karşılaşmanız halinde lütfen size en yakın bayimizi veya servisimizi arayınız.

This manual will inform you about the operation and maintenance of the machine in general. If you encounter any
technical problem, please contact our suppliers or authorized services.
-This machine has been designed to be a power hoe and in compliance with what specified in the machine
description and safety warnings of this instruction manual.
-Any other use is not allowed. Our company is not responsible for the damages caused by the not prescribed
operation.
The user is fully responsible.
-Use, maintenance and repair clauses prescribed by the manufacturer are also integral part of machine intended
use.
-Only people familiar with this power hoe and well aware of its risks can use, repair and maintain it.
-The manufacturer is not responsible for damages caused by non-authorized changes made on this machine.
2- GÜVENLİ KULLANIM KURALLARI/SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1.Makinanın kontrol ve kullanımını tamamıyla anlayana kadar bu kılavuzu okuyun. Makinanın nasıl kontrol ve
stop ettirileceğini öğrenin.
2. 18 Yaşından küçükler ve makinayı yeterince tanımayanlar makinayı kullanamazlar.
3. Makinayı kullanan kişi çalışırken diğer insanlar ve eşyalardan yeterince uzak olduğundan emin olmalıdır.
Direkt ve dolaylı hatalardan kullanıcı sorumludur.
-İnsanlar (özellikle çocuklar) ve hayvanlar yakınında iken çalışmayın.
4. Çalışırken el ve ayak yaralanmalarına karşı maksimum dikkati gösterin.
5. Güvenli bir kullanım için daima orjinal yedek parça kullanın.
6. Asla bu makinayı kapalı alanlarda çalıştırmayın ve kullanmayın.Egzoz gazı
sağlığa zararlıdır.
7. Motorun egzost sıcaklığı 80'yi aşar yanma tehlikesi.!
8. Kapalı elbiseler ve tamamen kapalı güvenlik ayakkabıları giyin.Motorlu
toprak frezesine bakım yaparken veya frezeleri takarken mutlaka dayanıklı
eldiven takın.
9. Bütün bağlantı elemanlarının sıkılığını kontrol edin.
10. Çalışacağınız alandaki taş, tel, cam parçası, geniş çalılar,metal cisimler ve ağaç kütüklerini temizleyin.
11. Güvenlik cihazları iyi durumda değil ise makinayı çalıştırmayın.
12. Eğer çalışırken bir cisme çarpılırsa makinayı durdurun ve hasarı kontrol edin.
13. Gün ışığında yada yeterince aydınlatılmış ortamda çalışın.
14. Asla makinayı çalışır vaziyette kullanıcısız bırakmayın.
15. Makina için uygun olmayan aşırı dik ve eğimli yerlerde çalışmayın.
16. Motoru sadece vites kolu boşta '0' iken çalıştırmaya başlatın.
17. Freze muhafazası takılmadan kesinlikle toprak frezelemesi yapmayın.
18. Frezenin ve biçme bıçağının çıkarılması, takılması temizlenmesi sırasında motor kesinlikle durdurulmalıdır.
19. Makinanın orjinal parçalarını çıkarmayınız. Tamir veya tadil ettirmeyiniz.
20. Aletinizi kullanırken vitesi boşa almayınız.

