HELİPORT VE TAXIYOLLARINDAN
İSTİFADE USULLERİ
1-GENEL:
A- Yakıt tankerleri ve özel müsaadeli araçlar dışındaki
araçların aprona izinsiz girmelerine müsaade edilmez.
B- Helikopterler motor çalıştırdıktan sonra aprona araç
girmesine müsaade edilmez.
C- Helikopterlere test amaçlı olarak sadece A-8 ve T-2
numaralı park alanlarında motor çalıştırmaya
müsaade edilir.
2- HELİPORTTAKİ HELİKOPTERLERİN
HAREKET TARZI:
1-GENERAL:
A- Vehicles are not allowed to enter to the apron and
TWY without getting permission. except the fuel trucks
and the authorized vehicles.
B- After starting engines vehicles are not allowed to
enter to apron.
C- Engines can only be started on purpose of test
while the helicopters are on stand number A-8 and T-2
parking areas.
2- RULES FOR THE HELICOPTERS IN
THE HELIPORT:
A- Bütün helikopterler taxi.hover ve kalkış için kuleyle
irtibat kuracaklardır.
BHelikopterlerin park yerinden ve taxi yolundan
kalkışına müsaade edilmez.
C- Apronda birden fazla helikoptere taxi
verilmez.

REGULATIONS
USING HELIPORT AREA AND
TAXIWAYS
A- All the helicopters must get in contact with tower
for taxi.hover and take-off.
B- Helicopters are not allowed to take-off while over
parking area and TWY.

için kule müsaadesi almak zorundadır.
C- Helicopters are not allowed to taxi on the apron if
there is more than one helicopter at the same time.
Taxi speed is max. 5 knots.
D- Helicopters must control each other on the apron.
E- After starting engines. helicopters must get permission from the tower before taxing to FATO.
F- Take-off is permitted only from FATO and only for
permitted direction.
G- From the FATO to park areas helicopters must get
permission from the tower.

A- For the vehicles on the apron permitted limit is 5
kilometers per hour.
B- Drivers must control up the helicopters.
C- It is not permitted to park vehicles on the apron.
D- At nights the vehicles are not allowed to light their
headlights through the helicopters.It is permitted only
lighting parklights when helicopters have started
engines.

HELIPORT TRAFFIC
1- GENEL KAİDELER:
1-GENERAL PROCEDURES:
A- Eğitim uçuşları; yönergeler ve özel emirlerin doğrultusunda eğitim sahalarında yapılacaktır.
B- Hiçbir hava aracı uçuş emniyet kurallarını ihlal etmeyecektir.
C- IFR şartlarda uçacak helikopterler ESENBOĞA
YAKLAŞMA’nın talimatlarına riayet edeceklerdir.
A- Training flights are applied in the training areas in
accordance with the instructions and special orders.
B- Aircrafts can not violate flight safety rules
D- IFR trafikler GBI NDB’ye IFR olarak yaklaşmasını
yapacak ve GBI NDB’yi rapor ettikten sonra VFR’ı
muhafaza ederek Ufuk Danişmend Polis Heliportuna
ineceklerdir.
C- Helicopters which are flying in the IFR conditions
should execute the ESENBOĞA APPROACH instructions.
D- IFR traffics will approach to GBI NDB in IFR conditions. After reporting GBI NDB, they will continue to
approach for landing to Ufuk Danişmend Police Heliport in VFR conditions.
2- HELİKOPTER MEYDAN TRAFİĞİ:

Meydan turu meydan güney batısında yapılacaktır.
Heliport traffic pattern will be executed South West of
heliport.
3- ACİL DURUMLAR:
3- EMERGENCY PROCEDURES:
A- Apron üzerinde taxideki helikopter arızasında önce
mecburi iniş tamamlanıp sonra kule ikaz edilecektir.
B- Kuleden yardım isteyen arızalı hava aracına Kule
iniş önceliği verir. Bu durumda diğer Helikopterler
aprondan mümkünse uzaklaştırılır.
A- If a helicopter has a defect during the taxing on the
apron. It should firstly land as soon as possible and then
inform the tower
B- The tower gives landing priority to thehelicopter in
emergency. In this case the other helicopters on the
apron should be removed if it is possible.

HELİKOPTERLERİN HAREKET TARZI:

HELICOPTERS:
A- Hariçten gelecek helikopterler Ufuk Danişmend
Polis Heliport özel yönergesi ve kulenin vereceği talimatlara uymak zorundadır.
B- Misafir hava araçları kule operatörünün vereceği
talimata göre uçuş hattı nöbetçi makinisti tarafından
park ettirilir.
C- Misafir hava aracının pilotu geliş sebebi ve
ihtiyaçları hakkında bilgi verir. Uçuş planını heliport
meydan harekata verir. Uçuş; heliport meydan harekat
personelince kapatılır.
D- Ufuk Danişmend Polis Heliportu’na inmek isteyen
helikopterler 24 saat önceden aşağıdaki adresten izin
almak zorundadır.
A- The helicopters coming from outside are to follow
instructions of Ufuk Danişmend Heliport and directions
of the tower.
B- The visitor helicopters are parked by marshal according to the directions given by the tower.

he should fill in the flight plan submit it to heliport authority which puts an end into the flight.
