Mekanik Grab/Mechanical Grap
ZMG-S ve ZMG-L olmak üzere iki farklý tipte sunulmuþtur.
Ana þase sabit kalmak koþuluyla çene ve klavuz
deðiþtirilerek farklý ölçüde kazý yapma imkaný
saðlar.
Çeneler düz ve yuvarlak olarak iki farklý tipte seçilebilmektedir.
Tüm makaralar bakým gerektirmeyen ve uzun ömür
saðlayan life-time keçeler ve rulmanlý sistemle
üretilmiþtir.
Aþýnmaya maruz yüzeyler Hardox 500 malzemeden
imal edilmiþtir.
Mukavemet gerektiren þase ve kollar Weldox 700
malzemeden üretilmiþtir.
Klavuz ve tutucular S 355 malzemeden üretilmiþtir.
Presented as two different types as being ZMG-S
and ZMG-L.
Provided that the main chassis will be stable, it
enables to make excavation with different sizes by
replacing the jaws and guides.
Jaws can be selected as two different types as being
flat and round.
All the pulleys are manufactured by maintenance
free durable life-time felts and bearing system.
Surfaces exposed to abrasion are manufactured by
Hardox 500 material.
Chassis and arms that require endurance are
manufactured by Weldox 700 material.
Guides and holders are manufactured by S 355
material.

Operatör, kumanda panosundaki indikatörden bom açýsýný
sürekli takip edebilir.
Uzun klavuzlarý sayesinde kazý düþeyliðinin korunmasý
saðlanýr.
Yüksek grap aðýrlýðý, zemine dalmayý ve malzeme koparmayý
kolaylaþtýrýr.
50 tonluk mekanik veya hidrolik vince monte edilebilir.
Kafes bomlarý, grap ve klavuzlarý sökülebilir olduðu için nakliyesi kolaydýr.
Yüksek çene torku sayesinde daha hýzlý ve verimli kazý
yapýlabilir.
Çene ve klavuz sökülüp, deðiþik ebatlarda çene ve klavuzlar
kullanýlarak farklý geniþliklerde kazý yapmaya olanak saðlar.
The construction of excavation to be steep is kept under control
by vertical alignment control system (inclinometer).
Operator can continuously follow the boom angle from the
indicator on the panel board.
The preservation of the verticality of excavation is ensured by
its long guides.
High grab weight eases plunging on ground and cutting of
material.
Can be mounted on mechanic or hydraulic crane of 50 tons.
As the cage booms, grab and guides are demountable, its
transportation is easy.
By high jaw torque faster and more efficient excavation can be
made.
It enables to make excavations of different widths by demounting the current jaw and guides and using jaw and guides of
different sizes.

Sand screen units are used to separate foreign substances
from water-bentonite, water-polymer, water-cement or different bentonite mixtures used during boring.
Particles of 5 mm size are cleaned out on coarse screen.
On horizontal and vertical screen elimination with 50 micron
(0,05 mm) rate is made.
Abrasion resistant foundry consoles are used on hydro cyclone
exits.
Desanding plants have further applications in gravel pits, in the

Uzaktan Kumanda Panosu
Operatör ZMB 150-S'in tüm fonksiyonlarýný kumanda panosu
vasýtasýyla kontrol edebilir, mikserin ne kadar malzeme
aldýðýný indikatörden okuyabilir ve oluþabilecek aksaklýklarý
yine pano üzerindeki uyarý ýþýklarýndan görebilir. ZMB 150-S
üzerindeki tüm vanalar pnömatik ve uzaktan kumanda panosundan kontrol edilir.
Su Tankı
ZMB 150-S üzerine monteli 2,5 m su tankýna sahiptir. Su tanký
içinde bulunan sensörleri sayesinde su seviyesi azaldýðýnda

