1-KULLANIM ŞARTLARI
Bu kullanma kılavuzu onarım teknisyenleri, bakım operatörü, makine sahibi ve makine
kullanıcısını hedeflemiştir ve ayrıca danışmak için her zaman size en yakın bayimizi veya
servisimizi arayınız.Bu kullanma kılavuzu makinenin kurulumunu, makinenin teknik özelliklerini
gösterir ve özel bakımla gerçekleştirilebilen uygulamalarla ilgili uyarılar, artan riskler yedek parça
siparişi, bakım, personel bilgileri, kullanım, temizlik ve nakliye için gerekli olan talimatları da
sağlar.Yalnızca makineyi tanıyan ve tehlikelerden haberdar olan kişiler kullanım, bakım ve
onarım yapabilirler.Kullanma kılavuzu makinenin bir parçası olarak değerlendirmeli ve makine
bozulana kadar gelecekte başvuru için elde tutulmalıdır.Kullanma kılavuzu daima danışmak için
açık olmalı ve korunan bir yerde kuru olarak muhafaza edilmelidir. Kaybolma ve zarar görme
durumunda, kullanıcı Dal öğütücü gövdesine yerleştirilen plaka üzerinde gösterilen seri, tip ve yıl
numarasını alarak, imalatçı fabrikadan bir değiştirme talebinde bulunmalıdır.(Resim 17) İmalatçı,
önceki üretim ve kullanma kılavuzlarını güncellemek için zorunluluk olmaksızın kılavuzu ve
ürünü güncellemek için hakkını saklı tutar.İmalatçı aşağıdaki durumlar olduğu takdirde bütün
sorumluluktan muaftır:

1-CONDITIONS OF USE
This user guide is intended for the repair technicians, the maintenance operators, the owner and
the operator, and you can also contact our dealer or service nearest to you for consulting.This user
guide describes installation and technical specifications of the machine, and also provides
precautions concerning the applications, which can be realized by extraordinary maintenance, and
instructions required for increased risks, spare parts order, maintenance, personnel info, usage,
cleaning and transport. Only persons who are familiar with the machine and aware of the dangers
may carry out maintenance and repair works. This user guide should be considered as a permanent
component of the machine and kept for future reference during service life of the machine. The
user guide should always be available for reference, and kept dry in a preserved place. In case of
loss or damage, the owner should send the manufacturing plant a change request by providing the
year, serial number and type data on the plate located on the body of the Branch Crusher (Figure
17). The manufacturer reserves the right to update the guide and the product without obligation to
update the revious production and the user guides. The manufacturer is exonerate from all
responsibilities in case of following situations:
· Improper use of the Eko 50 and Eko 50E crusher.
· Usages, which are inconsistent with the usages clearly indicated in this document.
· Serious omissions in indicated and recommended maintenance.
· Renewals and interventions by unauthorized services.
· Failure to use genuine spare parts.
· Force major.

2.GÜVENLİ KULLANIM KURALLARI
2.1-ASLA YAPILMAMASI GEREKENLER
Aşağıdaki prosedürlerin ihlali halinde kullanıcı için tehlike oluşturur, makineye zarar verebilir
veya ömrünü azaltır.
1-Makine kapalı alanlarda kullanılmamalıdır. Makine üzerindeki motor karbon monoksit salınımı
yaptığından dolayı kapalı alanlarda çalıştırılması oldukça tehlikelidir.
2-Makine sadece açık alanda çalıştırılmalıdır. Herhangi bir duvara sabitlenmemeli (eğer bu
özelliği yok ise) ya da duran bir cismin çok yakınında olmamalıdır.
3-Asfalt veya çakıllı bir zemin üzerinde makine çalıştırılmamalıdır. Makine çalışması esnasında
zeminden fırlayan bir cisim yaralanmalara sebebiyet verebilir.
4-Makine veya makineye ait yakıt deposu asla alev alabilecek bir ortamda depolanmamalıdır.
Makine yakıt tankı boşaltılacak ise bu mutlaka açık bir alanda yapılmalıdır.
5-Makine çalıştırılmadan önce, makinenin boş olduğundan emin olunabilmesi için makine
besleme haznesi kontrol edilmelidir.
6-Makine her zaman düzgün bir zeminde ve denge durumunda çalıştırılmalıdır. Operatör makine
besleme haznesine uzanmamalıdır. Makine içerisine malzeme beslemesi yapılacağı zaman
operatörün bulunacağı zemin makine zemininden yüksekte olmamalıdır.
