The production of all parts making up the product is

made of specially shaped galvanized material
by being designed according to the snow / wind
burdens of the zone.

Konteyner tipleri; sandviç panel konteyner, karkaslı
konteyner, kaynaklı konteyner tiplerinden oluşur.
Prefabrik konteyner, şantiye ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak üzere
çeşitli ölçülerde üretilen, kurulu vaziyette taşınabilen yapılardır.
Şasi ve tavanı ile bütün bir yapı oluşturmasından dolayı, temel
betonu uygulanmadan da kullanılabilir.
Sandviç panel konteyner; duvarları endüstriyel sandviç
panellerden oluşan, hafif ve ekonomik yapılardır. Paketli olarak
sevk edilebilirler.
Karkaslı panel konteyner; duvarları endüstriyel sandviç
panellerden oluşan, hafif ve ekonomik yapılardır. Paketli olarak
sevk edilebilirler.
Kaynaklı konteyner; duvarları özel şekillendirilmiş 1,5-2 mm
sacdan oluşan, karkaslı monoblok gövdeli üretilir. Darbeye ve
çarpmalara karşı dayanıklıdır.

Container types: consist of the sandwich panel containers,
framed and welded type containers.
The prefabricated containers are the structures which can be manufactured in
different dimensions and transportable in built state to fulfill the requirements of
working site. Due to forming a complete structure with its chassis and ceiling, it
can also be used without application of foundation concrete.
Sandwich panel containers: are the light and economic buildings whose walls
consist of industrial sandwich – type panels. They can be shipped as being packed.
Container frame panels: are the light and economic structures outer surfaces
of whose walls are coated with galvanized metal sheet and the surfaces of its
internal walls are coated with fiberboard / concrete panels / physician boards
etc. that can be isolated with the isolation materials like glass wool / rock wool in
required thickness. They can be shipped as being packed.
Welded containers: are manufactured to be a carcass mono-block body whose
walls are made of specially shaped 1.5-2 mm metal sheet. They are blow and
impact - resistive.

Modüler bina tipleri; sac bina, sandviç panel bina,
betopan bina tiplerinden oluşur.
Modular building types: consist of metal sheet
type buildings, concrete panel – type buildings
and sandwich panel – type buildings.
Sac bina; çelik karkas ve buna bağlı olarak uygulanan
mekanik (vidalı) kaplama yöntemidir. İç kaplamada mekanik
olarak uygulanan betopan, suntalam ve benzeri kaplama
levhalarından oluşmaktadır. Yalıtım için ise taşyünü, camyünü,
EPS ve XPS seçenekleri yer almaktadır.
Sheet metal building: are the steel carcass and mechanic
(screwed) coating method applied accordingly. With its internal
coating, there exist mechanically applied cladding materials
like concrete panel, fiberboard and the like. As for its isolation,
there are options of rock wool, glass wool, EPS and XPS.
Betopan bina; çimento yonga levha kaplama malzemesi ile
EPS, XPS gibi yalıtım dolgu malzemelerinin yapıştırılması
sonucu elde edilen duvar panelleri, özel taşıyıcı ara birleşim
kolonları ile bağlantı yapılarak çelik makaslar ile çatı yükünü
taşıtır.
Concrete panel building: are made by forming linkage with
the connection columns of the wall panels of special bearing
intermediary bracing girders obtained as a result of being
bonded with the filler materials like cement, chipboard coating
material, EPS and XPS.
Sandviç panel bina; çeşitli kalınlıklarda ve EPS ya da XPS dolgu
malzemeleriyle her iki yüzeyi boyalı saclarla kaplanmasından
oluşur. Paneller birbirine kenet yöntemi ile birleştirilerek
montajı yapılır. Taşıyıcı sistem uygulama yapılacak olan
yörenin kar/rüzgâr yüküne göre özel olarak tasarlanır.
Sandwich panel building: consist of metal sheets in various
thicknesses whose both surfaces are painted by EPS or XPS
filler substances. The panels are assembled by being combined
to each other with clamping method. The carrier system is
designed by being designed according to the snow / wind load
of the locality where application shall be realized.

types oriented towards fulfilling a great deal of enclosed
area requirements such as depots, workshops,
hangars, garage and warehouses for the construction
sites, industrial facilities and other establishments.
Geniş açıklıklara ihtiyaç duyulan spor yapıları, hayvancılık
yapıları, havacılık yapıları gibi daha pek çok alanda
ekonomik ve pratik bir çözüm olan çelik konstrüksiyon
yapılar işletmelerin birinci tercihi olmaktadır.
Being economic and practical solution in great deal of areas such as
sports structures, farming structures and aviation structures where
large spaces are required, the steel construction buildings become
the first preference of the operations.