ZMB 150-S Operator Cabin
ZMB 150-S has an operator cabin which allows wide and
comfortable working conditions. The working efficiency under
hot conditions is increased by 10.000 BTU air conditioner
mounted in cabin and by the isolation material on walls.
Remote Control Panel
Operator can control all the functions of ZMB 150-S by the
panel board, can read the capacity of mixer from the indicator
and can see the possible faults again by the warning lights on
the panel. All valves on ZMB 150-S are pneumatic and can be
controlled by the remote control panel.
Water Tank
ZMB 150-S has a water tank of 2,5 m mounted on it. By the
sensors in the water tank, it opens entrance pneumatic valve
when the water level decreases and automatic water filling is
ensured.
Electronic Weigher System
The weight in mixer can be read from display by the load-cells
placed on the jambs of mixer by 120° angle.
Other Advantages
Because ZMB 150-S is full automatic controlled, it can prepare
bentonite very fast by just only one person. Saving from time
and manpower is ensured. It does not need another silo or
conveyor by ZSB 20 with 25 tons capacity which can be mounted on it.

period by its high capacity of 25 tons.
Prevents bentonite compression possible to occur
inside silo by two vibro engines and by two air inlets.
By the screw conveyor at base, the transfer of bentonite
inside silo to the mixer is performed without the requirement of another conveyor.

Geçirimsizlik perdesi, yüksek yeraltý su seviyesi altýnda inþa edilecek kazý iksa sistemlerinde yeraltý suyu geçirimsizliðini temin
etmek üzere perde duvar dökümü sýrasýnda iki perde duvar arasýna su tutucu bant yerleþtirme iþlemi uygulamasýdýr.
Z Makina Teknolojisi A.Þ. tarafýndan geliþtirilmiþ olan ve patenti alýnmýþ olan hidrolik water stop-end ekipmanlarý ile su tutucu
bant betonlama iþlemi sonucunda duvar arasýnda yerleþtirilerek su geçirimsizliðini saðlamaktadýr.
Uygulama Yöntemi
1. Diyafram Duvar makinasý ile proje kapsamýnda panel açýlýr. Açýlan panelin her iki tarafýna su tutucu bantlý stop-end yerleþtirilir.
Su tutucular hidrolik stop-end üzerine önceden yerleþtirilir.
2. Açýlan panel içerisine demir donatý yerleþtirilir.
3. Demir donatý yerleþtirilen panelin içersine beton dökülür.
4. Beton dökülmüþ hidrolik stop-end'in her iki yanýndan panel duvarýn devamý kazýlýr.
5. Her iki tarafa da panel açýldýktan sonra hidrolik pistonlar devreye girerek stopend kendisini betonlanmýþ duvardan ayýrýr ve su
tutucu bant duvarda býrakýlýr.
6. Hidrolik water stop-end kuyudan kolayca çýkartýlýr.
7. Kuyudan çýkartýlan Water stop-end'ler su tutucu bant yerleþtirilerek ayný kuyunun kazý yapýlmamýþ duvarýna yaslayarak aþaðý
indirilir.
8. Açýlan her iki panele demir donatý yerleþtirilir.
9. Demir donatý yerleþtirilen panellere beton dökülür ve iþlem tekrarlanarak devam eder. Su tutucu bantlar her bir panelin
arasýnda su geçirimsizliðini saðlamaktadýr.

Cut-off Wall With Water Stop-End Application
Cut-off wall systems are shoring systems applied to ensure the impermeability of the shoring system that will be constructed
under high ground water table. The main function of this shoring system is to prevent ground water intrusion into the excavation,
which can be implemented with diaphragm walls and intersecting bored piles.
The Hydraulic Water Stop-End equipments which were developed and patented by Z Makina Teknolojisi A.S.
provide water-tightness with water-holding band concreting process.
1. The pannel should be opened with the diaphragm wall machine within the project scope. It requires to replace Stop-Ends with
water-holding band to opened pannel. Water-holding parts should be replaced on hydraulic stop-ends initially.
2. The iron equipment should be replaced in the opened pannel.
3. Concrete should be poured in the iron equipment.
4. The pannel wall should be digged from the end of both sides of concrete poured hydraulic stop-end.
5. After opening panels to both sides, stop-end separates itself by hydraulic pistons. The water-holding band should be stayed on
the wall.
6. Hydraulic water stop-end can be easily taken from the well.
7. The water stop-ends that taken from the well, should be bringed down through the same well by leaning against the wall. The
water-holding bands should also be placed.
8. The iron equipment should be placed on both pannels.
9. Concrete should be poured on the pannels which the iron equipment's placed on. It can be repeated in needed quantity.
Water-holding bands provide water-tightness between each pannel.

locking system in this way our application used easy and more safety.
