1. Lütfen katılmak istediğiniz testleri Program sayfalarında işaretleyiniz.

İlginizi çekebilecek testleri daha kolay bulabilmeniz için indeks sayfasını kullanabilirsiniz.
Belirtilen dağıtım tarihleri planlanan tarihlerdir. Kayıt yaptıdırdığınız testlerden, herhangi bir sebeple
ertelenenler olduğu takdirde email ile tarafınıza bildirilecektir. Testlerin büyük bir bölümünün kapanış
tarihleri dağıtım tarihlerinden itibaren 6-8 haftadır.
Her test için test materyallerinin yaklaşık miktarları verilmiştir. Metodunuz daha fazla materyal
gerektiriyorsa lütfen ekstra test materyal sayısını bildiriniz. İlave test materyaller için ücret ödenir.
Ekstra test materyalleri ilave performans değerlendirmesi hakkı kazandırmaz. Birden fazla değerlendirme
için çoklu kayıt yaptırmanız gerekmektedir.
Test materyalleri DHL ile gönderilir.

FAPAS® Programına kayıtlar için Fera Standard Terms and Conditions for Proficiency Testing Schemes
dokümanında belirtilen şartlar geçerlidir. Dokümana www.fapas.com adresinden ulaşılabilir.

Siparişiniz alındığında faturanız kesilecektir. Bu, ödemelerin testlerden önce yapılacağı anlamına

Yukarıda da belirtildiği gibi, numuneler DHL ile gönderilmektedir. Bazı paketler sıcaklık değişimlerini
minimize etmek için buz bloklar içerir ancak soğuk araçlarda taşınmamaktadır. Numuneniz elinize
ulaştığında sıcaklığı yüksek de olsa, taşıma süresinin büyük bölümünde soğuk kaldığından dolayı testler için
uygundur.
Numuneniz dağıtımdan itibaren 4 gün içerisinde elinize ulaşmadığında lütfen iletişime geçiniz.
Numuneler gönderildiğinde, kayıtlı olan email adresine FAPAS tarafından DHL takip numarası “Airway Bill
Number” gönderilecektir.
Takip numaralarına kullanıcı adı ve şifrenizle girdiğiniz FAPAS web sitesindeki sayfanızdan da
ulaşabilirsiniz.
Numunelerin takibi katılımcı sorumluluğundadır.
ii. Gümrük
a)
Test materyallerinin gümrüklerdeki muhtemel hasar ve kayıplarından veya olası gümrük işlemlerinden FAPAS
sorumlu değildir.
iii. Sonuçlar
a)
Katılımcıların sonuçları bildirmesi için numune dağıtım tarihinden itibaren genellikle 6 haftaları
bulunmaktadır. Bazı analizler test materyali ve/veya analitlerden kaynaklanan nedenlerden dolayı daha kısa
sürede tamamlanmalıdır. Bu testler programda belirtilmektedir.
b)
Sonuçlar FAPAS® web sitesi üzerinden kabul edilmektedir.

Test fiyatlarına katılımcıların kullanıcı adı şifreleriyle giriş yaptığı sistemde görebileceği elektronik rapor
dahildir.
Raporlar genellikle testin kapanmasından 5 hafta sonra web sitesinde yayımlanır.
Raporlar PDF formatında ve dijital imzalı olarak sunulmaktadır. Görüntülemek için Adobe Reader 7 veya
üzeri gerekmektedir.

İptal Şartları
Testin dağıtım tarihine bir aydan daha kısa süre kaldığında iptali istenirse geri ödeme yapılmaz.
Dağıtıma bir aydan daha fazla süre varsa test ücretinin %50'si iade edilir veya başka bir testle
değiştirilebilir.
Faturalandırma & Ödemeler
Siparişleriniz bize ulaştığında yeterlik testlerine kayıt bedeli olarak tarafımızdan hizmet faturası
düzenlenir. Numunelerin dağıtıımı belirtilen tarihlerde Food and Environment Research Agency
tarafından yapılacağından, Sincer Dış Ticaret tarafından bir ürün teslimatı söz konusu değildir.
Yeterlik testleri için numuneler belirtilen tarihlerde FERA tarafından DHL ile doğrudan tarafınıza
gönderilecektir. Zaman zaman gümrük kontrolleri nedeni ile numunelerin gümrüklerde işlem
görmesi olasıdır. Bu durumda numuneler ile ilgili gümrük işlemlerinin tarafınızca yürütülmesi
gerekeceğini tekrar hatırlatırız.
