İnsanın şehirler kurmaya başladığı günlerden beri yaşayan, örneklerine antik çağlarda bile rastlanmış
bir gerçek vardır: Bütün yollar, şehrin kalbinin attığı meydana çıkar. Hepsi sizi cıvıl cıvıl, hayatın tüm
renklerini bir arada barındıran ve 24 saat yaşayan bir meydana çıkarır. Bu Taksim’de de böyledir,

Medeniyetlerin tüm dönemlerine tanıklık eden, İstanbul’un dünü ve bugününü yansıtan meydanlar,
Emaar Square’e ilham kaynağı oldu. İstanbul’un geniş meydanlarından ilham alınarak, isminin sonuna Square
alan Emaar Square ile İstanbul’un en gözde yerlerinden birinde, simgeleşecek bir yaşam alanı yaratıldı.
Emaar Square’e ismini veren, insanları ve farklı yaşam tarzlarını buluşturan, geniş ve tarihi meydanlar, göz alıcı
mimarisi ve tarihi dokusuyla en özel buluşma noktalarına dönüştü. İstanbul’un kalbinin attığı; Nişantaşı, Bağdat
Caddesi ve Beyoğlu’nun tüm enerjisi, Emaar Square’in görkemli meydanına taşındı. İstanbul’un bulvarlarını,
caddelerini ve hayat dolu meydanlarını Emaar Square’de bulacak, tam ortasından geçen Bulvar İstanbul’da
alışverişin keşfini yaşayacaksınız.

There is a truth applicable since the days when mankind first started to build cities, examples of which were observed even in
the ancient ages: All roads lead to the square where heart of the city beats. They all lead you to a square brimming with life and
its all colors for 24 hours. This is the case for Taksim and also for the little square where Galata Tower dispreads through the sky
gracefully.
Wide streets and lively boulevards are the most vibrant places in large cities. Squares that have witnessed all periods of the city
and unites the past and future of those who would like to experience Istanbul has been the source of inspiration for the
Emaar Square Project. In Emaar Square, we were inspired by wide squares of Istanbul and we translated this into creating a living
space that will become a symbol in a prime location of Istanbul.
Emaar Square takes its name from these wide and historical squares that unite people and lifestyles. These turned into squares
and meeting points with a striking architecture and historical texture. Emaar Square is where you can experience the energy

Shopping Mall connects the various parts of the master plan into a seamless experience so that one’s journey through

that incorporates the main pedestrian boulevard that names the project. The architectural and landscape design brings an

The mall circulation is organized in a seamless loop that passes through four different zones themed after the seasons.
