Ribbed Grill Borcam has a self-draining baking tray with a
convex surface and a peripheral channel for collecting fat or
grease from the baked meat or food. The dimension of this
centered piece is just enough to prevent the food from
drying. The excess fat is collected in the cavities on both
sides of the tray due to the convex surface. As a
consequence the food is prevented on the baking surface
from contacting the excess fat or grease.
Additionally the gutters provide an airflow on the bottom
which causes a quick evaporation of the grease
accumulated under the meat to achieve a crispy bottom.
The great advantages of using Grill Borcam instead of a
conventional baking tray is: the food is less fatty and
therefore healthier and tastier.
