Konya’da çelik ve sfero malzemeler dökmek ve işlemek üzere kurulan MTSC Otomotiv
Makine Metalurji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., 17.000 m2’lik kapalı alana sahip fabrikasında
üretimini sürdürmektedir. MTSC üretim tesisi bünyesindeki gurup şirketleri bünyesinde 6.000
m2’lik dökümhane bölümünde SCF markasıyla iş makinalarına yönelik döküm ürünler
üretilmeye başlanmıştır. SCF; ürün gamındaki çeşitlilik ve üretimdeki maksimum verimlilik
politikası sebebiyle sektöründe öncü markalar arasında yer almaktadır. Ayrıca " Yüksek
Performans Paylaşılan Güç” sloganıyla sektöründe faaliyet gösteren MOTUSCARKSHAFT ;
güçlü altyapısı, gelişmiş makine parkı, yüksek kapasiteli üretimi, geniş ürün gamı, yetkin ve
tecrübeli personeli ile ulusal ve uluslararası zeminde büyüyen bir markadır. MOTUS,
sektöründe "kural koyan” uluslararası bir marka olmayı hedef olarak benimsemiştir.
MOTUS, Avrupa'dan ithal ederek üretim hattına dâhil ettiği tam otomatik CNC taşlama
tezgâhları (robot) sayesinde, çok düşük hata oranında (%0,1) üretim yaparak kalitesini daha
da artırmıştır.
Üretimine ağır vasıta, iş makinesi ve ağır sanayi motorlarına uygun krank milleri ile başlayan
MOTUS, binek ve ticari araç motorlarına yönelik krank millerini de ürün yelpazesine
eklemiştir.
17 000 m2 kapak alana sahip tesislerinde krank mili üreten ve üretiminin yaklaşık %40'ını
ihraç eden MOTUS, 15'i Avrupa Birliği üyesi olmak üzere, toplam 50 ülkeye ihracat
yapmaktadır.
SCF; tüm iş makinalarına yönelik yekpare kazmalar, kazma uçları, adaptörler, kepçe önleri ve
segmentleri, dozer orta ve uç bıçakları, riper şankları, riper uçları üretimi yapmaktadır. Üretim
hattında 550 kalem parça bulunan SCF, bu üretiminin bazılarını ise çeşitli iş makinalarına
orijinal ekipman tedarikçisi olarak yapmaktadır.
SCF tarafından üretilen kazıcı ve koruyucu parçalar; konusunda uzman metalurji
mühendisleri ve teknik elemanlar tarafından fabrikamız bünyesindeki gelişmiş laboratuvar
imkânlarıyla özel olarak tasarlanarak modelleme ve kalıplama işlemi sonrasında
dökülmektedir.
Döküm işlemini takiben ısıl işlem, taşlama-temizleme, sertleştirme ve kalite kontrol işlemleri
sonrası ürünler; İstanbul, Ankara, İzmir ve Adana’daki Bölge Müdürlüklerimize iş
makinalarında kullanılmak üzere sevk edilmektedir. SCF ürünleri, başta Avrupa ülkeleri
olmak üzere yurt dışında birçok ülkeye ihraç edilmektedir.
2008 yılından itibaren ISO 9001 belgesine sahip olan tesisimiz, stratejik hedeflerimiz
doğrultusunda entegre yönetim sistemleri faaliyetlerine başlamış olup, ISO TS-16949, 14001,
18001 ve 17025 çalışmaları hakkında eğitim süreçleri ve alt yapı çalışmalarımız da hızla
devam etmektedir.
MTSC Otomotiv Makine Metalürji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. which was founded in Konya in
1995 to cast and machine parts made of both nodular cast iron and steel sustains the
production on its own premises of 17.000 m2 of closed area. MTSC began to cast products
suitable for Earth Moving Machines within the group of companies that are under the
manufacturing plant of MTSC, and under the trade mark of SCF in the foundry of 6.000 m2
which is under 1998. SCF is one of the leading trade marks in the sector as a result of the
diverse product range as well as the maximum productivity in production. Additionally,
Motus Crankshaft which has been uninterruptedly active in automotive sector since 2003
under the motto of “High Performance Shared Power” is a growing trademark on both
domestic and international grounds with strong infrastructure, sophisticated machinery, broad
product range, immense production capacity as well as qualified and experienced
personnel. MOTUS aims at becoming a rule-setting company of its sector on a global level.
MOTUS achieved to reduce the failure rate in production down to such a low level (%0,1) by
virtue of the fully automatic CNC machine (i.e. robot) integrated into the production line after
being imported from Europe.
MOTUS added crankshafts suitable for engines of passenger cars and commercial vehicles to
the product range in addition to the ones suitable for engines of heavy duty vehicles, earth
moving machines and heavy industry components which it began to produce initially.
MOTUS which produces crankshafts on its own premises under a closed area of 17.000 m²
successfully exports 40% of its total production to 50 countries 15 of which are members of
the
European
Union.
SCF produces tooth, unitooth, adapters, bucket blades, dozer blades, ripper shanks, ripper
tooth compatible with all types of Earth Moving Machines. SCF with 550 items of spare parts
in the production line performs even a certain portion of its production as an original
equipment supplier of a variety of Earth Moving Machines.
The Ground Engaging Tools (GET) of SCF, following to modelling and moulding processes,
are cast by the experienced metallurgical engineers and the technical staff according to the
special designs created in the sophisticated laboratories of the factory.
Subsequent to the application of heat treatment, grinding, hardening and quality control
processes, the products suitable for Earth Moving Machines are dispatched to the regional
directorates located in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir and Adana for domestic market. SCF products
are exported to many countries abroad among which European countries taking the lead.
Our factory which has been holding ISO 9001 certificate since 2008 has started the activities
of the integrated administrative systems and in parallel with our strategic targets continues
performing rapidly the training relating to ISO TS-16949, 14001, 18001 and 17025 as well as
the infrastructure projects.
