BMW Sales Management Specialist
Job Description:
The sales management specialist helps drive sales growth by identifying areas for expansion and
improvement. He/she uses methods such as analyzing key metrics; coordinating with product, sales
and field teams to develop and implement solutions. They also create reports based on their analysis
of sales data and present that data to others in their organization, including management. The sales
management specialist will also be called upon to communicate with dealers in person, through email,
and over the phone to create and build relationships.
The sales management specialist generally works in a high-intensity environment in which he/she is
responsible for several concurrent tasks, which makes the ability to multitask and solve problems
quickly important. Attention to detail and meet deadlines are also needed.
The specialist initiates specific business development projects that represent the interest of sales
management.
Core Competencies:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics from reputable universities
Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus
New graduates or experienced up to 2 years
Professional experience outside of university, e.g. by professional training or internships in an
automotive / business development related environment is a plus
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and planning
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
Expertise in MS Office applications
A person who is a team player, grasp new topics quickly, thinks analytically
Must demonstrate effective results delivery
Qualifications:
Self-starter with and enthusiastic and flexible attitude to a changing work environment
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Preferably knowledge of Turkish automotive market
Strong intellect and the ability to absorb large amounts of information and extract relevant conclusions
Ability to communicate results and provide clear and concise recommendations
Resourceful and self-motivated with a strong commercial acumen
Prepared to work simultaneously on various tasks and to appreciate challenges
Detail-oriented
Highly motivated and committed to excellence with a positive attitude
Must demonstrate strong ethics, leadership, interpersonal skills, ability to effectively manage stress,
and engage in continuous learning
Typical Responsibilities:
Prepare the sales, stock and production projection monthly
Prepare the sales targets of the dealers monthly / yearly and follow up
Analyze stock / flow and determine the production
Manage the product allocation process
Integrate, compile, analyze, and evaluate data on sales performance metrics, including trends for
products
Assist dealers with operational tasks, such as data analysis, policy execution
Support the channel management and development
Support product launches and communication studies
