Features: Somafix Polyurethane Foam 4 MEVSİM
is a multi purpose filling and montage
foam. Manufactured from imported raw
materials. Its extra formulation cures by
moisture 2 to 4 hours.
Fields of Application: For fixing doors,
windows and similar frames, filling holes,
used in insulation of hot and cold water
pipes and electrical equipments, fill up
the gaps, holes and cracks.
How to Use:
1.Shake the can strongly for 30 seconds
2.Install the pistol by twisting onto the can
3.Remove the dirt, dust and grease from
the application place and moisture it by
water.(Moisturing the ground and
released foam is important for accelerating
the reaction and obtaining a productive
result).
4.Turn the can upside down and press
the trigger.
5.For next applications, dried foam residue
should be removed from the pistol and
valve
6.Smeared foam residue can be cleaned
by using acetone.
7.Since foam tenders to expand, proper
quantities should be used.
Safety: Contains Diphenylmethane 4,4
diisocyanate. Harmful by inhalation.
Irritating to eyes, respiratory system and
skin. May cause sensitization by inhalation
and skin contact. Follow medical
instruction when eyes contacted with
foam. Wash with soap and plenty of water
when skin contacted. Use respiratory
equipments when ventilation is poor. In
case of accident, seek medical advice
immediately (show the label where
possible). Do not stock over 50°C. Do
not puncture or incinerate the can even
it is empty. Before use, see information
provided by the manufacturer.

• Can be shaved, sandpapered and
painted after it get hardens in 2 or 4 hours.
• Bonds to all kinds of building materials
except silicone, teflon, polyethylene and
polypropylene.
• Resistant to every kind of weather
conditions, seawater, steam and moisture.
• Not easy flammable.
Storage: Keep in dry and cool place at 0°C / +30°C.
Expiry Date: 15 months after production
date. Production date is on the can.

Köpük, çok amaçlı olup 2-4 saat arasında
nem ile sertleşen ekstra formüllü, ithal
hammaddelerden üretilmiş bir montaj ve
dolgu köpüğüdür.
Uygulama Alanları: Kapı, pencere
kasaları ve benzeri doğramaların
sabitlenmesinde; boşlukların
doldurulmasında, elektrik tesisatları, sıcak
ve soğuk su borularının izolasyonunda;
boşluk, delik ve çatlakların kapatılmasında
kullanılır.
Kullanım Şekli:
1.Tüpü 30 saniye kadar kuvvetlice
çalkalayınız.
2.Tabancayı çevirerek tüpe takınız.
3.Uygulanacak alanı kir, yağ ve tozdan
arındırarak su ile nemlendiriniz. (Özellikle
zeminin ve sıkılmış köpüğün
nemlendirilmesi reaksiyonun hızlanması
ve verimli sonuç için önemlidir).
4.Tüpü başaşağı çevirerek kullanınız.
5.Sonraki kullanımlarda tabanca ve ventil
kurumuş köpükten arındırılmalıdır.
6.İstenmeyen yerlere bulaşan köpük
aseton ile temizlenir.
7.Köpüğün hacmi büyüyeceğinden
tasarruflu bir şekilde doldurulmalıdır.
Güvenlik: Diphenylmethane-4’4diisocyanate içerir. Teneffüsü zararlıdır.
Teneffüsü halinde hassaslaşmaya neden
olabilir. Gözleri, solunum sistemini ve
deriyi rahatsız eder. Gözlerle temasında
tıbbi tavsiye uygulayınız. Deri ile
temasında bol su ve sabun ile yıkayınız.
Havalandırmanın yetersiz olduğu
durumlarda uygun solunum ekipmanı
takınız. Kaza durumunda veya kendinizi
kötü hissettiğinizde doktora başvurunuz.
(Mümkünse etiketi gösteriniz.) 50°C’nin
üstündeki sıcaklıklarda bulundurmayınız.
Tüp boş bile olsa delmeyiniz ve ateşe
atmayınız.

Solvent Mixture
Cleaner is used for cleaning all
polyurethane-based chemicals, more
effective if used before curing. Prolongs
life of the gun if used properly and timely
and removes polyurethane residues.

foam gun as well as those places where
foam has contaminated unintentionally.
How to Use: Shake well the can before
use. Tightly secure the can onto gun.
Trigger the gun until cleaner gets out of
the gun. The residue can also be cleaned
before curing. Unsecure and remove the
can from the gun. Use gloves and
protective glasses during application.
Safety: Do not contact with skin during
use. In case of contact, wash with plenty
of water. Do not pierce or throw into fire
even if can is empty. Keep away from
reach of children. Store vertical in a cool
and dry place at -40°C /+30°C

