General Definition of the Product;
Ürünün Genel Tanımı;
* Liquid receivers are used as cushion/buffer between liquid and hot gas
generally at high pressure side of the system in order to meet fluctuations in the system, and for prevention of hot gas from entering into the
evaporator, and besides it provides resting of liquid within the system.
* It is used between condenser and compressor in cooling units.
* Liquid receivers must be determined according to amount of cooling
liquid at the facility.
* Liquid receivers may be used in any system where storage of cooling
gas is required together with any cooling gas.
* Likit tankları sistemde meydana gelen dalgalanmaların karşılanmasında,
genel anlamda sistemin yüksek basınç tarafında, sıvı ile sıcak gaz
arasında bir yastık/tampon vazifesi görmek, evaparatöre sıcak gazın
gitmesini önlemek maksadıyla kullanılır, bununla birlikte sistem içerisindeki
likit’in dinlenmesini sağlamaktadır.
* Soğutma ünitelerinde kondanser ve kompresör arasında kullanılmaktadır.
* Likit tankları tesisteki soğutucu akışkan miktarına göre belirlenmelidir.
* Likit tankları soğutma gazı depolamasının gerektiği her türlü soğutma
sisteminde, her türlü soğutma gazı ile kullanılabilir.
Connection Parts of the Product;
* We determined Input and Output connections according to volume of
products.
* Input in standard products used – with welding connection, / Output –
as Rotalock valve connection.
* Products are produced with Rotalock valve unless otherwise requested.
* Different connection may be used upon request.

Ürünün Bağlantı Elemanları;
* Giriş ve Çıkış bağlantıları ürünlerin hacimlerine göre tarafımızca
belirlenmiştir.
* Standard ürünlerde Giriş – Kaynak Bağlantılı, / Çıkış - Rotalock vana
bağlantısı kullanılmaktadır.
* Ürünler aksi talep edilmedikçe Rotalock vanalı olarak hazırlanmaktadır.
* İstediğiniz takdirde farklı bağlantılar kullanılabilir.
* Ürün detayı ile ilgili sayfa 56’yı inceleyebilirsiniz.
* We determine models of Sight Glass according to diameter of products.
* Sight glasses may be decreased and increased up to desired number.
* You may indicate desired number of Sight Glasses by adding x1, x2,
x3 at the end of product code numbers.
* Example; VLR-06 is a product without Sight Glass,
If you want 1 Sight Glasses, you should indicate VLR-06x1.
* If you want to use different models of Sight Glasses, you may see
models on page 58 and order them.
* We strongly recommend using Safety Valve in products.
* No Safety Valve connection is used in VLR series. It is produced upon
request.
* Please, contact us for different Safety Valve connections.

* We strongly recommend using Liquid Level Sensor with products.
* Our standard products do not contain Liquid Level Sensor connection
but it is available upon request.

Note;
* Our firm has production capacity from 0,5 lt to 550 lt according to
certification.
* Our firm manufactures products of any required diameter, length, and
properties according to relevant standards.
* Deep drawn body is used in our products.
* Different colors may be used upon request in number of quantities.
* Liquid receivers are manufactured in accordance with CE 97/23/EC
directive.

* Gözetleme Camı modelleri ürünlerin çaplarına göre tarafımızca
belirlenmektedir.
* Gözetleme camları istenilen miktara göre azaltılıp artırılabilir.
* İstemiş olduğunuz Gözetleme camı miktarını ürün kod numaralarının
sonunda x1, x2, x3 ekleyerek belirtebilirsiniz.
* Örnek; VLR-06 Gözetleme camsız bir ürün, 1 adet Gözetleme camı
istiyorsanız VLR-06x1 olarak belirtmeniz gerekmektedir.
* Farklı Gözetleme camı modelleri kullanmak istediğiniz taktirde sayfa
58’de ki modelleri inceleyebilir ve sipariş edebilirsiniz.
* Ürünlere Emniyet Ventili kullanılmasını önemle tavsiye etmekteyiz
* VLR serisinde Emniyet ventili bağlantısı bulunmamaktadır. Talep
doğrultusunda hazırlanmaktadır.
* Farklı Emniyet ventili bağlantıları için bizlerle kontak kurunuz.
* Ürün detayı ile ilgili sayfa 57’yi inceleyebilirsiniz.
* Ürünlere Likit Seviye Sensör kullanılmasını önemle tavsiye etmekteyiz
* Standart ürünlerimizde Likit seviye sensör bağlantısı bulunmamaktadır,
ancak talep doğrultusunda hazırlanmaktadır.

Vertical Liquid Receivers;
* From 1 lt to 21 lt are available in our stock.
* Technical data related to standard products available in stock are given in the table above.
* Input of standard products has ODS welding joint and output has rotalock valve connection.
* Standard products do not contain safety valve and sight glass connection. It may be made only upon
request.
* Length and diameter of standard products may not be changed.
* Connection sleeves and design may be changed upon request.
* Products on the left are samples of different design.
* You may order needed design using the given code numbers.
* It is enough to change volume you need together with code number, For example; you need a 6 lt product
and design sample you want is VLR-A-FF-08, then it is enough to change it to VLR-A-FF-06.
* Our firm manufactures products with any desired diameter, length and features according to certain
standards.

* Kod numarası ile birlikte istemiş olduğunuz hacmi değiştirmeniz yeterli olacaktır,
Örnek; 6 lt. lik bir ürün ihtiyacınız var ise ve istemiş olduğunuz dizayn VLR-A-FF-08 örneği ise VLR-A-FF-06
olarak değiştirmeniz yeterli olacaktır.
