Delegation of Authority in CCI Board of Directors
In its meeting dated April 15, 2016, Coca-Cola İçecek A.Ş. Board of Directors resolved that;
1. Mr. Tuncay Özilhan be appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors; Ms.
Galya Fani Molinas be appointed as the Vice-Chairman of the Board,
2. Mr. Mehmet Mete Başol be appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee; Mr.
Hamit Sedat Eratalar be appointed as member of the Audit Committee,
3. Mr. Hamit Sedat Eratalar be appointed as the Chairman of the Corporate Governance
Committee; Mr. Mehmet Hurşit Zorlu, Mr. Recep Yılmaz Argüden and Mr. Çiğdem
Güres Erden be appointed as members of the Corporate Governance Committee.
4. Mr. Ahmet Cemal Dördüncü be appointed as the Chairman of the Committee for Early
Determination of Risks; Mr. Salih Metin Ecevit, Mr. Mehmet Hurşit Zorlu and Mr. Izzet
Karaca be appointed as members of the Committee for Early Determination of Risks.