Uygulama Alanları: Köpük tabancası ve
köpüğün bulaştığı yerleri temizlemek için
kullanılır.
Kullanım Şekli: Kutuyu kullanmadan
önce iyice çalkalayınız, tabancanın üstüne
sıkıca takınız. Temizleyici tabancadan
çıkana kadar tabancayı tetikleyiniz. Kalıntı
kürleşmeden önce de temizlenebilir.
Kutuyu tabancadan çıkartınız. Uygulama
sırasında eldiven ve koruyucu gözlük
kullanınız.
Güvenlik: Kullanım sırasında cilde temas
ettirmeyiniz. Temas durumunda bol suyla
temizleyiniz. Kutu boş olsa bile delmeyiniz
veya ateşe atmayınız. Çocuklardan uzak
tutunuz. Dikey olarak serin ve kuru bir
yerde -40°C /+30°C’ de muhafaza ediniz.

How to Use: Make sure the surface to
be applied is dry and clean, free of dust
and grease. Cut the cartridge tip and place
it in the gun, apply the silicone over the
surface in strip form. Clean any silicone
residue simply with soapy water.
Safety: Keep away from reach of children.
Avoid contact with eyes. Prolonged
exposure to vapors may harm respiratory

+5°C and +40°C. Suitable for use in
glazing and industrial applications and for
the construction of silos and containers.

Fields of Application: Can be used for
fixing to hollow materials, solid concrete,
natural stones and granite, metal and
timber building materials, cable channels,
pipe joints, metal profiles, kitchen and
bathroom fittings.
How to Use: Take off the screw cap.
Screw the static mixer on the apposite
injection cartridge. Insert the cartridge in
the gun. Make the gun in operation until
the resin pouring out has turned into a
uniform grey. The anchor is ready to use.
Do not use the first 10 cm.
Instructions for solid materials: Use
an appropriate bit for drilling. Remove
dust from the hole. Inject the resin until
filling 2/3 of the drill hole. Press the anchor
rod by manual turning (see gel time). See
curing time to know when the anchor can
be loaded.
Instructions for hollow materials: Use
an appropriate bit for drilling. Insert the
apposite perforated sleeve. Inject the
resin. Insert the anchor rod according to
gel time. See curing time to know when
the anchor can be loaded.
Safety: Wear suitable hand and face
protections. In case of skin contact, wash
your skin with plenty of water and soap.

Akan reçine sabit gri bir renk alana kadar
tabancayı kullanmaya devam edin. Dübel
kullanıma hazırdır. İlk 10 cm.’yi
kullanmayın.
Katı Malzemelerde Uygulama:
Matkaplama için uygun uç kullanın.
Delikteki tozu temizleyin. Reçineyi, deliğin
2/3’ si dolana kadar enjekte edin. Ankraj
çubuğunu elle döndürerek bastırın
(jelleşme süresine bakın). Dübelin ne
zaman takılacağını bilmek için kürleşme
süresine bakın.
Boşluklu Malzemelerde Uygulama:
Matkaplama için uygun uç kullanın. Uygun
ankraj gömleğini boşluğa yerleştirin.
Reçineyi enjekte edin. Jelleşme zamanına
göre ankraj çubuğunu yerleştirin. Dübelin
ne zaman konulacağını bilmek için
kürleşme süresine bakın.
Güvenlik: Uygulama esnasında gözlük
ve eldiven kullanın. Temas durumunda
cildi bol su ve sabunla yıkayın.

Fields of Applications: Can be used for

How to Use: Wear suitable hand and
face protections. Take off the screw cap.
Screw the static mixer on the apposite
injection mortar. Insert the cartridge in the
gun. Make the gun in operation until the
resin pouring out has turned into a uniform
grey. The anchor is ready to use. Do not
use the first 10 cm.
Instructions for Hollow Materials: Use
an appropriate bit for drilling. Insert the
apposite perforated sleeve. Inject the
resin. Insert the anchor rod according to
gel time. See curing time to know when
the anchor can be loaded.
Instructions for Solid Materials: Use
an appropriate bit for drilling. Remove
dust from the hole. Inject the resin until
filling 2/3 of the drill hole. Press the anchor

damp cloth. Full curing time is 6 to 12
hours after application.

directions on package. Unscrew cap while
keeping tube pointed away from face.
Apply to one surface, using 1 drop per

seconds or until set. Wipe top of nozzle
if adhesive has accumulated before
recapping tube securely after use.

How to Use: Plug in the glue gun. Load
the glue stick into the back of the gun.
Press trigger several times until the glue
stick is firmly set into the inlet tube. Allow
the glue gun warm up for approximately
5-7 minutes. Trigger the adhesive stick
until glue flows from the nozzle. Do not
spread the glue over the surface. Press
surfaces together right after the
application. Unplug the glue gun when
finished.
Safety: Never pull the glue sticks of the
back of the glue gun. Avoid touching any
part of the glue gun other than its handle
and trigger when it is hot. Keep unused
adhesives in closed carton and away from
