle ölçülmesi için geliþtirilmiþtir.
Kullan›m ve Çal›þma Prensipleri
ECR-3: Uygulamalarda görülmüþtür ki, bir kompanzasyon sisteminde en
uygun çal›þma noktas›n›n ayarlanmas›, reaktif güç kontrol rölesi ile birlikte
Cosj -metre kullanmakla gerçekleþtirilebilmektedir. Aksi halde rastgele
ayarlanan bir röle, ya osilasyona veya yetersiz kompanzasyon nedeniyle
reaktif bedel ödenmesine yol açmaktad›r.Bu amaçla geliþtirilen ECR-3,
dijital göstergesiyle kullan›c›ya hassas ve kolay ölçme imkan› sa¤lamaktad›r.

EFC-3: EFC-3, 20- 400Hz aras› frekanslar›, ölçme giriþine bir voltmetre gibi
ba¤lanmak suretiyle ölçen, 3 haneli bir ölçüm cihaz›d›r.Ölçme devresi
“kristal” kontrollü olup, sayma sapmas› sözkonusu de¤ildir. Ayr›ca dijital
göstergesi kullan›c›ya hassas ve kolay ölçme imkan› sa¤lamaktad›r. Besleme

ECR-3’ün RG-A / RG-E Serileriyle Kullan›m›
Cosj-metre ba¤lant› þemas›nda görüldü¤ü gibi, iþletmeye uygun
“...../5A”çevirme oran›na sahip bir ak›m trafosuyla þebekeye ba¤lan›r.Ba¤lant›
yap›l›rken besleme geriliminin ak›m trafosunun ba¤land›¤› fazdan al›nmas›na
çok dikkat edilmelidir.
Ak›m ölçme giriþi,, cihaz içinde yer alan 5A nominal giriþli bir trafo üzerinden
gerçekleþti¤inden, ana ak›m redüktörünü yüklemez ve reaktif güç kontrol
rölesi ile tek ak›m redüktöründen seri ba¤lanmak suretiyle kullan›labilir.

röleleriyle birlikte nas›l kullan›labilece¤i gösterilmektedir:
General (ECR-3 and EFC-3)
ECR-3: Cosj -meter is microprocessor based and developed to measure
the cosj (the displacement power factor) of the system.
ECR-3 indicates whether the load is inductive or capacitive .If there is a
negative sign then the load is capacitive, and if there is no sign then it is
inductive.
ECR-3 can also be used with RG-A/ RG-E series Power Factor Controllers,
in order to indicate the cosj
EFC-3: Frequency meter is developed for accurate measurement of the
line frequency in industrial plants.
Operation Principles
ECR-3:In compensation systems, a more efficient cosj correction can be
obtained by utilizing a cosj meter.
The problems due to insufficient compensation and unwanted oscillations
in systems can be eliminated by the help of monitoring cosj.
ECR-3 provides the user an easy and accurate measurement of cosj with
its digital indicator.

EFC-3; measures the line frequency accurately between 20 and 400 Hz.
EFC-3 is a 3-digit device and its “crystal” controlled, measuring circuit is
very accurate and has a long life.The supply input for EFC-3 may be
connected as phase-neutral or phase-phase. Please see the following
connection diagrams.

Utilization of ECR-3 with RG-A / RG-E Series
The characteristic conversion ratio of the current transformer
is .../5A. If Cosj meter shows capacitive loads, even though the loads
connected to the lines are mostly inductive (motors, transformers,etc.), the
connactions for the current transformer should be interchanged.
In order for ECR-3 to measure accurately, the current flowing through the
current transformer should be at least 2 % of the nominal current (In).
The following connection diagram shows how ECR-3 can be used with
RG-A / RG-E series Power Factor Controllers.