21.Yangın tehlikesinden kaçınmak için;
-Yakıt ikmalinde motor ve şasiye yakıt dökülmemesi için geniş bir huni kullanın.
-Yakıt deposunun seviye göstergesine uygun şekilde doldurun.
-Yakıt doldururken sigara içmeyiniz ve yanıcı maddelarden uzak durun.
-Aleti parlayıcı ve patlayıcı ortamlarda kullanmayın.
-Motor çalışırken yakıt deposunu doldurmayın.
-Bakım ve ayar yapmak için yakıt deposunda yakıt varsa makinayı devirmeyin.
22. Aletinizi kullanma ve bakım klavuzunda belirtilen ilerleme hızlarından daha hızlı kullanmayınız.
23. Alet üzerindeki emniyet stop tertibatını kesinlikle iptal etmeyiniz. Alet üzerinde hiçbir değişiklik yapmayınız.
1.Read this manual until fully understanding the control and operation techniques of the tractor. Learn to control
and stop the machine.
2.People younger than age 18 and people, who are not familiar enough to the machine, cannot use it.
3.While operating the device, be sure of keeping distance from other people as well as items. The operator is
responsible of the direct and indirect harms resulting from disobeying the regulation.
Do not operate the machine if you are in the vicinity of people (especially children) and animals.
4.Take care of your foot and hands to prevent injury.
5.For a safety operation, always use original spare parts.
6.Never start up or operate the device in closed areas. Exhaust gas is hazardous to human health.
7.The temperature at the exhaust of the engine exceeds 80oC. Burning hazard!
8.Wear only closed clothes and safety shoes.During the maintenance of the motor-hoe or assembly of the hoes
wear safety gloves.
9.Check all the tightness of the joining elements.
10.Clear the area that you work on from particles such as stone, wire, glass, large bushes, metal parts and logs etc.
11.Check controls and safety devices before use. In case of not functioning get them repaired.
12.If you hit substance while operating the machine, stop and check any possible damage in the machine
13.Use the machine during daylight or well-illuminated areas if no headlights provided.
14.Never leave the device while in operation.
15.Do not use the machine in too steep and sloped areas, which are not appropriate for the machine.
16.Start the engine only when gearshift control lever is at “0” position.
17.Do not use hoe without safety cover.
18.Any repair or cleaning works on the hoe should be carried out while engine is not working.
19.Do not dismantle the original parts. Do not repair or modify them.
20.Never use the machine without clutch engagement.
21.To avoid risk of fire:
Use suitable funnel to avoid split of fuel over the engine and vehicle.
 Do not overfill the fuel tank.
 Do not smoke and keep fuel away from fire.
 Do not use the machine in an environment, which contains flammable and explosive ingredients.
 Do not fill the fuel tank while engine is working.
 Do not overturn the machine while servicing if there is fuel in fuel tank.
22.Do not exceed given speeds in this manual.
23.Do not remove the safety stop mechanism on the machine.Do not make any change on the machine.
3- GARANTİ ŞARTLARI/WARRANTY TERMS
-TARAL Tarım Makina ve Aletleri Sanayi A.Ş. tarafından imal edilmiş olan bu makinanin garanti şartları, makina
ile birlikte verilen Garanti Belgesinde belirtilmiştir. 23.02.1995 tarihli 4077 no'lu Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında
Kanun ile bu kanuna istinaden yayınlanmış yönetmelik ve tebliğlere göre hazırlanan bu Garanti Belgesi, Sanayi ve
Ticaret Bakanlığı İstanbul Sanayi ve Ticaret İl Müdürlüğünce verilmiştir.
1.Bu klavuzda belirtilen ilk çalıştırma işlemi yapılmadan kullanılması halinde makina garanti kapsamı dışında kalır.
2.İmalatçı firmanın sorumluluğu,defo veya imalat hatalarına bağlı olsa bile, makinanın kullanımı esnasında kişilere
ve eşyalara verilen zararı kapsamaz. Buna bağlı olarak dolaylı ve doğrudan verilen zarar ve hasarı bedeli
ödenmeyecektir.

