1-Bu sözleşme 10 gün ile 90 gün arası daire kiralama sözleşmesidir. Sözleşmede belirtilen bitiş süresi
sonunda daire kiracı tarafından kiraya verene teslim edilir.Aksi hal de elektrik ve su kesilir
Teminat yanar İcraya verilir.
2-Bu kira sözleşmesini yapma yetkisi sadece HUN gayrimenkul işletmeciligi,turizm ltd şirketine aittir.
3-Kiracı kiraladıgı dairede sözleşmede belirtilen kişi sayısından daha fazla kişi ikamet ettiremez gece
konaklatamaz, sözleşmeyi devir edemez, alt kiracı oluşturamaz, kirasını ödese dahi 90 günden fazla süre
ikamet edemez. Sözleşmenin en uzun süresi 90 gündür. Bu süre sonunda kendiliğinden iptal olur.Ancak
sözleşme bitim tarihinden önce kiracı daireden çıkmak isterse kalan kira bedeli iade edilmez. Kirayı uzatmak
isterse eski sözleşme iptal edilip yeni sözleşme yapılır.
4- Kiraya veren;kiracıya daire içinde buzdolabı, çamaşır, bulaşık ve saç kurutma makinesi, tv, ütü, ütü
masası, mikrodalga fırın, kettle, simfer ocak, duşakabin klima, fırın üstü aspiratör, çekyat, çift kişilik baza
başlık yatak mobilya nevresim tk.temiz arızasız ,sağlam çalışır durumda teslim etmiştir. Sözleşme bitimin
de aynı şekilde teslim alacaktır. Aksi halde güvence bedelinden kesinti yapılır.
5- Kiracı veya aynı dairede kalan kişiler daire duvarlarını çizmiş kirletmiş, elektronık aletleri bozmuş, mobilyaya zarar vermiş, yatak ve takımlarını boyamış, yırtmış havuza taş atarak seramikleri kırmış, club alanında
mangal yakarak belediyenın ceza kesmesine neden olmuş, daire içersinde veya koridorlarda sigara içmiş
aşırı alkol alıp komşuları rahatsız etmiş bu nedenle club a polis gelmiş ise kiracının sözleşmesi fesh edilerek
club dışına çıkarılır. Tüm ödemesi ve güvence ederi zarar ziyanı karşılaması için kiraya verene gelir olarak
kalır.

6-Kiracı konut içinde veya HUN life CLUB da hiçbir arızaya müdahale edemez.Duvarlara civi çakamaz.Konut
dışına konut demirbaşları olan eşya, BANYO HAVLUSU terlik, tencere, tabak çıkaramaz. Tespiti halinde
güvence ederinden malın değeri nakit kesilir.
7-Kiracı dışarıdan büyük eşya getiremez, koltuk, yatak dolap gibi...
8-Kiracı kira ederini kiralamanın başlangıcında öder ödemez 3 gün geçikmesi halinde aylık kira ederinin
%10 cezai şart olarak kira ederine eklenir ve kiraya veren sözleşmeyi tek taraflı fesh eder.
9-Bu sözleşmedeki ödemeler banka ,banka kartı veya şirket amblemli makbuzla yapılır.Belgesiz ödeme yapılmaz ödeme yapıldıgı söylemi dikkate alınmaz.
10- Kiracı muhtarlıga ikamet kayıdı yaptırmakla yükümlüdür. Yaptırmadıgında sorumlu kendisidir.
11-İş bu sözleşme imzaladıgında kiracı kiraladıgı dairenin yedek anahtarını kiraya verene vermiştir. Borcunu
ödemediginde veya bu sözleşmede yazılı maddelere uymadığında kiraya veren yanında bir şahitle ve kiracının kendisine verdiği anahtarla kiracının dairesini açar eşyalarını dışarı çıkarır kapı kilidini değiştirir daireyi
başkasına kiraya verir. Kiracı bu maddeyi okumuş anlamış, sözleşmeyi öyle imzalamıştır. Bu madde ile ilgili
kiraya verene maddi manevi dava açmayacağını bu sözleşmeyi imzalarken kabul etmiştirkendisidir.
12-HUN life CLUB emanet kasasına emanet edilmeyen eşyanın kaybından yönetim ve kiraya veren
sorumlu degildir.