7-Makine kullanılır iken makinenin talaş tahliye bölgesinden uzak durulmalıdır.
8-İşlenmiş malzemenin tahliye bölgesinde birikmesine izin verilmemelidir. Aksi halde bu durum
belseme haznesinde geri tepmelere sebebiyet verebilir.
9-Talaş tahliye haznesinin ve besleme ünitesinin tıkanması durumunda, mutlaka makine güç
kaynağı kapatılmalı, elektrik veya buji kablosu çıkartılmalı, öğütme grubundaki bıçakların
tamamıyla durması ve makinenin soğuması beklenerek müdahale edilmelidir.
10-Güç kaynağı governor ayarlarına müdahalede edilmemelidir. Governor arızalarında mutlaka
yetkili servis ile iletişime geçilmelidir.
11-Güç kaynağı çalışır iken makine eğik konuma getirilmemelidir.
12-Makinenin talaş tahliye ünitesine çuval veya benzeri torbalar takılır iken veya bunlar
değiştirilir iken makine güç kaynağı mutlaka kapatılmalıdır.
13-Kullanıcı kaymayan çok gevşek ya da asılı parçaları olan, makineye kapılabilecek giysiler
giymemelidir.
14-Makineyi çalıştırmadan önce içine malzeme koymayın.
15-Makine ve parçalarının doğru takıldığını kontrol edin .
16-Çapı Ø50mm'den büyük dal veya yeşil parçaları makineye atmayın.(Resim 6)
17-Taş, demir, cam, gazete yığınları ve sebze atıkları atmayın.
18-Motoru durdurmadan gerekli kıyafet ve teçhizatı giyinmeden bakım yapmayın.
19-Tahliye bölgesine ve besleme haznesine el, kol gibi uzuvlarınızı her ne gerekçeyle olursa olsun
çalışırken sokmayınız.
20-Makine, talimatları öğrenmeyen kişiler ve 16 yaşından küçükler tarafından kullanılmamalıdır.
21-Kullanıcı, çalışma alanında üçüncü şahıslardan sorumludur. Eko 50ve Eko50E öğütücüyü
kullanırken evcil hayvanları ve çocuklar uzak tutulmalıdır. Bu makine sadece doğal dal ve yaprak
doğramak için kullanılmalıdır. Diğer amaçlar için kullanılmamalıdır.
22-Sadece yeterli ışık olan ortamlarda çalışın.
23-Motoru çalıştırdığınızda makinenin belirtilen koruyucularla donatıldığını kontrol ediniz.
24-Çalışırken gözlük, eldiven ve kulaklık takılmalıdır.
25-Bıçakların değiştirilmesi ve temizliği esnasında motoru mutlak durdurun ve kendinizi
kesmemek için dikkatli olun, kesici bıçakların tehlikeli olduğu göz önünde bulundurunuz.
26-Makinenin yanından ayrıldığınızda motor durdurulmalıdır.
27-Makine kullanılır iken operatör kaymaz ayakkabı giymelidir.
2.SAFE OPERATING RULES
2.1-STRICT DON’TS
Violating following procedures causes danger for the operator, may damage or reduce the life of
the machine.
1-Machine must not be run indoors. Since the engine built on the machine emits carbon dioxide, it
is very dangerous to run the machine indoors.
2-Machine must be run outdoors. It must not be fixed to a wall (if such feature is not available) or
must not be located very close to a fixed object.
3-The machine must not be operated on asphalt or pebbled ground. Objects may jump from the
ground and cause injuries.
4-The machine or its fuel tank must never be stored in a flammable environment. If it is aimed to
empty the fuel tank of the machine, always prefer outdoor areas.
5-Prior to operation, machine hopper must be checked to see if the machine is empty.
6-The machine must be operated on an even ground and when balanced. The operator must not try
to reach the machine hopper. When supplying materials into the machine, the operator must not
stand on a ground higher than the one under the machine.
7-When operating the machine, avoid the sawdust discharge area.
8-Do not let the processed materials pile up on the discharge area. Otherwise returns may occur in
the hopper.
9-If the sawdust discharge chamber or supply unit is jammed, be sure to shut off the power supply,
remove the power or spark plug cable, and take the necessary action after the blades in the crusher
group completely stop and the machine is cooled down.