3.Makina üzerinde damgalanmış seri numarası değiştirilmiş ise, herhangi bir değişiklik yapılmış ise, makina bir
kazaya uğramış ise, satın alan sözleşmedeki ödeme yükümlülüklerde gerektiği gibi uymamış ise, montaj firmanın
yetkili elemanları tarafından yapılmamış ise, imalatçı firmanın onayı alınmadan değişiklik veya onarım yapılmış
ise, garanti geçerli değildir.
4.Tüketici herhangi bir anlaşmazlık durumunda, ilgili yasa, yönetmelik ve tebliğlerde belirtildiği üzere, ilgili hakem
heyetine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurma hakkına sahiptir.
5.Aletin kullanım ömrü (10) yıldır.
6.Makinanızla birlikte size TARAL YETKİLİ SERVİS KİTAPÇIĞI verilecektir. Servis ve yedek parça istekleriniz
için bu kitaptan yararlanabilirsiniz.
The warranty specifications of this machine, which is produced by TARAL are given in the warranty certificate
supplied together with this machine. This warranty certificate, which is prepared regarding the regulations based on
the Law About the Protection of the Consumer with the date of 23.02.1995 and number of 4077, is given with the
permission of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Istanbul Industry and Trade City Management.
1- The machine is out of the framework of the warranty, if the machine is operated disregarding the first operation
procedure described in this manual.
2- The responsibility of the producer company does not include the damages to the human beings and other items
during operation, even if they depend on the flaw or production errors. Therefore the cost of any direct and indirect
damage and loss will not be paid.
3- If the serial number stamped on the machine is changed, if any modification is made, if the machine is involved in
an accident, if the buyer does not obey the responsibilities in the contract appropriately, if the assembly is not done
by the authorized personnel of the producer company, if any modification or maintenance is performed without the
permission of the producer company, the warranty is not valid.
4- In the case of any disagreement, as stated in the corresponding regulations and laws, the consumer has the right to
apply to the arbitration committee and consumer courts.
5- The operation life of the machine is 10 years.
6- TARAL AUTHORIZED SERVICE BOOKLET will be given to you with the machine. You can make use of this
booklet for your service or spare parts needs.
4- İLK ÇALIŞTIRMA/FIRST OPERATION
DİKKAT/WARNING
Nakliye esnasında makinanızın şanzıman yağının dökülmemesi için havalandırma tapası yerine plastik kör tapa
takılmıştır.Çapa makinanızı çalıştırmadan önce mutlaka plastik kör tapayı sökerek yerine havalandırma tapasını (1)
takınız, taktırınız. Aksi halde çapa makinanızda arıza meydana gelebilir.
Değerli müşterimiz, ürünümüzü kullanmaya başlamadan önce, ürünle birlikte verilen İLK ÇALIŞTIRMA
KUPONU ile birlikte size en yakın TARAL Yetkili Servisine başvurarak makinenizin İLK ÇALIŞTIRMASINI
yaptırınız. Bu işlem için, makinaya eklenecek yağ, yakıt vb. sarf malzemeleri hariç herhangi bir ücret
ödemeyeceksiniz. Bu işlem sırasında size makinanın kullanımı ve bakımı hususunda bilgi verilecektir. TARAL
Yetkili Servisince İlk Çalıştırma İşlemi yapılmamış makineler GARANTİ KAPSAMI DIŞINA ÇIKACAKTIR.
In order to prevent gear-box oil leakage, during the transport a plastic plug is mounted instead of ventilation
plug.Before starting the machine remove the plastic plug and replace it with ventilation plug(1). Otherwise your
machine can be damaged.
Dear consumers, before starting to use our product, make the first operation of your machine by visiting the TARAL
authorized service, which is nearest to your location, together with the FIRST OPERATION COUPON supplied with
the machine. You will not be charged for this, except for the materials to be added to the machine like oil, fuel, etc.
During this procedure you will be informed about the operation and maintenance of the machine. The machines,
which are not gone through the first operation procedure performed by TARAL authorized service, will be
EXCLUDED FROM THE SCOPE OF WARRANTY.
5- MAKİNANIN KULLANIMI/OPERATION OF THE MACHINE
Taral daima ürettiği malın tasarım ve kalitesini sürekli geliştirmeye gayret eder.Bu tanıtma ve kullanma kılavuzu
basıldığında en son ve en yeni bilgileri içermesine rağmen toprak frezesi ile tanıtma ve kullanma kılavuzu arasında
bazı küçük farklılıklar olabilir. Kılavuzla ilgili herhangi bir şüpheli durumda lütfen bir yetkili satıcımıza başvurun.
Bu tanıtma ve kullanma kılavuzu toprak frezesinin eksiksiz bir parçasıdır. Ve daima makina satıldığında makina ile
birlikte verilir.

