Anodising is a process through which a
defined aluminium oxide layer is artificially
created to protect the natural aluminium
surface. The anodising layer generated is
strong, durable and consistant which is both
weather and corrosion resistant. The most
popular method of anodising is the direct
current (D.C.) sulphuric acid process.
Eloksal işlemi,doğal alüminyum yüzey
üzerine suni olarak alüminyum oksit
katmanı oluşturma işlemidir. Oluşturulan
eloksal yüzey; hava ve korozyon dayanımı
sağlama amacıyla güçlü, kalıcı ve
mukavimdir. Ekolsal işleminde en yaygın
metod, direkt sülfürik asit işlemi (D.C.)
uygulamaktır.

Group panel is a prepainted aluminium sheet
manufactured through coil-coating. This
process allows for the application of one or
more layers of coating, all in uniform quality
and with no colour deviation between different
delivery batches.

CORTEN STEEL
Corten Steel is a pre-coated weathered option
for stainless steel. It provides contemporary
style with durability. The steel is used for
various types of welded, bolted and riveted
constructions e.g. steel frame structures,
bridges, tanks and containers, exhaust
systems, vehicles and equipment constructions. Corten Steel (CS) provides striking
finishes that give buildings a modern stylised
appearance. Steel that naturally weathers to
provide a stunning rusted look.
COR-TEN® A (Korten A); kendisini

additional demands on electricity suppliers, who in
turn, exacerbate global warming! It is a vicious circle

Expanded metal has been used in a number of
different balustrade applications. The variety of
meshes, materials and finishes available will enable
you to create your own bespoke design.
The structure of expanded metal aides the disruption
of sound waves, deadening noise and reducing echo.
This practical feature of the material, in conjunction
with its already proven architectural features make it
perfect for decorative ceiling tiles. The open area of
the mesh allows sprinkler systems to work effectively
whilst hiding the unsightly sprinklers.

A light material, approx. 175 g/m2 for a
long-lasting sheet offering a very wide
range of possibilities in terms of shape
and geometry to design innovative,
spectacular buildings.

The low weight of the sheets and the fixing
system means lower support structure
consumption and, ultimately, a big
financial saving, which is still greater in
structures with large openings and large

SINGLE-LAYER APPLICATIONS
TEK KATMANLI UYGULAMALAR
A single layer is used, normally with double curvature
geometry. Single-layer applications depend on the
mechanical prestressing, with the primary structure
bearing the loads.
Çift eğimli geometrik açıklıklarda, genelikle tek
katman ETFE uygulaması yapılır.Tek katmanlı ETFE
uygulamaları, yük taşıyan esas yapı ile birlikte
mekanik öngermeye bağlıdır.

These are constructed with two or more sheets of
ETFE, closed at their edges and fixed to a perimeter
anchoring system. They require a low-pressure, dry
air inflation system produced via a unit made up of
fans and a distribution network. It’s controlled using
an intelligent system.
Çok katmanlı ETFE Sistemlerde, kenarları kapalı iki
yada daha fazla katman, alan etrafında yeralan bir
ankraj sistemine sabitlenir. Bu sistemde, fanlar ve
dağıtım ağı sayesinde oluşan düşük başınçlı , kuru
hava enflasyon sistemi gerekmektedir. Tüm bu
sistem, “Akıllı Sistem” kullanarak kontrol altında
tutulur.
Dimensions
In general, the cushions, which can be circular or
square, measure a maximum of 7,5 m and rectangular cushions should not exceed 4,5 mt. The length of
a cushion can reach 40 mt. The dimension can be
increased with the introduction of reinforcement with
cable mesh and other materials.
Anchorage System
Cushions are fixed at the edge using a system of
extruded aluminium profiles and a condensation
collection tray. The system is guaranteed airtight
using EPDM joints.
Ölçüler
Genel olarak, daire yada kare formlu membranlar en
fazla 7,5 mt. Ve dikdörtgen olan membranlar 4,5 mt i
geçmez. Membranın uzunluğu 40 mt e ulaşabilir.
Ölçüler, cable mesh yada diğer malzemelerle
taşıyıcılığı güçlendirerek daha da artırılabilir.
Ankraj Sistemi
ETFE yastıkları, kenar kısımlarından çepeçevre
kondens (yoğuşma) kanallı alüminyum sistem
profilleri ile tespit edilir ve sistemin birleşim
noktalarında EPDM fitil kullanılarak hava
geçirimsizliği garanti altına alınır.
