F o r t h e t e a c h e r s , b e i n g r e a d y f o r t h e m a t h e m a t i c s e d u c a t i o n i s c r u c i a l a n d o c c a s i o n a l l y d i f f i c u l t s i t u a t i o n . F u r t h e r m o r e , m o s t o f t h e t e a c h e r s s t a t e d t h a t t h e y p r e p a r e d t h e c l a s s ' p h y s i c a l e n v i r o m e n t a c c o r d i n g t o t h e m a t h e m a t i c a l c o n c e p t ; b u t t h e y w e r e n ' t m a n i p u l a t e d t o w a r d t h e i r f u n c t i o n ( G i n s b u r g , L e e v e B o y d , 2 0 0 8 ) .