Önce stop manetini (1) daha sonra debriyaj manetini (2) sıkarak
kilit mandalı (3) ile iki maneti kilitleyin.Daha sonra motor el
kitabına göre motorunuzu çalıştırın.Stop manetini (1)sıkı
vaziyette iken debriyaj manetini bırakarak aletinizi kullanınız.
Taral is engaged in improving the design and quality of its product
continuously. Although this manual contains the last and newest information when it is prepared, there may be
some small differences between the manual and the motor-hoe itself. In case of any ambiguity about the
manual, please apply to our authorized supplier. This operation and maintenance manual is an integral part of
the motor-hoe. And it is given together with the machine when the machine is sold.
Clamp the engine stop lever (1) first, then the clutch lever (2) and using the lock lever (3) fix these two levers. Then
run the engine according to the instructions given in the engine manual. While clamping the engine stop lever (1),
release the clutch lever and use your machine.
5.1- MONTAJ/ASSEMBLY
Bıçaklar bir ünite üzerinde sağ ve sol olarak dizilidir. Üniteler birbirine bağlandığında bıçaklar arasında 60'lik
farklılık olmaktadır. Bu şekilde Haksagonal bir diziliş meydana gelir.İşe başlamadan önce civataları kontrol ederek
gevşemiş olanları sıkıştırınız. Bıçak kesici ağzı daima yürüme istikametine bakmalıdır.

Makinanın sökülmesi:
Makinayı aşağıdaki sırayla sökün.
Sökme işlemine üst kısımdan başlayın ve bütün ayrı parçaları çıkarın.

The blades are aligned along a unit as left and right oriented. After the

Units are connected, there is a difference of 60o between the blades. In this
way the alignment is hexagonal. Before starting to work check the bolts
and tighten the loose ones. The cutting side of the blade should always be aligned with the walking direction.
Disassembly of the machine:
Disassemble the machine in the following order:
Begin with dismantling of the upper parts and disassemble all the parts.

5.2- KUMANDALAR/CONTROLLERS
Her 10 saatte: Mekanizma bağlantllarının sağlam ve emniyetli olup olmadığını kumanda telleri gerekli şekilde
gerilmiş durumlarını koruyup korumadıklarını sık sık kontrol ediniz.(Gerek duyuldukça vidaları,somunları,
bağlantı parçalarını v.b.dikkatle sıkıştırınız.)Bir çalışma gününün başlangıcında,
-Motor yağ seviyesini,
-Depodaki yakıt seviyesini, kontrol ediniz.
Traktör vites kutusundaki ve freze dişli kutusundaki yağ seviyelerini kontrol ederek gereken ilaveyi yapınız.

Every 10 hours: check the safety and rigidity of the joints of the mechanism and tightness of the controller wires very
often. (If necessary, tighten the bolts, nuts and other joining elements carefully)
At the start of a working day check
-Engine oil level,
-Fuel level in the tank.
Check the oil level in the gearbox of the tractor and the hoe and make the necessary addition.

5.3- MOTORUN ÇALIŞTIRILMASI VE DURDURULMASI/STARTING AND STOPPING THE

Motor tanıtma ve kullanma kılavuzuna bakınız. Motoru çalıştırmadan önce daima şunları kontrol edin.

Motor stop kolu ile kavrama kolu bir yay sayesinde beraberce bloke edilir. ( Şekil-4 ) Aksi taktirde motor
çalışmaz. Motoru çalıştırmak için kontrol kolunu (start) çalıştırma konumuna getirin. Çalıştırma ipini “ E “
tutamağından tek elle kavrayın.Yavaşça dişli mandalı tutana kadar çekin ve sonra hızla çekin. Motor bir kez
çalıştıktan sonra tutamağı hemen bırakmayın. İp tamamen sarılıncaya kadar gevşekçe tutun. Sonra gaz kolunu “
C “ kursun ortasına getirin. ( Şekil-5 )
Read the engine manual. Always check the following points before starting the engine.
-Is the fuel tank full?
-Is the oil level in the gearbox at the correct position? (Figure-3)
Press safety device and clutch lever and lock them with hinge (Figure-4). Otherwise the engine does not start. To
start the engine, adjust the control lever to the working (start) position. Hold the operation rope at the “E” holder
with one hand. Pull slowly until the gear grips the lever and then pull it fast. Once the engine is run, do not release
the handle. Hold it loosely until the rope is completely wound. Then put the gas lever “C” in the middle (Figure-5).

