Clarification of news regarding PTT’s 2004 dividend payment

Reference is made to the news reported that source from PTT has given an interview
about PTT’s dividend payment of 6 Baht/share for 2004.
PTT would like to clarify that PTT has not given such information about the dividend
payment. PTT would like to inform that PTT’s policy of dividend is not less than 25% of net profits
after deduction of all specified the reserves.
