Smokeless Mold
• Under normal usage, the high temperature graphite mold
can last for an average of 50 or more connections.
• The smokeless process uses an integrated filter system
on the mold and electric ignition of the weld to produce
a finished connection with minimal smoke emission. Ideal
for indoor and confi ned space working conditions.
• For smokeless process, ignition is accomplished with the
use of a rechargeable battery.

• The openings of the mold get worn down due to forcing