10-Power supply governor settings must not be adjusted. In case of failures on the governor,
contact authorized service center.
11-When the power supply is on, do not incline the position of the machine.
12-Do not forget to shut off the power supply when placing, or replacing, sack or other similar
bags on the sawdust discharge unit of the machine.
13-Operator must avoid wearing firm, too slouchy clothes or clothes with too many pieces
hanging down, in order not to be caught by the machine.
14-Do not put material in the machine before starting it.
15-Check if the machine and the components thereof are installed properly.
16-Do not put branches or green parts with a diameter of more than ø50 mm in the machine
(Figure 6).
17-Do not put in stone, iron, glass, pile of newspapers and vegetable waste.
18-Do not carry out maintenance without stopping the engine, and wearing required clothes and
equipment.
19-When operating the machine, do not put your hands or arms in the discharge area and the
hopper for any reason whatsoever.
20-The machine must not be used by persons who are not conversant with these instructions and
persons younger than 16.
21-The operator is responsible for third persons in the working area. When operating EKO 50 and
EKO50E crushers, pets and children must be kept away. This machine must only be used for
chopping natural branches and leaves. It must not be used for any other purposes.
22-Work only in places having sufficient light.
23-When you start the engine, check if the machine is equipped with indicated protectors.
24-Safety glasses, gloves and ear protection must be worn while working.
25-During blade replacement and cleaning, always stop the engine and be careful not to cut
yourself, considering the cutter blades are dangerous.
26-The operator must wear anti-slip footwear whenoperating the machine,operator must wear antislip footwear.
27-Before you leave the machine, you must stop the engine.
2.2-HAZIRLAMA/KULLANMA
1-Çalışmaya başlamadan önce, bıçak ve kesicilerin çok iyi yerleştirildiklerini kontrol ediniz.
Bıçaklar da aşınma belirtisi varsa, bilenmeli veya değiştirilmelidir.
2-Yağmur yağdığı zaman EKO 50 ve EKO50E öğütücüyü kullanmayınız.
3-EKO50 ve EKO50E öğütücü devrilmesine sebep olmayacak düz bir zemine konulmalıdır.
4-Aşağıdaki durumlarda motoru kapatın, buji veya elektrik kablosunu sökün.
4.1-Haznelerden yabancı cisimleri çıkarmak.
4.2-Makineyi nakletmek ya da çalışma yerinden taşımak.
4.3-Bakım ve temizliğini gerçekleştirmek.
4.4-Makineyi yalnız bırakırken.
5-Bıçaklar,motor stop ettirildiği zamandan sonra birkaç dakikalıkta olsa dönmeye devam eder.
6-Bıçakları uygun talimatlarla monte edin ve üretici tarafından sağlanan orijinal parçaları
kullanın.
7-Asla kusurlu koruyucular veya koruma olmadan yada doğru olarak yerleştirilmiş güvenlik
araçları olmadan öğütücü makineyi kullanmayınız.
8-Kullanıcı talimatlarını takip ederek dikkatle motoru çalıştırınız. Motor çalışırken yükleme
haznesine herhangi birinin yaklaşmasını önlemek zorunludur.
9-Bıçaklar ağır şoklara maruz kalıyor ve tuhaf bir şekilde çalışıyorsa motoru durdurun, buji
başlığını çıkartın ve bir uzmana danışın.
10-Uyarı! Yakıt, yüksek derecede yanıcıdır:
11-Yakıtı sadece yakıt tanklarında muhafaza ediniz.
12-Yakıtı sadece açık havada koyunuz. Yakıt koyarken sigara içmeyin ya da alev almasını
sağlayacak herhangi bir şey yapmayınız.
13-Motoru çalıştırmadan önce tankı doldurun. Asla motor hala sıcakken ya da çalışıyorken yakıt
eklemeyin yada yakıt deposunun kapağını açmayın.
14-Yakıt dökülürse, asla motoru çalıştırmaya kalkışmayın. Yakıtın buharı yayılana kadar herhangi
bir ateşleme Kaynağından uzak durun ve makineyi o alandan uzağı taşıyın. Yakıt deposunun
kapağını iyice sıkınız.
2.2-PREPARATION/USAGE
1-Before beginning work, check if the blades and cutters were pefectly placed. If there is a sign of
wear on the blades,they should be sharpened or replaced.
2-Do not operate EKO 50 and EKO50E crusher when it's raining.
