An annual update is due 60 days before last inspection foi|owed by on-site
for the following articles:
Leather belt, textile accessories, buttonn metal accessories and leather accessories
manufacturing"
The result of the inspection made according to Azotex@ Standarts, product category lll. have
shown that the above mentioned goods meet the human-safety requirements of the standaü
presently estabiished for decoration material.
The certified articles fulfil requirements of Annex XVil of REACH (incl. the use of azo-dyes,
nickel, pvc, phtalate, dmf, etc.) as well as the American requirement regarding total content
of lead in children's articles (CPS|A; with the expection of accessories made from glass ).
The holder of the certificate, who has issued a conformity deciaration according to lSO
17050-1, is under an obligation to use the AZOTEX@ Mark only in conjunction with products
that conform with the sample intially tested.
This authorisation is valid until Feb, 5* 2014
