Producing spare parts for automotive industry since 1980 in metal industry, our company began manufacturing the understructure of Raised Access Floor
Systems in 1999. With the experience we gained on the understructure of raised access floor systems, we established our panel production band and started
the sales of the complete systems by 2003.
Regarding product quality and honesty as main principles, our company has certified its product quality with the tests carried out abroad in England, Russia
and in Turkey METU and TSE. Formfloor, operating with a completely computer-aided production band, has the ability of carrying out the dimensional and
load bearing tests in its own laboratories. Formfloor and Formmetal have certified their activities in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management
System Standard.
Improving its production capacity and technology continuously, our firm activated the new facilities founded in a 6.500 m2 in door and 10.000 m2 total area
in 2008. By strong machinery, expert production and engineering staff and sales and installation staff in Ankara and Istanbul, Formfloor serves quality and

Panels
The core material of panels is high density and load resistant special
product “chipboard”. The thickness is applied 30 or 38 mm according
to the purpose of use. The standard size of the panels is 600x600 mm.
If required, it can be produced with 400x600 mm special size and
with the understructure stringer or without it. The angle on the edge
of panels not only provides easy fitting but also provides easier access
to the system under the floor.
Top Surface Coverings:
One of the most important features of the raised floors is providing
rich covering alternatives. By covering the surface of chipboard with
a variety of materials such as laminate, pvc, aluminum sheet or foil,
sheet steel and carpet, users’ needs are met totally.
Bottom Surface Coverings:
The material used at the bottom of the panel changes according to the
class of required load. There are alternatives as 0,5 mm thick sheet
steel, 0,2 mm thick aluminum sheet or 0,05 mm thick aluminum foil,
according to their high resistance, protection against moisture,
conductivity or antistatic features.
Panel Tests:
Formfloor marked panels have been tested and approved by the
expert foundations in our country and abroad. Load bearing,
fire-resistance, corrosion-resistance, electrical conductivity and
antistatic features have been certified by institutions like England
authorized laboratories, METU and TSE.
Our company keeps on research and developing activities in its own
laboratories.

Laminate Covered Panels (HPL)
Core Material
: According to the desired load capacity, 30 or 38 mm thick and min 650 kg/m3 density chipboard is used.
Top Covering
: 1 mm thick, overlay covered HPL laminate resistant to abrasion.
Bottom Covering : Depending on the needs, 0,5 mm thick sheet steel, 0,2 mm thick aluminum sheet or 0,05 mm thick aluminum foil are used.
Edge Covering
: 0,4 mm thick hard PVC. It can be applied in colors appropriate to the top covering.
