Fire Pump Stations
Sprinkler tesisatlarını besleyen sistemlerde UNI 9490, yangın
hidrantlarını besleyen sistemlerde UNI 10779 standartlarının
özelliklerine uygun olarak imal edilmiş ünitelerdir. Bu üniteler,
istenilen şekilde çalışabilmeleri için gereken tüm ekipmanlar
ile birlikte, komple sistemlerdir.
Üniteler 1, 2 veya 3 adet herbiri elektrik motoru tahrikli ana
yangın pompasından oluşabilmektedir. Ünitelere ana pompalar devreye girmeden sistem basıncını küçük sarfiyatlara karşı
muhafaza edecek jokey pompalar ile donatılabilir.
Ana pompaların aşağıdaki gruplardan seçimi mümkündür:
- SCP yatay milli ayrılabilir gövdeli pompalar
- N / NM / N-M tek kademeli santrifüj pompalar
- NMD iki kademeli santrifüj pompalar
- MGH çok kademeli santrifüj pompalar
- VAL dik milli türbin tipi pompalar
- NRC dikey tip in-line pompalar
- MXV dikey tip çok kademeli pompalar
- SD-SDS dalgıç tip pompalar
Units constructed in accordance with UNI 9490 standards for
supplying automatic fire-extinguishing systems with sprinkler
and UNI 10779 for fire-fighting systems with fire hydrants.
The units may be composed of 1, 2 or 3 main pumps each driven
by either electric motor. Units may be fitted with a jockey pump,
with which the system pressure level can be maintained without
having to start the main pumps.
The main pumps can be chosen from:
- SCP horizontal split case pumps
- N / NM / N-M centrifugal pumps with one impeller
- NMD centrifugal pumps with two impellers
- MGH centrifugal pumps with multiple impellers
- VAL vertical turbine pumps
- NRC vertical in-line pumps
- MXV vertical multistage pumps
- SD-SDS submersible pumps

together with all necessary auxiliary equipment and diesel engine controller. Units may be fitted with a jockey pump.

Diesel Engines: These are air or closed circuit water cooled
engines. The units with diesel engine drive are supplied with all

Inc, (UL), Underwriters Laboratories of Canada (ULC), ve

Packaged fire pump systems are manufactured to the needs of
associations like Underwriters Laboratories Inc, (UL), Underwriters
Laboratories of Canada (ULC), and Factory Mutual Research
Corporation (FM).
Ürünler National Fire Production Association (NFPA) bölüm
20 şartlarına uygundur. Yatay milli ve eksenel emişli veya

The products comply with the regulations of National Fire
Production Association (NFPA) Chapter 20. Horizontal shaft end
suction pumps, horizontal split case pumps, electric motor or diesel
engine drive configurations are possible.

Construction
- DJ is a DOL starting controlled jockey pump system in fire
applications.
- Pump is non-selfpriming, vertical, multistaged, inline type of
connection centrifugal type.
Application

- Absorbing water hammers in water pipeline networks
Materials

Pump wet ends are completely in AISI304 stainless steel.
Sealing of pump is mechanical type, bi-directional.
Connections are threaded type.
Complete package includes inlet/outlet isolating valves, check valve,
5-way connector, pressure switch, manometer and 19lt/16 bars
absorber type expansion tank.
Technical Data
- Motor is TEFC type, IP55 protection class, F insulation IEC
standardized.
- 230/400V DOL starting
- Control panel is DOL starting type, IP55 protection class with plastic
case.