MAKİNAYI GERİ VİTESE TAKMA/ENGAGING THE REVERSE GEAR
Makinayı geri vitese takmak için önce debriyaj manetini basarak vites kolunu kendinize doğru çekerek vitesi boşa
alın.Vites boşta iken vites kolunu geriye doğru çektiğinizde geri vites konumuna geçecek ve bıraktığnızda boşa
çıkacaktır. (Şekil- 6)Makina vites kolunu çektiğiniz sürece geri gidecektir.Vites kolunu bıraktığınız anda tekrar
kendiliğinden boş vitese geçecektir.
To pass reverse gear first, disengage any gear by pulling gear arm to yourself while you press
clutch handle.When gear is null,reverse gear is engaged in case gear arm pulled backwards
and disengaged incase the gear arm left.(Figure 6) Machine will Move backwards
while gear arm pulled backwards.When gear arm left reverse gear will be disengaged itself.

Şekil-7’deki ‘’A’’ kolunun ana fonksiyonu elciği bırakınca motorun stop etmesidir.Herhangi bir sebeple makina
sürücünün elinden kurtulduğunda alet durmaktadır.Emniyet kolu, herzaman motoru yeniden çalıştırma
pozisyonunda olmalıdır.Aksi hade motor çalışmaz.’’A’’ yukarıda ise motor stop,aşağıda ise motor çalışma
pozisyonundadır.
‘’A’’ emniyet ve ‘’B’’ kavrama kolu beraberce bloke edilmelidir.(Şekil-4)

Motor tanıtma ve kullanma kılavuzundaki kurallara kesinlikle uyun.Rodaj (50 saat)
Makinanın ilk 50 çalışma saati boyunca çok ağır işler yapmayın.
The main function of the lever “A” shown in Figure-7 is stopping the engine when the handle is released. The
machine is stopped immediately after it is released from the hand of the operator for any reason. The safety lever
must be on the position of restart. Otherwise the engine does not start. If the lever “A” is up, the engine is in the stop
position, if it is down the engine is in the start position.The safety lever “A” and the clutch lever “B” should be locked
simultaneously (Figure-4).Use your machine according to the instructions given in the engine manual.The time
period for the first operation is 50 hours. Do not use the machine intensively during the first 50 hours of operation.
5.4- AKTARMA ORGANLARI/TRANSMISSION PARTS
Debriyaj- Kuru konik kavrama, mekanik kumanda, tutamaklar üzerinde elle kumanda edilen debriyaj kolu.Vites
kutusu- 1 ileri ve 1 geri vites. İki vites kolu yardımıyta mekanik kumanda.
Clutch- Dry conical clutch, mechanical control, hand driven clutch lever on the handles. Gearbox- 2 forward 1
reverse. Mechanical control by two gear levers.
ŞANZIMAN/GEARBOX
İlk 50 çalışma saatinden sonra(rodaj)Yağı değiştirin. Yağ değiştirme işlemi eski yağın kolaylıkla boşaltılması
için motor sıcakken yapılmalıdır.
a. Yağ doldurma tapasını çıkarın.
b. Vites kutusunun sağ alt tarafındaki boşaltma tapasını ve ayağın aşağı kısmındaki boşaltma tapasını çıkarın;
yağın boşalmasını bekleyin ve tapaları geri takın.
c. Aşağıdaki özelliklere sahip olacak yeni yağı dökün (gereken miktar 2,5 litredir)
- Sıcaklığın -6 ile +32°C arasında olduğu ortamlarda SAE 90.
- Sıcaklığın +32 ile +60°C arasında olduğu ortamlarda SAE 140.
Yağ ikmali işlemini tamamen dolana kadar önce tapadan yapılması ve daha sonra işlemin doldurma tapası
aracılığıyla bitirilmesi tavsiye edilir.
Her 20 çalışma saatinde bir yağ seviyesini kontrol edin, bunun için tapayı gevşetin ve tapa yatağında yağ çıkışı
olmasına dikkat edin.
NOT:Yağ seviyesinin kontrolü motor soğukken ve motorlu çapa düz bir zemin üzerindeyken yapılmalıdır. Her
300 çalışma saatinde bir “Rodaj” bölümündeki açıklamaları izleyerek vites kutusunun yağını değiştirin.
After the first operation time of 50 hours;
Add the oil. The procedure of oil addition should be done when the engine is warm (after usage) so that the used
oil will leak easily.
a. Remove the oil tap
b. Remove the tap at the right side of the gearbox and that at the lower end; wait until the oil is drained and put
the taps back to their positions.
c. Use the oil with the specifications given below (Required volume is 2.5 lt):
- SAE 90 in the ambience with temperature values between 6 oC and +32 oC.
- SAE 140 in the ambience with temperature values between +32 oC and +60 oC.
The oil addition procedure should be performed through the oil tap until the gearbox is full and then it is
recommended to finish the procedure using the adding tap.
Check the oil level every 20 hours of operation, release the tap and make sure that there is oil drainage at the
tap housing.
NOTE:The control of the oil level should be done when the engine is cold and the motor-hoe is on a plain ground.
Each 300 hours of operation change the oil of the gearbox.
MOTORLU TOPRAK FREZELERLE RÖMORK KULLANIMI/USE OF TRAILER WITH MOTOR-HOES.
Motorlu çapa makinaları ile römork kullanımını firmamız tavsiye etmemektedir. Aksi kullanımlarda sorumluluk
tamamen kullanıcıya aittir ve garanti kapsamı dışındadır.
We do not recommend the use of the trailer with the motor-hoes. In the case of its use the operator is responsible
and the machine is out of the framework of the warranty.

