Supplementary Figure S3A. Maximum likelihood (ML) tree showing the
phylogenetic relationships of the 16S rRNA gene sequences of the
isolates obtained from groundwater and bottled water samples with the
most closely related reference sequences of the LTP database 108. One
representative of each OTU has been used for phylogenetic analyses. The
ML tree was constructed using sequences longer than 1,250 bp with a
40% conservational filter. The scale bar infers 10 nucleotide substitutions
per 100 sequenced nucleotides.