3-Eko 50 crusher should be put on a level surface that would not cause it to tip over.
4-In the following situations, shut off the engine and disconnect the spark plug cable.
4.1-To remove foreign bodies from the hoppers.
4.2-To transport the machine or to move it from the working place.
4.3-To carry out maintenance and cleaning of the machine.
4.4-When leaving the machine unattended.
5-The blades continue to rotate although for a few minutes after the engine is stopped.
6-Install the blades by following the instructions and use the genuine parts supplied by the
manufacturer.
7-Never use the crusher machine with defective protectors or without protection or without
properly positioned safety tools.
8-Start the engine carefully by following the directions for use. It is imperative to prevent anyone
from approaching the loading hopper when the engine is running.
9-If the blades are subjected to heavy shocks and they run strangely, stop the engine, remove the
spark plug cap,and consult an expert.
10-Caution! Fuel is highly flammable:
11-Store the fuel only in the fuel tanks.
12-Refuel only outdoors. Do not smoke or do anything that might cause it to catch fire while
refueling.
13-Fill up the tank before starting the engine. Never add fuel to the tank or open the cap of the fuel
tank when the engine is still hot or running.
14- In case fuel spills, never attempt to start the engine. Keep any ignition source away until vapor
of the fuel diffuses and move the machine away from that area. Securely tighten the cap of the fuel
tank.
2.3- BAKIM VE DEPOLAMA
1-Bütün cıvata ve somunları,güvenli olarak çalışmak amacıyla mükemmel derecede sıkınız.
2-Güvenlik nedeniyle aşınmış ve zarar görmüş parçaları zamanında değiştirin.
3-Ellerinizi korumak için koruyucu kullanınız.
4-Makinenin uzun süreli kullanılmaması ve depolanması durumunda, alev ve kıvılcımlanmanın
olmayacağı bir yerde depolama yapılmalıdır.
2.3- MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
1-Tighten up all the bolts and nuts perfectly to ensure work safety.
2-Replace worn and damaged parts in due time for safety reasons.
3-Wear protective gloves to protect your hands.
4-If the machine is not to be used for a long period or be stored, prefer places which are flameand sparkingproof.
Elektrik motorlu versiyon
1-Düzenli olarak güç kablosunun iyi durumda olduğunu kontrol edin. Asla ısı kelepçesi yada
izoleli bantla hasarlı kabloyu onarmayın.
2-Güç destek kablosu için sadece DIN 57282 / VDE 0282 ile uyumlu 05 RN-F tipi standardize
edilmiş lastik kabloyu kullanın.
3- İlave fişler lastik kaplı yada lastik içinde olmalıdır.
Version with electric engine:
1-Check regularly if the power cord is in good condition. Never repair using insulating tape or
thermal pinchers.
2-As the power supply conductor, use only 05 RN-F type of standard rubber cable, which
conforms to DIN57282 / VDE 0282.
3-Hook plugs should be of rubber or rubber-covered.
3-GARANTİ ŞARTLARI
TARAL Tarım Makine ve Aletleri Sanayi A.Ş. tarafından imal edilmiş olan bu makinenin garanti
şartları, makine ile birlikte verilen Garanti Belgesinde belirtilmiştir. 23.02.1995 tarihli 4077 no'lu
Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ile bu kanuna istinaden yayınlanmış yönetmelik ve
tebliğlere göre hazırlanan bu Garanti Belgesi, Gümrük ve Ticaret Bakanlığı Tüketicinin
Korunması ve Piyasa Gözetimi Genel Müdürlüğünce verilmiştir.
1.Bu kılavuzda belirtilen ilk çalıştırma işlemi yapılmadan kullanılması halinde makine garanti
kapsamı dışında kalır.
2.İmalatçı firmanın sorumluluğu, defo veya imalat hatalarına bağlı olsa bile, makinenin kullanımı
esnasında kişilere ve eşyalara verilen zararı kapsamaz. Buna bağlı olarak dolaylı ve doğrudan
verilen zarar ve hasarı bedeli ödenmeyecektir.
3.Makine üzerinde damgalanmış seri numarası değiştirilmiş ise, herhangi bir değişiklik yapılmış
ise, makine bir kazaya uğramış ise, satın alan sözleşmedeki ödeme yükümlülüklerde gerektiği gibi
uymamış ise, montaj firmanın yetkili elemanları tarafından yapılmamış ise, imalatçı firmanın
onayı alınmadan değişiklik veya onarım yapılmış ise, garanti geçerli değildir.
