Derneği (GBD), herhangi bir yüksek
öğretim kurumuna kayıt olamayan
lise mezunlarına, etkili bir eğitim
sağlamak amacıyla, birlikte yeni bir
“Gemi Brokerliği ve Kiralama Eğitimi”
kursu geliştirdi. Bu kurs kısa bir tematik
eğitim ve öğretim programı olup; lojistik
ve kiralama bilgilerini artırmak, şu
anda sektörde çalışan ama bu konuda
yeterli eğitimi olmayan insanlara daha
fazla bilgi sunmak ve her şeyden önce
lise mezunlarına ve sektörde çalışan
insanlara mesleki bir referans olarak
ulusal ve uluslararası kuruluşlara
gönderebilecekleri geçerli ve prestijli bir
sertifika sahibi olabilmeleri için bir fırsat
oluşturmak için hazırlanmıştır.
Bu amaç çerçevesinde ve müzakereler
sonucunda; Piri Reis Üniversitesi
ve Gemi Brokerleri Derneği “Gemi
Brokerliği ve Kiralama” konusunda
eğitim için 10 Temmuz 2013 tarihinde
ortaklaşa bir protokol imzaladı. Program,
saygın uluslararası eğitim ve öğretim
kurumları tarafından sunulan benzer
kurs programları dikkatle gözden
geçirilip, gemi brokerliği ve kiralama
şirketlerinin ihtiyaçları tespit, edilerek
ve ayrıca, ulusal mevzuatın gerekleri de
dikkate alındıktan sonra hazırlanmıştır.
Kursa katılmadan önce adayların ve / ya
da kursiyerlerin bu sektörde çalışarak
yeterli deneyim kazanmış ve / veya
bu alanda bir ulusal veya uluslararası
akademik ön eğitim / öğretim elde emiş
olmaları bekleniyor.
Eğitmenler dikkatli bir değerlendirme
sonrasında seçilmiştir. Onlar bu alanda
iyi bilinen ve saygı duyulan eğitmenlerdir
ve öğretecekleri konuda uzun yıllar
deneyimleri vardır. Bu nedenle, eğitim

Association (GBD) have developed a novel
“Ship Broker and Chartering Training”
course together, in order to provide, an
effective education to the Lycee graduates
who could not enroll to any higher education
institution. The course is a short thematic
education and training programme, to
enhance the knowledge of the Logistics and
chartering, offer more information to people
currently working in industry but have not
sufficient training on this subject, and above
all, to create an opportunity to lycee graduate
and people working in industry to have a
valid and prestigious certificate that they can
submit it to national and international bodies
as a reference for their profession.
In framework of this goal, and at the end
of the negotiations; Piri Reis University
and Ship Brokers Association (GBD)
have jointly signed a protocol on 10 July
2013 for training on “Ship Broking and
Chartering”. The programme has been
prepared after carefully reviewing similar
course programmes offered by reputable
international education and training
institutions, identifying the need of ship
Broking and Chartering companies and,
additionally, considering the requirements
of the national legislation.It is expected the
candidates/trainees to have gained sufficient
experience by working in the industry and/
or obtained a national or international prerequisite academic education/training on this
field before joining the course. The trainers
were selected after careful consideration.
They are well-known and respected trainers
in this field of study and have many years of
experience in the subject they will teach. For
this reason, expert trainers have been named
for every individual subject in the training
program.
THE DURATION OF THE COURSE IS
168 CLASS HOURS AND COVERS THE
FOLLOWING TOPICS:
• Ship and Maritime Transportation
• Marine/Maritime Law

• Deniz / Denizcilik Sigortası
• Deniz Ulaştırmada Ticari İlişkiler
• Deniz Ulaştırma Belgeleri
• Liman Süreçleri ve Prosedürleri
• Deniz Ulaştırma Ekonomisi
• Gemi Kiralama (Gemi Charter Partileri)
Eğitim / öğretim her hafta üç günlük bir süre içinde normal
çalışma saatleri dışında verilmek için planlanmıştır.168 saat
sınıfa atanma tam bir sömestir, yani 4 ila 4.5 ay alacaktır.
Kurs ücreti, haftada bir 9 ile 12 sınıf atanma saati olarak
hesaplanmıştır. Eğitim, Gemi Brokerleri Derneği’nin (GBD)
İstanbul’daki Kadıköy ofisinde verilecektir. Her bir eğitim /
öğretim ünitesinin sonunda sınav yapılacak ve başarılı olanlara,
bir Türkçe ve İngilizce ve Piri Reis Üniversitesi ve dernek başkanı
tarafından imzalanmış “Mezuniyet Sertifikası” verilecektir. Kurs
taleplerini karşılayamayarak başarısız olanlar ise, sadece birer
“Katılım Sertifikası” alacaklardır. Bu eğitim / öğretim programı,
sınavlar da dahil olmak üzere, tüm adayların / kursiyerlerin
kursu geçmesi ve mezuniyet sertifikasını almasının mümkün
olmasını sağlamak için tasarlanmıştır. Örneğin, ICS sınavına
arzu ederlerse girerler. Her sınıf kapasitesi, maksimum 25
kişi için tasarlanmıştır. Eğitime Eylül 2013’te başlanması
planlanmaktadır.
Bu kursun ücreti, sınırlı mali kaynaklarla ama bu kursta başarılı
olma kapasitesine sahip olan katılımcılar dikkate alınarak,
aşırı kar yapmamak kararı ile mümkün olan en düşük seviyede
tutulmuştur. Bu dersin ücreti KDV de dahil olmak üzere
3.300 TL’dir. Peşin ödemelerde yüzde 10 indirim yapılacaktır.
GBD üyelerine ayrıca ek bir yüzde 10’luk indirim yapılacaktır.
Öğrencilerden üç tanesine kurs ücretlerinin yüzde 50’sini
kapsayan, MariFuture Sponsorluk Bursu verilecektir. Piri Reis
Üniversitesi, GBD ve MariFuture’dan birer temsilciden oluşan bir
panel de düzenlenecektir.

planned to run outside of the normal working hours over a threeday period each week. The 168 class contact hours will take on full
Semester viz., 4 to 4.5 months. The number of tuition is 9 to12
class contact hours per week. The training will be given at the Ship
Brokers Association office in Kadıköy, Istanbul. There will be an
examination at the end of each education/training unit and those
who pass, will be awarded a “Graduation Certificate”, in Turkish and
English and signed by both the Piri Reis University and the President
of the Association. Those who fail to satisfy the course requirements
will be given the “Certificate of Participation” only. The education/
training programme, including the examinations, has been designed
to ensure all candidates/trainees would be able to pass the course and
obtain the Graduation Certificate. For example they may sit for the
ICS examination should they desire. The capacity of each classroom
is designed for 25 people max. The training is planned to begin in
September 2013. The fee of the course has been kept at the lowest
possible level, by the decision of not making excessive profit and
taking the those with limited financial resources but with a capacity to
succeed in the course into consideration. The fee of the course is 3.300
Tl. (inccluding VAT). 10% discount will be made for the full/global
payments. Also GBD members will have an additional 10% discount.
Three of the students will be awarded MariFuture sponsorship,
covering 50% of the course fees. The award will be made by a panel
composing a representative from Piri Reis University, a representative
from GBD and a representative from MariFuture. Those who want to
