Firmamýzýn kökleri 1982 yýlýnda kurulan “ÜNAL TEKNÝK” firmasýna kadar uzanýr. Bu yýllarda
Ankara Tandoðan Mechul Asker Sokak'ta 10 m2 lik küçük bir iþletme olarak radyo-televizyon
tamirciliði ve bobinaj konularýnda çalýþýlmýþtýr. Brülörlü ýsýtma cihazý alanýnda bir pazar açýðý
belirleyen firma o yýllardaki kýsýtlý üretim sermayesi ile bu pazara girmiþ,mevcut sistemleri taklit
yerine kendi özgün dizaynýný oluþturmuþtur. Kýsýtlý imkanlara raðmen AR-GE nin önemini bilen
firma sürekli yeniliði bir ilke edinmiþ,bunu yaparken de asla kaliteden taviz vermemiþtir.
The roots of our firm extend back to “ÜNAL TEKNÝK” firm, incorporated in 1982. Said firm was
engaged in the radio-television repair and winding as a small establishment of 10 m2 at Ankara,
Tandogan, Mechul Asker Sokak. The firm, determining a market inefficiency in the heating devices
with burners, has penetrated said market with its limited production capacity at the time, and has
created its own unique design rather than imitating the present systems. Being aware of the
importance of R&D, the firm has adopted constant renovation as a principle and in doing so it has
never compromised quality.

hortumlarýna kýyasla 3-4 kat, kauçuk ve benzeri hortumlara
gore 2,5-5 kat dayanýmý daha fazladýr.

Poliüretan hortumlarýn diðer avantajlarý arasýnda yüksek
elastikiyet, yüksek gerlime dayanýmý, yüksek yýrtýlma
dayanýmý bulunmaktadýr
Basýnca karþý daha dayanýklýdýr (Materyallerin taþýnýmý
sýrasýnda büyük güvenlik saðlar)
Yangýna karþý avantajlýdýr (PVC ye kýyasla)
Çevreye dosttur. Eskime süresi uzun olduðu için maliyet
etkinliði fazladýr.
Kauçuk Hortumlar genelde siyah ve opak renkte olduklarý
için, taþýma esnasýnda partikülleri göremezsiniz ve kontrol
edemezsiniz. TECHNI PU hortumlar þeffaf olduklarýndan
dolayý çalýþma esnasýnda güvenlik saðlar.

Compared to other plastic hoses in the market, TECHNIFLEX
polyurethane hoses (TECHNI PU) have the following distinguishing
characteristics:

Compared to rubber hoses, TECHNIFLEX polyurethane
hoses have greater flexibility and lower weight
Hoses are more usable at low temperatures because of their
flexibility. The risk of bending fracture is lower at low
temperatures. They have easy bending characteristics, so
that there is no mechanical stress in connection points.
Wear is less i.e. about 3 to 4 times better than many soft
PVC, 2.5 to 5 times better than rubber and about

Polyurethane hoses have the advantage of high elasticity,
high tensile strength, high resistance to tear propagation,
best resilience and low compression set

Rubber hoses are usually black and opaque therefore it is not
possible to see and control the particles during the transfer

Nowadays many new machines are producing for woodwork industry
and chip removals and there is an increase in demand for wood.
Woodwork machines are now designed environmental friendly.
Besides woodwork factories and plants want to remove chips from

kumaþ kalýnlýðý ve PVC kaplama kalýnlýðý daha fazladýr. Soðuk veya
sýcak hava nakli için ise izolasyonlu hortumlar göze çarpmaktadýr.

These types of hoses have a lot of types since their usage areas are
wider. Hoses are produced according to different types of mechanical
and chemical features and separated from each other with regard to
these features. For example, while the ventilation hoses are
produced with PVC coated fabric, welding fumes hoses are produced
with PVC coated fabric but including fire retardant. Nonetheless, the
thickness of fabric and PVC coating hoses used in high-vacuum
applications are bigger, than the others. Isolated ducts are used in
transfer process of cold or warm air.
Generally, the characteristics of the ducts are changed with regard to
their usage areas.

