Participated and supervised on the spot inspections to suspected undertakings, prepared
investigations reports and presented case to TCA Board.
-Abuse of Dominant Position Cases: CEAS (2003), Ankara Gas/Water meters case (2009)
Investigated dominant electricity generation/distribution Company in Antalya/Adana and
dominant gas/water distribution firm in Ankara. Prepared investigations reports about
refusal to grant access to an essential facility and excessive pricing claims against ASKI and
CEAS.
- Merger Cases: BP&Mobil (2002), DSM&Roche (2003), TEDAS (2004), TÜPRAS