4.Tüketici herhangi bir anlaşmazlık durumunda, ilgili yasa, yönetmelik ve tebliğlerde belirtildiği
üzere, ilgili hakem heyetine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurma hakkına sahiptir.
5.Aletin kullanım ömrü (10) yıldır.
6.Makinanızla birlikte size TARAL YETKİLİ SERVİS KİTAPÇIĞI verilecektir. Servis ve yedek
parça istekleriniz için bu kitaptan yararlanabilirsiniz.
3-WARRANTY RULES
-Warranty rules of this machine manufactured by TARAL Agricultural Equipment and Tooling
Industry Inc., are indicated in the Warranty Certificate provided with the machine. This Warranty
Certificate issued according to the Consumer Protection Law dd. 23.02.1995 with No. 4077, and
regulations and communiques published with reference to this Law,was given by the Ministry of
Customs and Trade, General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance.
1. In case the machine is used without carrying out the starting-up procedure indicated in this
guide, the machine will loose the warranty coverage.
2.Even if the responsibility of the manufacturer company depends on the fault or manufacturing
defects, warranty does not cover the damages caused to the persons and goods during use of the
machine. As connected to this understanding, cost of losses and damages caused directly or
indirectly will not be paid.
3. The warranty is not valid if the serial number stamped on the machine was changed, any
modification was made on the machine, the machine had an accident, the purchaser did not meet
the payment obligations of the agreement, the installation was not carried out by the authorized
personnel of the company, and modifications or repairs were carried out without receiving
approval of the company.
4. In case of any dispute, the consumer has the right to apply to concerning arbitration committee
and the consumer courts as indicated by concerning regulations and communiques.
5. Operating life of the machine is ten (10) years.
6. The TARAL AUTHORIZED SERVICE BOOKLET will be given to you together with the
machine. You can make use of this booklet for your service and spare parts requirements.
3.1- GARANTİ
1.Bu vesile ile üretici, işçilik ya da kusurlu maddelerin sebep olduğu kırılmaya karşı EKO 50 ve
EKO50E öğütücü makinesini garanti eder.
2.Garanti sadece dağıtım ve / ya da satın alma gününden itibaren 24 ay için geçerlidir.
3.Üretici, talebin geçerliliğini saptamak amacı ile, kendisi veya yetkili servisin ürünü incelemesini
isteyebilir.
4.Garanti süresi altında işçilik ya da kusurlu maddelerden dolayı kusurlu bulunan parçaları
bedelsiz olarak değiştirilmelerini kapsar.
3.1- WARRANTY
1. The manufacturer hereby warranties EKO 50 and EKO50E crusher machine against breakage
caused by workmanship or defective materials.
2. The warranty is valid only for 24 months following the day of delivery or purchase.
3. The manufacturer may request the product to be examined by himself or by the authorized
service in order to determine the acceptability of the demand.
4. The warrany includes free of charge replacement of the parts found defective caused by
workmanship or defective materials within the warranty period.
3.2- GARANTİ AŞAĞIDAKİ DURUMLARDA UYGULANMAZ
1.Üretici, ticari zararlar, herhangi bir ahlaki durum ya da kira bedelleri, kazanç kaybı, üretimdeki
ara vermelerden dolayı kayıp, yaralanma ya da zararı içeren genel zarar için sorumlu
tutulmamalıdır.
2.EKO 50 ve EKO50E öğütücüye takılan yakıtlı motorlarla ilgili bütün haklar, ilgili üreticinin
satış sonrası hizmetler bölümü ile idare edilecektir.
3.Garanti, nakliye boyunca sebep olan zarar ya da kaza, eksik bakım, su istimal ve yanlış
kullanmadan doğan zararı içermez.
4.Palalar, bıçaklar, çekiçler gibi kesici, öğütücü kullanıma bağlı olarak aşınan parçalar bu garanti
altına girmemektedir.
5.Çalışmak için makineyi ayarlamada kullanılan bütün masraflar (yağ-yakıt vb. hariç)dağıtıcı
firma ya da satıcı tarafından ödenecektir.
6.Garanti, onarımlar, bakım ya da güncellemeler yetkisiz kişiler ya da satıcılar tarafından yapılırsa
geçerli değildir.