5.5- TAŞIMA/TRANSPORTATION
Kısa mesafede aletin taşınması gerektiğinde küçük ön tekerleği kullanınız. Bu aksesuar yoksa uygun bir taşıma
vasıtası üzerinde veya bagajda uygun bir şekilde yerleştirilerek taşınabilir.
Use the small front wheel if the machine has to be transported for short distance. In the absence of this
equipment it can be carried using a suitable vehicle or in the baggage in an appropriate way.

In order to prevent gear-box oil leakage, during the
transport a red plastic plug (1) is mounted instead of
ventilation plug.Before starting the machine remove
the plastic plug and replace it with ventilation
plug.(2)Otherwise your machine can be damaged.

6- BAKIM/MAINTENANCE
6.1- PERİYODİK BAKIM/PERIODIC MAINTENACE
Bu bölümde belirtilen işlemler tavsiye edilen zaman aralıkları ile yapılmalıdır.(''Saat" denince gerçek çalışma
saatleri anlaşılmalıdır.) SAE EP 90 yağ kullanınız.Yağ miktarını yağ seviye gözünden kontrol ediniz.Yağ
seviyesinden fazla yağ koymayınız.
Motor: Motor tanıtma ve kullanma kılavuzuna bakınız.
Hava filtresi: Motor tanıtma ve kullanma kılavuzuna bakınız.
Her 50 saatte bir aşağıda belirtilen noktaları gresleyiniz.
1.Didonu kilitleyen. çözen pim: Yağlama yerindeki gresörlüğü gresleyiniz
2.Didonun yükseklik ayar pimi: Yağlama yerindeki gresörlüğü gresleyiniz
3.Kuyruk milleri: Kamalı kuyruk millerine biraz gres sürünüz. Ekipmanları bağlamadan önce gerekli yerleri
gresle doldurunuz.
Vites kutusu:Doldurma tapasını çıkararak (1) yağ seviyesini kontrol ediniz. Yağ seviyesi doldurma tapasının üst
kenarına yakın olmalıdır.
Not: Yağ seviyesini motor durduktan en az 10 dakika sonra ve traktör yatay konumda iken kontrol ediniz.
Aşağıdaki ayarları kontrol ediniz.
1.Debriyaj ayarı.
2.Didonu kilitleyen. çözen düzenin ayarı
Her 600 saatte bir
Vites kutusu: Yağı değiştiriniz.Vites kutusu altındaki boşaltma tapasını (2) ve boşalmayı kolaylaştırmak için
doldurma tapasını (1) çıkarınız ve yağın boşalması için 10 dakika bekleyiniz.
Uyarma -Yağın uzunca bir çalışma süresinden sonra henüz sıcakken boşatılması tavsiye edilir. Yağın sıcak
olması kolay akmasını ve içerideki tortu ve çözeltinin dışarı çıkmasını sağlar.
The procedures explained in this section should be performed in the recommended time intervals (“Hour”
means real operation hour). Use SAE EP90 for oil. Check the oil level using the oil level point. Do not overfill.
Engine: Read the engine manual.
Air filter: Read the engine manual.
Lubricate the parts stated below every 50 hours.
1. The pin for locking- releasing the handle bar: Lubricate the point for lubricating grease.
2. The pin for adjusting the height of the handle bar: Lubricate the point for lubricating grease.
3. PTO shafts: Lubricate the shafts with keyways a small amount of grease. Fill the necessary parts with grease
before attaching the equipments.

