Detection and Monitoring Project, funded by
TUBITAK
Joint project with the General Directorate of Forestry of Turkey.
Automatic fire detection and monitoring system is installed at 80 forest-fire watch towers
in Turkey.
Participated actively in all stages of preparation and submission process of the proposal.
Developed video based wildfire smoke detection method.
System is installed at 250 different sites across the world, including a power utility in CA,
USA.
