1. Be prepared for bad weather and even for extreme
emergency, by having spare dry clothes and a
flashlight.

1. Pregăteste-te pentru vremea rea şi chiar cazuri de urgenţă
extremă, având haine uscate de rezervă şi o lanternă.
2. Foloseşte o hartă şi o busolă ca să te orientezi şi să nu te
rătăceşti, nu inainte însă de a învăţa să le foloseşti.
3. Nu părăsi traseele marcate şi calculează-ţi timpul astfel încât
să poţi ajunge în siguranţă la un adăpost.
4. PARCURGE TRASEE ŞI CAMPEAZĂ PE SUPRAFEŢE DURABILE
5. Protejează zonele de mal, campând la cel puţin 100 metri de
lacuri şi pârâuri.
6. Ocoleşte florile şi puieţii de copac. O dată ce au fost lovite
nu e sigur că vor mai creşte!
7. Concentrează-ţi
activitatea
în
zonele
unde
nu
există
vegetaţie.
8. OCUPĂ-TE DE GUNOI ÎN MOD CORESPUNZĂTOR
9. Adună-l şi ia-l cu tine, pentru că trebuie aruncat numai la
tomberoanele din oraşe.
10. NU VINE NIMENI PE MUNTE, SĂ-ŢI ADUNE ŢIE GUNOIUL!
11. Verifică dacă n-ai lăsat resturi de măâcare sau gunoi în locul
unde ai campat.
12. Nu murdări apa.
13. Nu arunca săpun, mâncare sau alte resturi în pârâuri sau
lacuri.
14. REDU IMPACTUL FOCULUI
15. Focurile de tabăra au un impact pe termen lung asupra
naturii.
16. Asigură-te că e voie să faci foc în zona în care te afli,
foloseşte vetre gata făcute.
17. Fă focul cât mai mic.
18. Nu uita că focurile nu sunt făcute pentru a “înghiţi” gunoaie
sau mâncare

19. Ca să faci foc, foloseşte numai crengi pe care le găseşti pe
jos, sau ramuri uscate.
20. Asigură-te că lemnul de pe foc a ars integral şi apoi stinge
focul.
21. RESPECTĂ ANIMALELE SĂLBATICE
22. Priveşte şi observă animalele sălbatice de la distantă.
23. Nu le urmări şi nu te apropia de ele, nu încerca să le loveşti
24. Să nu dai niciodată de mâncare animalelor. Dacă le hrăneşti
le poţi distruge sănătatea.
25. LASĂ TOT CE GĂSEŞTI AŞA CUM ESTE
26. Observă,
dar
nu
atinge,
vestigiile
istorice,
culturale,
arheologice, aşa încât şi cei care vin după tine să se poată,
bucura de ele.
27. Lasă stâncile, plantele mici şi copacii, aşa cum le-ai găsit.
28. Tratează plantele vii cu respect.
29. Nu lua cu tine şi nu transporta specii de plante sau animale
care nu sunt din zonă.
30. RESPECTĂ-I ŞI PE CEILALŢI VIZITATORI
31. Nu uita că ceilalti vizitatori sunt şi ei acolo pentru a se
bucura de natură.
32. Fii amabil.
33. Dacă vrei să faci o pauză, fă-o la distaţăa de potecă şi de
alţi vizitatori.
34. Nu striga şi nu vorbi tare.
35. Respectă localnicii cu care te întâlneşti pe drum.
36. Nu uita că tu eşti un musafir în zona unde ei sunt acasă.