Chemical Resistance (especially acid and bases)
Hortumun kullanýlacaðý alan bir makine üzerinde veya endüstriyel
uygulamada; gýda, ilaç, saðlýk vb.. Hassas aplikasyonlar yoksa ve
maliyet oldukça önemliyse en uygun çözüm PVC hortum olarak
görülmektedir. PVC hortumlar endüstriyel hortumlarýn atasýdýr ve
halen oldukça fazla kullaným alanýna sahiptirler. Esneme özellikleri
oldukça fazladýr ve ilk yatýrým maliyeti de oldukça düþüktür.
If there is no any sensitive application in the industry (like food,
pharmacy etc applications) and if the cost is important for the user, the
best solution is PVC ducts which have wider usage areas. The
flexibility is more and the first investment cost is lower.

TUNNEL / MINING VENTILATION HOSES
Tünel veya maden havalandýrma sistemlerinde en önemli unsur

The most important factor in tunnel and mining applications is to pres
or vacuum the required air into the tunnel or mining areas. Because of
the nature of the tunnel/mining areas, there are turning points and
sloped areas. In these cases, TECHNICONNECT hoses have higher
performance. At bending or turning points, the vertical and horizontal
section does not change because of the spiral and the pressure loss
is very lower. The most effective, safety and practical way of suction
the air from tunnel/mining is TECHNICONNECT hoses. The

MEDIUM AND HIGH TEMPERATURE HOSES
TECHNIFLEX hortumlarý tek katlý olarak 700° C ye kadar
dayanabilen, çok katlý üretim yöntemi ile de 1.100 C ye kadar
dayanýklý hortumlar üreten yüksek ýsý hortumlarý markasýdýr.
Ürünler asbest içermez. TECHNIFLEX hortumlarý ileri teknoloji ile
üretilirler. Ürünlerden en iyi verimi alabilmek için hortuma ait pozitif ve
negatif basýnç deðerlerini uygulamanýz için check ediniz ve kullanma
ve baðlantý þekillerini dikkate alýnýz.
TECHNIFLEX is the high temperature hose trademark which
produces one layer hoses resist up to 700 C, and multi layer hoses
resist up to 1100 C. The products contain no asbestos. TECHNIFLEX
hoses are manufactured by the advanced technology. In order to get
high efficiency from the hoses, please check the positive / negative
pressures and take into account the connection shapes.

CONNECTION AND INSTALLATION ACCESSORIES
Tüm Techniflex hortumlarý için baðlantý ve kurulum aksesuarlarý
bulunmaktadýr. Bu aksesuarlar hortum baðlantýsýnýn saðlam ve uzun
ömürlü olmasýný, istenilen özellikleri saðlamasýný ve pratik
kurulumunu amaçlar.
There are connection and installation accessories for all Techniflex
hoses. These accessories aims to give long life and strength to the
hoses. They also let the hoses show its full specifications and easy
installation.
Seçtiðiniz hortuma uyumlu aksesuarlar hortuma ait tabloda hortum
sipariþ kodunun hemen yanýnda yer almaktadýr. Bununla birlikte bir
techniflex hortumu 2-3 eþit çapa ayýran DA daðýtým adaptörleri de
üretimimizde yer almaktadýr.
The accessories which fit the chosen hoses are shown in the table
next to the order code. Beside these accessories there are DA
distribution adaptors which devide the hoses into 2 or 3 equal
diameters.
KA ve KB serisi kelepçeler hortumun büyüklüðüne ve sýkma
gücüne baðlý olarak farklý dayaným sergilerler. Seçtiðiniz
hortuma ait tavsiye ettiðimiz kelepçe hortuma ait tabloda
aksesuarlar kýsmýnda belirtilmiþtir.
The KA and KB series hose clamps show different resistance
due to the diameter of the hoses. The offerred clamp for the
chosen hose are shown at the accessories part of the related
table.

Wearing away by friction. That is, because of the mechanical strain, small
particles wear the surface.
Katký:
Birþeyi deðiþtirmek amaçlý içine eklenen þey mesela UV katký maddesi,

Additives
A substance added in small amounts to something else to alter it, like UVstabilizing agents conductive soot, flame proofing agents vb…..
Yaþlanma:
Yýllanma, eski halini alma, fiziksel ve kimyasal proses sonucunda materyalin

Ageing
To become old. As a result of physical and chemical processes, leading to a
deterioration in performance characteristics of the material.