7.Bunların dışında tutulan rutin bakım ve ayarlardan makine sahibi sorumludur.
8.Orijinal olmayan parçalar, kullanım, yerleştirme ya da aksesuarlar bu garantiyi hemen geçersiz
hale getirir.
3.2- WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE IN FOLLOWING SITUATIONS
1.The manufacturer shall not be held responsible for general damage including commercial losses,
and losses originating from any moral conditions or rentals, loss of earnings, interruptions in
production, and physical injuries.
2.All rights concerning the fuel engines installed in EKO50 and EKO50E crusher shall be
managed by the after-sales services department of concerning manufacturer.
3.Any loss or accident occured during transport, and losses causesd by insufficient maintenance,
abuse and misuse are not covered by the warranty.
4.Parts such as paddles, blades and hammers, which are worn out depending on cutting and
crushing usage are not covered by the warranty.
5.All expenditures for setting-up the machine (excluding oil, fuel, etc.) shall be paid by the
distributor company or the seller.
6.The warranty is not valid if repairs, maintenance procedures or updates are carried out by
unauthorized persons or sellers.
7.The owner is responsible for routine maintenance and adjustments, which are excluded from
them.
8.Non-genuine parts, usage, positioning or accessories will immediately void this warranty.
4- İLK ÇALIŞTIRMA
Değerli müşterimiz, ürünümüzü kullanmaya başlamadan önce, ürünle birlikte verilen İLK
ÇALIŞTIRMA KUPONU ile birlikte size en yakın TARAL Yetkili Servisine başvurarak
makinenizin İLK ÇALIŞTIRMASINI yaptırınız. Bu işlem için, makinaya eklenecek yağ, yakıt vb.
sarf malzemeleri hariç herhangi bir ücret ödemeyeceksiniz. Bu işlem sırasında size makinanın
kullanımı ve bakımı hususunda bilgi verilecektir. TARAL Yetkili Servisince İlk Çalıştırma İşlemi
yapılmamış makineler GARANTİ KAPSAMI DIŞINA ÇIKACAKTIR.
4-STARTING-UP
Dear customer, before starting to use our product, apply to your nearest TARAL Authorized
Service together with the STARTING-UP COUPON supplied to carry out the STARTING-UP of
your machine. You will not pay any fees for consumables such as oil, fuel, etc to be added to the
machine for this procedure. During this procedure, you will be given information about usage and
maintenance of the machine. Machines, whose Starting-Up Procedure are not carried out by a
TARAL Authorized Service WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM THE WARRANTY.
5-MAKİNANIN KULLANIMI
1-Makine sadece bir operatör tarafından çalıştırılmalıdır. Kullanıcı, kılavuzu okunmuş ve

5-HANDLING OF THE MACHINE
1-The machine should be operated by only an operator. The operator should have read and
understood the instructions.
2-The operator should keep bystanders and pets out of the working area while the machine
operates. EKO50 and EKO50E crusher machine is designed for crushing natural woods, leaves
and vegetables in dimensions indicated in concerning sections (figure 6).
3-It can be used to cut up branches and tree leaves, which dry up and fall off.
4-It is not suitable for crushing products other than listed above.
5-To work with other products, contact the machine manufacturer or the dealer.
6-The operator must be aware of all the instructions included in the user guide.
5.1-PAKETİ AÇMA VE HAZIRLAMA
EKO50 ve EKO50E öğütücü kısmen parçaları sökülmüş vaziyette teslim edilir. Makine
kurulumunu yapmadan önce taşıma ve tutulumunu kolaylaştırmak için palet üzerinde yerleştirilir.
Bu durumda makineyi taşımak için, yaklaşık 100 kiloluk yükleme kapasiteli transpalet ya da
benzeri araçları kullanmak zorunludur.
5.1- UNPACKING AND PREPARATION
EKO50 and EKO50E crusher is delivered in partly dismantled situation. The machine is placed on
a pallet in order to facilitate moving and handling it before installation. In this situation, it is
imperative to use a pallet truck or similar vehicles having a loading capacity of about 100 kg to
move the machine.
Kaçınılacaklar:
1-Uygunsuz yük asansörü ya da iplerle EKO50 ve EKO50E öğütücü makinesini yukarı
çekmeyiniz.
2- EKO50 ve EKO50E öğütücü makinesini sürüklemeyiniz.
