 Sets out sampling requirements for live animals and
animal products. Canlı hayvanlar ve hayvansal ürünler için örnekleme
gereksinimlerinin belirlenmesi
 National plans must be provided to the Commission
and results. Komisyona ulusal planlar ve sonuçlar sunulmalıdır.

Council Directive 96/23/EC
 Compliant results must be within the Maximum Residues
Limits (MRL) set in Council Regulation 2377/90. Sonuçlar Kurul Mevzuatı’nda (2377/90) belirlenen
Maksimum Kalıntı Limitleri (MRL)içinde yer almalıdır.
 Non-compliant results must be investigated.Uygun olmayan sonuçlar gözden geçirilmelidir.

Commission Decision 97/747/EC
 Fixes the levels and frequencies of sampling required
by 96/23;96/23 için gerekli örnek alma sıklıklarını ve
düzeylerini belirler.
 It must be possible to trace sample back to the farm
of origin; Örneği geldiği çiftliğe kadar izlemek mümkün
olmalıdır.
 Sets out number of samples required according to
national production (e.g. 1 sample per 15,000 tonnes
of milk production, with minimum of 300 samples). Ulusal üretime göre gerekli olan örnek sayısını
belirler (örn. 15,000ton süt üretimi için 1 örnek,
minimum 300 örnekle birlikte)

 Sets out rules on official sampling;

-yasal örnekleme kurallarını belirler
 Sample must be targeted, based on criteria provided;
-Örnek belirlenen kriterleri karşılamalıdır.
 Suspect samples should be taken from farm of origin
when routine sample analysed under Council
Directive 96/23 is non-compliant.

-96/23’e göre analiz edilip, sonuçta uygun
olmayan örnekler ürünün geldiği çiftlikten alınmalıdır.
