Gizem Frit 1979 yılında AdapazarıÕnda emaye fritleri ve pigmentleri üretimi için
kurulmuştur. O günden beri sürekli büyüyen firmamız şu anda 9.000 m2 kapalı olmak
üzere 36.000 m2 alan üzerinde üretim yapmaktadır.
Firma 1990 yılından beri elektrostatik toz emaye fritleri üretimi yapmaktadır. Gerek
yurt içinde gerekse yurt dışındaki lider beyaz eşya firmalarının birer stratejik
yan sanayiisi olmaktan gurur duymaktadır.
Firma, logo değişikliği ile birlikte üretim teknolojisine ve laboratuvarlarına önemli
yatırımlar yaparak AvrupaÕnın sayılı frit üreticilerinden biri haline gelmiştir. Firmanın
ana prensibi, kalite ve müşteri memnuniyetini ön planda tutmak ve geliştirdiği emayelerin
ulusal ve uluslararası piyasalarda en üst düzeyde kabul görmesiyle yakaladığı büyüme
ivmesini sürdürmektedir.

Gizem Frit is a producer of vitreous enamel frits and pigments in Adapazarı, Turkey since
1979. The company grows constantly and currently operates its production on the plant
of 36.000 m2 (9.000 m2 is closed area).
Gizem Frit started to produce electrostatic powder frits in 1990. The company is very
proud of being the strategic supplier of the leading white appliance firms worldwide.
Supported by the change of the logo, Gizem Frit became one of the worldÕs major frit
producers by making considerable investments in its production technologies and
laboratories.
Gizem FritÕs initial principal is to give priority to the quality and the customer satisfaction
besides keeping its sustainable growth. The companyÕs mission is to be the supplier of
preference through total quality. Gizem FritÕstrategy is quality, innovation and on time
delivery. To support this, Gizem Frit continually investing in new technologies, increasing
its capacity and its production flexibility.
Ar-Ge Departmanımızın temel çalışma prensibi, müşteri ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda, sürekli
ürün geliştirme esasına dayanmaktadır. Bu doğrultuda, Ar-Ge Departmanımız, teknoloji ve ürün
geliştirme konularında uluslararası standarlarda çalışmaktadır. Gizem Frit, değişen pazar
ve rekabet koşullarını da göz önünde bulundurarak; sürekli kendi ürünlerini ve teknolojisini
yaratma konusunda kararlı adımlar atmaya devam etmektedir.
Gizem FritÕin faaliyet alanına giren konularda yapılan Ar-Ge çalışmaları için, yurtiçinde ve
yurdışında üniversiteler, tedarikçiler, araştırma kuruluşları ve enstitüler ile işbirlikleri yapılmaktadır.
Gizem Frit Araştırma ve Geliştirme Bölümü üretilecek fritlerin formulasyonunu ve kontrolünü
yapmaktadır. Her türlü emaye test ekipmanlarının bulunduğu Kalite Kontrol Bölümü, Araştırma
ve Geliştirme bölümü ile koordineli olarak üretilen fritlerin kontrolünü yapmaktadır. Firmaya
giren bütün hammadde kontrol mühendisleri tarafından analiz edilip, üretime
girmeden önce onay almaktadır. Üretilen bütün partiler yine kontrolden geçtikten sonra numuneleri
saklanmaktadır.

Continuous innovation according to customer needs is the philosophy of Gizem FritÕs R&D team.
Gizem FritÕs R&D team works at global standarts for technology and product development. In
order to conduct its R&D activities, Gizem Frit colaborates with universities, suppliers, research
organisations and institues. The company is dedicated to take deliberate steps to create its own
products and technology.
Gizem Frit offers its customers a wide spectrum of products ranging from conventional enamels
to electrostatic powders for sheet steel applications including the pigments.
Gizem FritÕs well-equiped quality control laboratory is also working according to R&D department.
All the raw materials are analyzed and controlled by the raw material controlling division before
they are used in production. Every production batch is strictly controlled and samples are kept.

Gizem Frit is concentrated on thecnical service in order to bring competitive advantage
to the customers, therefore all local agents of the company are technically trained in
Gizem Frit laboratories.
ISO 9000 ve ISO 14000 sistemleri gönüllülük esasına dayanmakta ve Toplam Kalite
Yönetimi sürecine geçişte önemli bir rol oynamaktadırlar. Gizem Frit 1993 yılından bu
yana ISO 9000 standartları altında çalışmaktadır. Ayrıca firma 2005 yılında ISO 14000 Çevre
Yönetim Sistemi Sertifikası almaya hak kazanmıştır.
TSE tarafından belgelendirilen Gizem Frit her yıl yine Türk Standartları Enstitüsü tarafından
gözetimden geçmektedir. Bununla beraber ROHs ÒRestriction of The Use of Certain
Hazardous SubstanceÓ direktiflerine uygundur.

Gizem Frit operates under ISO 9000 standrts since 1993. Besides, the company has been
awarded ISO 14000 Environment Management System Certificate in 2005. Gizem Frit,
certificatied by TSE, is reviewed every year. Furthermore, all items are in compliance with
the directives of ROHs ÒRestriction of The Use of Hazardous SubstanceÓ. Water heater
enamels of the company are certificated by German TÜV Institute that they comply with
world standards for hot water and hot water vapor loss.
Gizem Frit, çevre bilinci doğrultusunda, üretim hatlarında ve ürünlerinde çevresel gözden
geçirme faaliyetlerini de yürütmekte ve bu kapsamda TSE tarafından verilen ISO 14000
Çevre Yönetim Sertifikası alarak konuya verdiği önemi belgelemektedir.