13-HUN life CLUB da daire kiralayan kiracı daire ve ya club alanında kaza geçirmesi halinde kiraya vereni,
yönetimi veya bireysel olarak çalışanı sorumlu tutamaz tüm tedbirleri kendi almak zorundadir.
14- Kiracıya havuz kenarında GÜNSU markalı havuz kullanma talimatı okutulmuş, çocuk havuzu gösterilmiş
çocuklarını büyüklerin kullandığı havuza götürmeyeceğine, çıkılması yasak olan havuz içindeki adaya çıkmayacağına çocuklarınıda çıkarmayacağına söz vermiş kabul etmiştir. Bu nedenlerle oluşacak kazalardan HUN
life CLUB sorumlu tutulamayacağını kabul etmiştir.
15- Kiracı banyoda yere su dökmeyerek sadece pas pas yaparak silecektir.Klozete tuvalet kağıdı atmayacaktır bu nedenle oluşan tıkanıklığın giderilmesi için ücreti kendisi ödeyecektir.
5- If customer will soil, stain the walls of apartment, harm or damage the furnitures, make a barbecue in the
area of complex, will smoke in the corridors and in the apartments, will make a noise and disturb his/her
neighbours and if for these reasons police will come to the complex this customer's contract will be cancelled
and customer must leave the complex. Deposit and the rest of the payments will be non refundable.
6- Customer cannot interfere to any trouble situation in the areaof complex. They must tell about that to the
administratin. Dont use bath towels in the swimming pool and in the sea. Dont take away things which
belongs to the apartment.
7- Customer can not bring big furnitures to apartment (like bed,sofa, cabinet and etc.)
16- Elektrikle çalışan mutfak ocagının ve su ısıtıcının açık bırakılması nedeniyle yangın çıkması halinde zarar
ziyanı kiracı ödeyecektir.
8- All payment for the rent must be paid in check-in date. If customer will not pay the payment within 3 days
10% of rent will be automatically added to the month payment.
17-Kiracı sözleşmeyi imzalarken daireyi görmüş beğenmiştir. Tüm eşyaları sağlam eksiksiz çalışır durumda
teslim almıştır. Daha sonra herhangi bir arıza veya onarım durumunda bedelini kendisi karşılayarak onarımı
kiraya verene yaptırtır. Kiracı başka kurum veya kişiye daire içinde onarım yaptıramaz.
9- Customer can pay by the bank, credit card or by cash. Demand your receipt in every payments.
18- Kiracı daireyi kiraladığında elektrik saatinden işaret alılır. Kiralama süresi 1 aydan az ise daireden çıkarken 1 aydan çok ise ay sonu tekrar işaret alınarak aradakı fark euro olarak ödenir. Bu ödeme içinde elektrik
su ve HUN life CLUB giderleri olarak yönetime ödemek zorundadır.
19- iş bu kira sözleşmesi 19 maddeden oluşmuştur. Taraflarlar okumuş, anlamış ve imzalamışlardır.

10- Guest should save their remain in the city local managment We are not responsible about that.
11- Customer must give second key to the renter. İf customer will not pay his/her payment or will breake the
rules of the complex renter allowed to open the apartment with the second key to empty the apartment,
change the lock and can rent this apartment to another people. Customer have already read this article,
understand and signed. In this situation customer cannot demand nothing agaist therenter.
12- HUN life CLUB is not responsible for the lost things in the area of our complex. Customer can give
his/her valuable things to the safe of administration.
13- HUN life CLUB is not responsible for unpleasant events, accidents of the customers in the area and in
the apartments of the complex. Don't rush in the slippery area!
14- Near the swimming pool there is a instruction about how to use pool. Please dont let your kids to swim
in the swimming pool which is belongs to adults. İt is very dangerous for their life. Near the big swimming
pool we have also small pool for kids. Dont let your children to rush in the slippery area, dont climb to the
island in the middle of swimming pool. Be careful, and we are not responsible for the unpleasant events
and accidents.
15- Please throw your rubbish into the bins. Especially, be careful in the toilets. Dont throw your toilet papers
to the toilet. May cause congestion and customer must pay to solve this trouble.
16- Please turn off stove in the kitchen and water-heater in the bahtroom after use. İn otherwise you can
cause to the fire. In this situation customer have to pay to cover damage worth.

17- Customer received apartment and furnitures in working conditions. If guest damaged furnitures or another
things in the apartment he/she must pay for that and renter will repair flat.
Dont move and change location of big and heavy furnitures.
1- This is a contract of rental apartment. This contract contains between 15 and 90 nights.Customer must
deliver the apartment in the last day of stay.İn otherwise,electricity and water delivery will be stopped and
deposit will be non refundable.
19- This contract contains 19 articles. Customer and renter read this articles, understood, agreed and signed.
2- Only 'Hun gayrimenkul işl.,turizm ltd' company can make a contract with customer.
3.Customer cannot bring extra persons to the apartment, cannot give and rent the apartment to another
people. Maximum day of this contract is 90 days and after that if customer wants to extend his/her remain
he/she must make a new contract with renter.The payment for rent is non refundable even if customer will
leave the apartment earlier than his/her check-out day.
4- Renter gave to the customer: refrigerator, waching machine, dish washer, hair dryer,iron, iron desk,
microwave oven, kettle, television, water-heater, sofa-beds, double-bed, bed-linen, towels and etc. in a
working conditions.In the check-out date customer must deliver them back to the renter in the same
condition. İn otherwise, the amount of damage will be taken from the deposit.
18- Electricity and water fee is not included to the price. Customer must pay for his/her electricity and water.
We will look together with customer to his/her apartments electricity metres in check-in and also in the
check-out date of the guest.
