Q. Who is responsible from the upgrades?
IAS is obliged to keep the partners up to date with the most actual software releases. IAS also provides
periodical partner trainings about the new enhancements and developments, in IAS Academy, Istanbul (free of
charge).
The customers of the partner have the right to get the most actual software releases as long as they have
an ongoing maintenance contract. IAS also supports the partner about the installation of the new releases,
however the activities arising by the update, like training, keeping customer modifications compatible with the
new release, etc. should be covered by the partner, or by IAS with a standard partner consulting price.

Q. Is there any commitment of sales with penalty?
Exclusive partnership:
No penalty, but a target is set between IAS and the partner, for the first 2 years in order to continue the
partnership at exclusive level.

Q. How will be the training & support to the partner’s sales & consulting team?
IAS uses various ways for training, depending on the conditions of the partner. Generally, partner trainings take
place at IAS Academy, in Istanbul. However, considering the distance between IAS and the partner, IAS may
supply a senior level engineer to give the trainings to the partner on his site; which may be the best option for
the start-up. IAS is also equipped to give video conferences for shorter or less complicated trainings. As long as
not agreed differently, partner consulting fees apply.
Since, matching the customer needs with the software capabilities and software presentations require
experience, IAS supports his partner during the first acquisitions, free of consulting fees. (Travelling expenses
are covered by the partner)
Q. How does IAS supports?
IAS may support the partner from any of its offices in Dubai, Istanbul or Germany (according to the time zone
where the partner is). Currently a 7/24 support is not existing and offered. Since the corporate language of IAS
is English, support is provided in English.
Partners are supposed to support their customers for the local developments. The share of the partner from
the maintenance fee –for his efforts, is agreed by the partner contract.
Q. What are the materials provided for the evaluation of the product?
IAS provides 10 licenses to the partner for their internal use. Additionally, IAS offers access to his own live test
system (which can be seen on www.canias.com). Considering the language and distance, IAS is also willing to

IAS has a price list and partner discount rates which are varying according to the number of users of the
projects. Partner is free to define his own prices. All these information are defined in the partner contract.