Gearbox: By removing the filling tap (1) check the oil level. The oil level should be near to the upper edge of the filling
tap.
Note: Check the oil level 10 minutes after the engine is stopped and the motor-hoe is in the horizontal position.
Check the adjustments below:
1.Clutch adjustment
2. The adjustment for the mechanism locking and releasing the handle bar.
Every 600 hours
Gearbox: Change the oil. Remove the emptying tap (2) under the gearbox and remove also the filling tap (1) to change
the oil easily. Wait 10 minutes for emptying. Placing the lower tap to its position fill with the oil recommended in the
section of “SERVICE”. It is recommended to change oil after a long period of operation when it is still warm. The warm
oil leaks out easily and can remove the precipitates.
Note: Check the oil level 10 minutes after the engine is stopped and the motor-hoe is in the horizontal position.
Check the adjustments below:

Debriyaj ayarı için TARAL servisine müracaat ediniz.
Apply to TARAL dealer's service offices for the adjustment of the clutch.
KONTROLLER VE AYARLAR: DEBRİYAJ LEVYESİ/CONTROLS AND ADJUSTMENTS: CLUTCH LEVER
Debriyaj levyesinin boşluğu yaklaşık 5-6 mm. olmalıdır. Boşluk yetersizse (debriyajın kayması) veya aşırı ise
(eksik boşalma) TARAL Yetkili servislerinde ayarlattırınız.Ayar tertibatı vida dişinin ucuna geliyorsa TARAL Yetkili
servislerinde ayarlattırınız.
The clearance of the clutch lever should be approx. 5-6 mm. If the clearance is small (sliding of the clutch) or large
(inadequate release) let TARAL Authorized Services adjust it. If the adjustment mechanism coincides with the tip of the
thread of the screw, then let TARAL Authorized Services adjust it.
6.2- EKİPMANLAR/EQUIPMENTS
Her 100 çalışma saatinde bir bıçakların tüm sabitleme vidalarının ve somunlarının sonuna kadar sıkıştırılmış
olmasına dikkat edin.
Make sure that the blades, fixing bolts and nuts are tightened thoroughly each 100 hours of operation.
6.3 MAMULÜN UZUN SÜRE KULLANILMAMASI/NON-USAGE OF THE PRODUCT FOR A LONG
PERIOD OF TIME
Toprak frezesi uzun süre (bir ay veya daha uzun) çalıştırılmaması halinde aşağıdaki önlemlerin alınması önemle tavsiye
edilir.
1.Traktörü özenle yıkayıp temizleyiniz.
2.Traktörün gövdesini kontrol ediniz. Gerekirse paslanmayı önlemek için boyasını yenileyiniz.
3.Bütün cıvataları kontrol ederek sıkınız.
4.Genel bir yağlama yapınız. (Bak. Bakım Periyodik Yağlama.)
5.Vites kutusundaki yağ seviyesini kontrol ediniz. Gerekirse yağ ilave ediniz.
6.Motor tanıtma ve kullanma kılavuzunda belirtildiği şekilde motoru koruyunuz.
7.Traktörü iyi havalandırılmış ve kuru bir yerde park ediniz.
8.Toprak frezesini bir koruyucu örtü ile örtünüz. Su geçirmeyen örtü (plastik veya muşamba gibi) kullanmayınız. Bunlar
nemi tutarak paslanmaya sebep olurlar.
It is recommended that the following measures are taken in the case that the motor-hoe is not used for a long period of
time.
1.Clean the motor-hoe by washing it thoroughly.
2.Check the body of the motor-hoe. If needed renew its paint to prevent corrosion.
3.Tighten all the bolts.
4.Make an overall lubrication.
5.Check the oil level in the gearbox. Add oil if needed.
6.Protect the engine as explained in the engine manual.
7.Park the motor-hoe in a place, which is well air-conditioned and dry.
8.Cover the motor-hoe with a sheet. Do not use watertight sheet (plastic or nylon). This kind of sheet keeps the
moisture and that results in corrosion.