3- EKO50 ve EKO50E öğütücüyü çarpmayınız ve sarsmayınız.
4-Makineyi herhangi bir kötü hava koşullarında, ayaz ya da yağmura maruz bırakmayınız.
5-Nakliyeden dolayı zarar ya da bozulma olduğunda, nakliyeciye şikayetinizi acil olarak yapın ve
yetkili satıcı ya da üreticiye bildirin. Makineyi teslim almayın veya tutanak tutturun.
Özellikle, aşağıdaki durumları kontrol edin:
-Bozulma ya da çarpma izleri ve çukurların olmadığını;
-Değiştirme işaretlerinin olmadığını;nakliyenin doğru şekilde uygulandığını kontrol ettikten sonra
Resim 2 de gösterildiği gibi makineyi kurmaya geçiniz.
Conditions to avoid:
1-Do not hoist EKO50 and EKO50E crusher machine by unsuitable freight lift or ropes.
2-Do not trail EKO50 and EKO50E crusher machine.
3-Do not hit and shake EKO50 and EKO50E crusher.
4-Do not expose the machine to bad weather conditions, frost or rain.
5-In case of any damages or impairment caused by transport, make your complaint to the carrier
urgently, and notify the dealer or the manufacturer. Do not receive the machine or have a tatement
taken down.
In particular, check the following:
-If there are marks of breakdown or impact;
-If there are marks of alteration; Upon making above checks, proceed to install the machine as
shown in Figure 2.

5.3-MOTORUN ÇALIŞTIRILMASI ve DURDURULMASI

Motoru yada elektrik motorunu çalıştırmadan önce öğütücünün sert ve düzgün bir zeminde
olduğunu ve çalışma bölgesinde yetkisiz insanlar veya hayvanların olup olmadığını kontrol edin.
Motor/Elektrik motoru üreticisinin talimat kitabını dikkatlice okuyunuz. Yakıt tankında yakıt ve
karter de yağın olup olmadığını kontrol ediniz. Gözlük, kulaklık ve eldiven giyilmelidir.
5.3- STARTING AND STOPPING THE ENGINE
Warning!
Before starting the engine or electric engine, check that the crusher is on a level surface and there
are no unauthorized persons or pets in the working area. Read carefully the instruction manual of
the engine/electric engine manufacturer. Check whether there is fuel in the fuel tank and oil in the
crankcase. Safety goggles, hearing protection and gloves must be worn.
Benzinli Motoru Versiyonu
1-Jikle kolunu başlat pozisyonuna getiriniz.(Resim 4).Starter topuzunu yakalayın (Resim 3) ve
kompresyona sebep olan direnci hissedene kadar kuvvet uygulamadan ipi çekiniz, ipi salınız ve
daha sonra motoru çalıştırmak için sert bir hareketle çekiniz.
2-Çalışmaya başlamadan önce yaklaşık 1 dakika motorun rolantide çalışmasına izin verin daha
sonra maksimum devire (Hızlandırma kolunu kullanarak) alınız ve normal kullanıma devam
ediniz. (Resim 5)
Versiyon with gasoline engine
1-Bring the choke lever to the start position (Figure 4). Grab the starter knob (figure 3) and pull
the rope without applying force until you feel the resistance causing the compression, release the
rope, then pull it hardly to start the engine.
2-Before beginning work, allow the engine to run idle for about 1 minute, and (using the
accelerator arm) take it to the maximum speed, and proceed with normal use. (Figure 5)

1-Make sure the main voltage matches calculated voltage of the engine (check the rating plate on
the engine).

Warning!
Bring the material to the hopper opening and lay down in it when pushing the material, NEVER
put your hands and arms in the hopper. The material processed and crushed in this hopper should
not exceed the diameter of 5 cm. To avoid the intoxication danger of he gasses, the machines with
internal combustion engines should never be used indoors.
5.4-TAŞIMA
Taşımadan önce bütün parçalarının iyice takılı ve iyice sıkılmış olduğundan emin olun. Taşırken
motorun ve dönen aksamın tamamen durmuş olduğundan emin olun. Dal öğütücü (Eko50 ve
EKO50E) düz zeminde kaymayacak şekilde park edin ve çalıştırmadan önce iyice sabitlendiğine
emin olun.
5.4- MOVING
Before moving the machine, be sure that all components are installed and securely tightened.
When moving the machine, be sure that the engine and the rotating parts were completely stopped.