Bend radius
The bend radius is given in mm. All figures refer to the inside of the hose bend
at max. operating pressure.

Hydrolysis resistance
Decomposition of a chemical compound by reaction with water, as the
dissociation of a dissolved salt or the catalytic conversion of glucose to starch
is named as hydrolsis. Material strength to water is hydrolysis resistance.
Lamination
Material surface coating (generally fabric)
Microbial resistance
If moisture and heat are combined in an working environment, microbial threat
is the subject since microorganisms multiply very rapidly. The microbial
resistance become very important in such areas.
Swelling
Absorption of liquid or gaseous matter in solids without a chemical reaction
occuring between them. The result is an increase in volume and weight
accompanied by a corresponding decrease in mechanical values. Once the
infiltrated matter has been exhausted and swelling has decreased accordingly,
the original properties of the product are almost completely restored. Swelling
is therefor a reversible process.
To increase in size or volume due to internal pressure (generally liquid or gas
absorbtion)
Crushing strength
Resistance of suction and delivery hoses to compression caused by outside
loads on top of them.
UV radiation
As a result of UV radiation, synthetics can be deformed. Generally,
polyurethanes have this kind of resistance. Stabilisation against deformation
can be obtained with the aid of UV stabilizers.
Ozone resistance
Due to ozone's composition, it is very reactive and reacts easily with organic
substances. In general the resistance of polyurethanes to ozone is good.

