(3.5 * 4.5 cm) boyutlarında arka fonu beyaz. renkli ve yeni çekilmiş fotoğraf. Fotoğrafta başvuru sahibinin yüzü, çenesi, alnı, burnu, gözleri,kaşları ve ağzı net bir şekilde
görülmelidir. (Çene – baş mesafesi 3/3,5 cm olmalıdır)
2 passport sized (3.5 cms x 4.5 cms) coloured photographs with white background taken recently. On the photograph, the applicant’s face- chin, forehead, nose, eyes, eyebrows and the
mouth- should be clearly visible. (Size is top of hair to chin must be 3/3,5 cm)
Kültürel ziyaretler ve konferanslar için: organizatör tarafındangönderilmiş davetiye ya da kültürel servis sağlayıcısından gönderilmiş sözleşme ya da yaratıcı çalışma davetiyesi
For cultural events or conferences: an invitation from the organiser of the event/ or the contract concluded by the cultural service provider or/ invitation to a creative work.
Spor etkinlikleri için : spor kulübünden ya da spor federasyonndan gönderilmiş davetiye ya da spor etkinliğini katılımı onaylayan akreditasyon ya da spor kulübü tarafından
gönderilen sertifika.
For sporting events: invitation from the sports club/ sports federation or accreditation confirming the participation in the sport event, and certificate from the sending sports club or sports
federation, e.g sports license etc.

Geçim araçlarının kanıtı: örneğin;

Bank account statement on the account turnover during the last three months,

Başvuru sahibi çalışıyor ise; işvereninden izin mektubu ve/veya izinli olduğunun onayı (izin yazısında başvuru sahibinin ne görevle ve ne kadar süredir çalıştığı,
Danimarka/Schengen ülkesini ziyaretinden sonra çalışmaya devam edeceği bilgisi eklenmelidir.) , son 3 ayın maaş bordrosu, işe giriş bildirgesi ve hizmet dökümü, işverenin
faaliyet belgesi
If the applicant is employed: permission letter from the employer and/or approval for leave ( tasks performed by the applicant, the period s/he has been working and a statement that s/he
will return to work after visiting Denmark/ Schengen countries should be included), salary slips of the last three months, SGK statement of
employment, and SGK statements.

If applicant is a farmer: farmer certificate issued by the chamber of agriculture.
Başvuru sahibi işveren ise; Oda Sicil Kaydı, Faaliyet Belgesi, Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi, Vergi Levhası
If the applicant is self-employed: Company registration in chamber of commerce, e.g Copy of Chamber of Commerce Registration and Certificate of Activity (Oda Sicil Kayıt Örneği ve
Faaliyet Belgesi) and copy of the bulletin of the trade register and statement of taxes payment, e.g Tax Chart (Vergi Levhası).

Başvuru sahibi emekli ise, emekliliğin kanıtını gösterir belgeler (emekli maaşını aldığı banka hesap hareketleri veya )
If applicant is retired: proof of pension (either bank account statement or emeklilik cüzdanı).

Başvuru sahibi öğrenci ise, İngilizce ve original öğrenci belgesi
If the applicant is a student: original student certificate in English.

Başvuru sahibi 18 yaşından ufaksa ve tek başına seyahat ediyorsa: Noterden onaylı muvaffakatname. Sadece bir ebeveyn çocuğa eşlik ediyorsa, diğer ebeveynin noterden
onaylı muvaffakatnamesi gereklidir. (Bu durum eğer ebeveyn tek ebeveynse veya çocuğun velayeti varsa geçerli değildir ) Eğer her iki ebeveyn de yolculuk ediyorsa
muvaffakatnameye gerek yoktur.
If the applicant is a minor/ under the age of 18 and travelling alone: both parents’ Letter of Consent approved by the Public Notary. If one parent is accompanying the child: the other
parent’s consent is needed. (This condition shall not apply if the travelling parent is a single parent or holds the parental authority alone). If both parents travel together with the child:
there is no need for the consent.
Pasaport Fotokopisi : Son 10 yıl içerisinde alınmış geçerli bir pasaport ve işlem görmüş sayfaların renkli fotokopisi (en az iki sayfası boş olmalı). Varsa eski pasaportlar ve A4 boyutlu
renkli fotokopileri (işlem görmüş tüm sayfalar).
A valid passport issued within the last 10 years and a A4-sized coloured photocopy. If available old passports and coloured copies (copies of all non-blank pages).
Danimarka yetkilileri yukarıda belirtilen belgelere ek olarak yeni belgeler talep etme hakkına sahiptir.
The Danish authorities have the right to request for further documents.