Park the branch crusher (Eko 50 and EKO50E) on a level surface so that it will not slip, and
ensure that it was securely fixed before operating it.

6- MAINTENANCE
Warning!
Before proceeding to any maintenance operation, stop the engine, remove the spark plug wire, and
ensure that the machine wil not operate in any event. Use necessary protectors when performing
maintenance.
Engine: Refer to the engine introductory and user guide.
6.1-BIÇAK DEĞİŞTİRME
1-Kontra somunları ve besleme haznesini çıkartın.(Resim 14)
2-Koruyucu cıvataları açın ve bıçakları çıkartın.(Resim 8)
3-Yeni bıçakları yerleştirin. Sadece tavsiye edilen bıçaklar kullanılmalıdır.
4-Koruyucu cıvataları sıkın.
5-Besleme haznesini kapatın ve kontra somunları sıkın.
6.1-BLADE REPLACEMENT
Remove the lock-nuts and the hopper (Figure 14).
2-Unscrew the protective bolts and remove the blades (Figure 8).
3-Insert new blades. Only recommended blades should be used.
4-Tighten protective bolts.
5-Close the hopper and tighten the lock-nuts.
6.2-DOĞRAYICI BIÇAKLARIN KONTROLÜ
Doğrayıcı bıçaklar her 50 çalışma saatinde bir kontrol edilmeli. Dişleri aşınmış veya kırılmış ise
diğer yüzü ile,diğer yüzde aşınmış ise yenisi ile değiştirilmeli. Sadece tavsiye edilen bıçak
kullanılmalıdır. (Resim 9 ve 10)
6.2-CHECKING THE CHOPPER BLADES
Chopper blades should be checked every 50 working hours. If teeth are worn out or broken, it
should be replaced with the other side, and if the other side is also worn out, it should be replaced
with a new one. Only recommended blade should be used. (Figure 9 and 10).
6.3-DOĞRAYICI BIÇAK DEĞİŞTİRME TALİMATI
Kesici plaka komplesinin merkezindeki A,B ve C parçalarını sökünüz, D parçası ile gerdirme
işlemi yaparak kompleyi çıkartınız. E ve G parçalarını sökerek bıçak ve kesici bıçakları
değiştiriniz. Daha sonra bıçak kesici bıçakları ekteki resimdeki sırası ve yönüne uygun olarak
toplayınız. Cıvataların montajından önce Loctite vb. gevşemeleri önleyici
yapıştırıcılar
kullanılmalı, yapıştırıcıyı sürdükten sonra sıkma işlemini yapınız. (Resim 7 ve 19)
6.3-CHOPPER BLADE REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the A, B and C parts in the center of the cutter plate assembly, remove the assembly by
performing stretching with the part D. Replace the blade and cutters by dismantling the parts E
and G. Then assemble the blade and the cutters according to the order and orientation shown in
attached figure. Adhesives such as Loctite, which prevents loosenings should be used before
mounting the bolts, and tightening procedure should be performed after applying the adhesive.

6.4- V-KAYIŞ KONTROLÜ

6.4- V-BELT CHECK
The belts should be checked every 50 working hours. The housing is removed before replacement.
Move the pulleys closer and replace loose belt with a new one. Stretch the pulleys and install
them. Finally, install the housing. Only recommended belt should be used. (SPA732) (Figure 11
and 12)
6.5-KAYIŞ - KASNAK AYAR TALİMATI
1-Motoru sökmek için ''B'' parçalarını çıkartınız. Daha sonra ''A'' bağlantı elemanını sökerek ''C''
kapama parçasını yukarı doğru çekerek çıkartınız. Eski kayışı yenisi ile değiştirdikten sonra

3-Kayış gerginliği iki kasnak ortasında kayışa üstten bastırarak 1-2cm. civarında aşağı ve yukarı
oynadığını göz ile de kontrol edilir.
6.5-BELT – PULLEY ADJUSTMENT INSTRUCTION
1-Remove “B” parts to remove the engine. Then remove “A” fastener and pull upwards and
remove the closing piece “C”. After replacing the old belt with a new one, adjust the belt by using
the tension plate (Figure 12) (Figure 13).
2-Tension of he belts should be adjusted in a ratio to prevent slippage (figure 11).
3-The belt tension is checked by pushing down the belt in the middle of the two pulleys to see it
plays about 1-2 cm up and down.
