Ready to use cold jelly to provide protection and glazing for pastry products
Ingredients
Glucose Syrup, Water, Sugar, Thickener (Pectin E 440), Cocoa, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid E 330),
Natural-Identical Chocolaate Flavor,Preservative (Potasssium Sorbate E 202).
Directions For Use
Cold gel to be used is taken into a bowl and whipped till the desired viscosity is reached. It can be
applied directly or by mixing with some amount of water on the confectionery product by a brush or
spatul.

Keep in cool (max 25 C) and dry place.
Shelf life is one year from production date.
Packaging
Dolphin White Cold Gel is packaged according to Turkish Food Codex Packaging Regulations in
carton boxes of 28 kg (4 X 7 kg bucket).

These information should be available on the package:

- Name of the product
- Type and classification of the product
- Net weight of the product
- Manufacture and expiry date
- National or international standarts code and logo
Shipment
Products should be shipped without any pest, pest residue, glass, wood, metal and foreign material.
Upper side of the vehicle should be closed with clean calash during transport.