GENEL ÇALIÞMA ÞARTLARI
STANDART TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Kontrat ve teklifler:
Aþaðýda belirtilen terminoloji ve þartlar genellikle tüm kontratlara
uygulanýr. Sözlü sipariþler ve anlaþmalar yazýlý olmadýkça geçerli
deðildir.
1. Contract& Offers:
The below stated terms and conditions generally apply to all
contracts concluded. Oral orders and agreements shall not be binding
until confirmed in writing.
2. Fiyat Anlaþmalarý
Tüm fiyatlar Türkiye için YTL bazýnda, Avrupa için Euro bazýnda
Avrupa harici için Amerikan Dolarý bazýndadýr. Tüm fiyatlara
paketleme maliyeti dahil, KDV ve navlun hariçtir.
Sipariþlerin özelliklerine gore fiyat deðiþtirme hakkýmýz vardýr.
Teklifimiz, 30 gün geçerlidir eðer sipariþle birlikte baþka bir tarih
verilmemiþse.
2.Price agreements
All prices are in YTL basis for Turkey, EURO basis for Europe, USD
basis for outside of Europe. All prices include packing costs, exclude
Value Added Tax and freight charges. We have the right to adjust the
prices with reference to the properties of the orders. Our offers shall
remain valid for 30 days after the date of offer if any date is not
specified by the order.
3. Teslim Periodu:
Teslim zamaný sipariþle belirlenir. Eðer teslim tarihinde beklenmeyen
durumdan ötürü bir depðiþiklik olursa, müþteriler en kýsa sürede
bilgilendirilecektir.
3.Delivery time
Delivery time is determined with the order. If there is any changes in
the delivery dateas a result of unavoidable conditions, customers
shall be informed as soon as possible.
4. Sevkiyat ve Paketleme
Aksi durum belirtilmedikçe teslim þekli EXworks'dur. Buda mallarýn
fabrikamýzdan ayrýldýktan sonar tüm sorumluluðunun müþteriye
geçtiði anlamýna gelir. Paketleme materyali malýn özelliklerine
firmamýz tarafýndan belirlenir.
4.Dispatch and packaging
Unless otherwise stated, the delivery term is Exworks which means
that the risk for the consignment shall pass to the customer as the
goods leave our factory. Packaging material is determined by our
company according to the characterristics of the material we send.
5. Teknik bilgi, ebatlar ve tolarans
Teklifte aksi bir durum belirtilmedikçe, teknik bilgi normal teknik
toleranslar, ebatlar içinde geçerlidir. Teknik alternatifleri deðiþtirme
hakkýmýzý saklý tutarýz.
5.Technical data, dimensions and tolerances
Techical data are only authoritative within the context of the technical
tolerances, dimensions unless otherwise stated in the offer. We have
the right to introduce technical alterations at any time in the interest of
progress without there being any obligation on our part to expressly
point out these changes.
6. Ödeme:
Ödeme þartlarý sipariþ ile belirlenir. Ödeme senetlerini deðiþtirme
hakkýmýzý saklý tutarýz, ödemeden kaynaklanan maliyet akreditifde
olduðu gibi müþteriye aittir. Ýlk çalýþmaya baþladýðýmýz müþterilerimiz
ile herzaman avans ödeme koþuluna gore çalýþýrýz.
7. Kullaným Hakký
Müþteriye göndermiþ olduðumuz malýn tam ücreti ödenene kadar,
sahibi þirketimizdir.
8. Kusur Bildirimi
Malda herhangi bir kusur varsa yedi gün içinde tarafýmýza bildirilmek
zorundadýr. Taþýma esnasýnda kusur oluþursa, fabrika teslim
çalýþtýðýmýz için sorumluluk müþteriye aittir.
9. Teknik data ve mallarýn kullanýmý:
Müþterimiz malý bizim verdiðimiz teknik bilgiler çerçevesinde
kullanmalýdýr. Deðiþik hortumlar kullanýldýklarý yere gore özel tasarým
ve özel imalat yapýldýðýndan farklý özellik gösterir.
10. Yargý Alaný:
Aksi belirtilmedikçe Türk Kanunlarý geçerlidir.
6.Payment
Payment conditions are set with the order. We have the right to
accept bills of exchange but the appertaining costs and charges shall
be borne by the customer; the same applies to the opening of letters
of credit. For the new customers, our terms of payment is always
advance.
7.Reservation of ownership
The goods delivered to customer shall remain our property until full
settlement of all outstanding accounts.
8. Notification of defects
Any notification of defects shall only be admissible within one week
of receipt of the goods. If there is damage occurring during
transportation, the costs are belongs to purchaser since the delivery
term is Exworks.
9. Technical data and instructions an the use of our products
The customer shall be required to use our products only on the basis
of the technical data we provide. Since, hose types were designed
and manufactured specially with reference to their use of areas.
10. Jurisdiction
Turkish law applies to all contracts unless otherwise expressly
agreed.
Garanti ve sorumluluk
Warranty and exclusion liability
Teknik hortum ve aksesuar parçalarýmýzýn üretim ve material
kusurlarýnýn olmadýðýný garanti ederiz. Garanti süresi aþaðýdaki þartlarla
teslim gününden itibaren 3 aydýr:
We guarantee that our technical hoses and accessory parts are
produced free of manufacturing and material defects and the warranty
period is 3 months after the date of delivery with the following conditions:
1.
Ürünlerimizin garanti þartýna uymamasý halinde hatalý parti
duruma gore tarafýmýzca yada yetkili 3. þahýslar tarafýndan
deðiþtirilebilir. Bu durumda satýn alan fiyatta bir indirim
isteyebilir yada anlaþmayý feshedebilir.

Tarafýmýzdan niyet veya ihmalkarlýk yapýldýðýna dair bir kanýt
olmadýðý sürece dolaylý hasar veya normal aþýnma ve
yýpranma kusurlarý için herhangi bir sorumluluk
alýnmayacaktýr.

Tarafýmýzdan bir talepte bulunma hakký yalnýzca malý satýn
alanda olup 3. kiþilere devr edilemez.
ÞÝkayette bulunabilmek için satýn alma talebinde satýn alan
malýn gerçek çalýþma koþullarý hakkýnda tarafýmýzý
bilgilendirmesi ve malýn uygun kullanýlmasý gerekmektedir.

If our products do not comply with the guarantee then the
defective parts could be removed depending on the
circumstances, either carrying out repairs ourselves or
authorizing a third party to do so. In that case the purchaser
has the right to ask for a deduction in the payment or
cancellation of the contract.
2.
Unless there is proof of intention or negligence on our party,
we will have no liability for consequential damage, neither
also for defects due to normal wear and tear.
3.
The right to have a claim against us could be only used by the
direct purchaser and may not be transferred to a third party.
4.
In the purchase order the purchaser should inform us on the
exact operating conditions and use the goods appropriately
in order to be entitled to claim.
5.
